Abstract

The objective of this research is to gain a deep understanding of an achiever woman-principal leadership in implementing an effective school at SMAN 3 Depok from May to September 2012. This research is a qualitative case study method therefore it can find deep meaning. The credibility of the data obtained through extension of time doing research, finding of cycle in common data, persistence of researcher, triangulation, peer debriefing, finding for adequacy of references, and making detailed narration. This study concluded that (1) the combination of both interactive style and transformational style within motherly approach became a new model of principal leadership style in motivating subordinate, making decision and solving the problems; (2) leadership skills included technique, human interpersonal, and conceptual skill are important basic competences of the achievers principal leadership.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the magnitude of the influence of the problem-based learning model and learning styles on student learning outcomes at SMK Bina Pangudi Luhur Jakarta. The research method used in this study was a survey method with a population of 105 students in the X grade and the sampling technique was proportional random sampling. The result was a significant direct and indirect influence between the problem-based learning model on student learning outcomes, learning styles on learning outcomes, the problem-based learning model on student learning styles, as well as the problem-based learning models and learning styles on the learning outcomes of students of class X at SMK Bina Pangudi Luhur Jakarta. In addition to the problem-based learning model and learning style, student learning outcomes were also influenced by other factors. Therefore, further research can examine more closely the other factors that influence student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to get factual data about the readiness of public primary schools in Indonesia based on eight indicators of child-friendly school. By using purposive sampling technique method, the research sample is teachers at public primary school. The descriptive research method was used to analyze the data. The result shows that 84 % of children friendly school policy achievement; b) 75% of health program and facilities achievement c) 67 % of safe, comfortable, and healthy environment and infrastructure) 82% of children’s participation achievement; e) 86% of positive values habituation; f) 67% of well-trained teacher’s availability of child rights convention; g) 39% of student’s route safety; h) and 58% of community and government’s participation.

Abstract

Schools from all grades from elementary to secondary levels in have recently adopted the so-called remote learning, whether online or offline. The relatively unfamiliar learning conditions triggered some panic, not only among students but also teachers and parents alike. This sudden change also caused a similar shock to the students at SMKN 3 Depok. Consequently, the students experienced decreased enthusiasm and motivation, and many teachers were affected in how they should meet the learning objectives. The strategic learning management training during pandemic for students is a solution to boost the students’ motivation and help organize their learning more strategically. The training method is conducted in material presentation, discussion, question and answer, and experience sharing sessions to 255 students of class X SMKN 3 Depok City. The outcome shows how this activity has reignited the students’ learning enthusiasm and motivation.

Abstract

The study aim of this reasearch was to developed a training design for the application of the Digital Learning Platform in learning for students in the field of education at the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. The data were collected through participant observation using questionnaire. The participants are students of the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University who will take part in the student skills program (PKM) at school. The design develompment use ADDIE model with modified and integrated with research method R&D of level 1 which has validation by internal validaty. In order to be validated in the academic and scientific, the resulting model have tested by internal validation through three experts, named experts judgment, by expert of training design, expert of material, and expert of media. The result showed that the model design get average score 92,37% from experts, which is valid and ready to implement to the next step.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan desain pelatihan penerapan Digital Learning Platform dalam pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa di bidang pendidikan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebar kepada mahasiswa di bidang pendidikan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang akan mengikuti kegiatan program keterampilan mahasiswa (PKM) di sekolah. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah ADDIE yang dimodifikasi dan diintegrasikan dengan penelitian RD level 1. Produk yang dihasilkan diuji menggunakan uji internal melalui proses uji ahli, yaitu ahli desain pelatihan, ahli materi, dan ahli media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model desain pelatihan keterampilan yang dikembangkan mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 92,37% dari ahli yang menunjukkan bahwa model desain pelatihan teruji valid dan siap diimplementasikan pada tahap selanjutnya. Produk dari penelitian ini adalah paket pelatihan yang terdiri dari kurikulum pelatihan dan handout pelatihan. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran dalam praktek ketrampilan mengajar. Materi yang disajikan dalam pelatihan ini adalah tutorial penggunaan platform pembelajaran digital yang terdiri dari Zoom.us, Mentimeter, Seesaw, Kahoot, dan Quizizz. Di sisi lain, diharapkan setelah mengikuti pelatihan para peserta pelatihan memiliki keterampilan dalam menggunakan platform pembelajaran digital sehingga pada saat peserta mengelola pembelajaran, mereka memiliki banyak alternatif media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan.

Abstract

Abstract: to identify the learning system in era 5.0 by acquiring knowledge and skills effectively and efficiently in this kind of situation. society 5.0 brings a new era in various fields, especially education, this era produces an active, proactive and fun learning. Changes to learning have an impact on the learning process at all levels of education. In the heutagogi approach, it is defined as self-learning. This learning structure adheres to the principles of learning agency, metacognition and reflection. By using qualitative methods and a review of the literature, it can aim to give birth to a digitalization, the role and benefits of the education system in Indonesia in society 5.0 during the pandemic and after the pandemic which is carried out in distance learning and face-to-face with a heutagogi approach. Society 5.0 is an idea and concept that brings major changes in solving community problems by utilizing technology and taking into account human and humanities aspects. Abstract

Community service activities were held on Saturday, July 27, 2019, at the Al Musthofaiyah Islamic Education Foundation, Beji Village, Depok City. This activity aims to provide assistance and training related to the concept of entrepreneurship-based school management and improve teacher competencies as entrepreneurs in the field of education at the Al Musthofaiyah educational foundation in Depok. The method of activities used in this activity is the integrated approach method, which integrates various learning techniques such as lectures, briefings, questions and answers, case studies, discussions, games, sharing experiences. The result achieved is that the trainees can understand and apply entrepreneurial-based school management systems

Abstract

Analisis jabatan merupakan suatu proses dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia yang bertujuan untuk memahami secara menyeluruh tugas, tanggung jawab, kualifikasi, dan persyaratan yang terkait dengan suatu posisi pekerjaan. Dalam konteks ini, analisis jabatan sekretariat redaksi memiliki peran penting dalam memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab seorang sekretaris redaksi dalam sebuah perusahaan media atau penerbitan serta menyajikan tinjauan tentang proses analisis jabatan sekretariat redaksi, termasuk langkah-langkah yang terlibat dalam pengumpulan data dan informasi terkait posisi tersebut. Analisis jabatan sekretariat redaksi mencakup aspek uraian pekerjaan, dan spesifikasi pekerjaan. Melalui analisis jabatan sekretariat redaksi, organisasi dapat memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang peran dan tanggung jawab seorang sekretaris redaksi. Informasi yang diperoleh dari analisis jabatan ini dapat digunakan untuk menyusun deskripsi pekerjaan yang akurat, membantu dalam rekrutmen dan seleksi kandidat yang sesuai, serta memberikan dasar untuk pengembangan program pelatihan dan pengembangan karir bagi sekretaris redaksi yang ada.
