Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of perceived ease of use, user experience on buying intention through consumer attitude as an intervening variable. This research uses primary data with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research used the Purposive Sampling method and the number of samples in this research was 165 respondents. The results of this research show that Perceived Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on Buying Intention, User Experience has a positive and significant effect on Buying Intention, Consumer Attitude has a positive and significant effect on Buying Intention, Perceived Ease Of Use can be mediated by Consumer Attitude on Buying Intention, and User Experience can be mediated by Consumer Attitude towards Buying Intention

Abstract

The aim of this service is to increase Coban Binangun's tourism potential through an attractive destination branding profile that focuses on natural attractions, culture and village hospitality. Apart from that, this service also encourages local communities to contribute to tourism development by emphasizing their hospitality and active involvement in tourist services. This service method includes tourism potential studies, which include conducting comprehensive research on the natural and cultural potential of Coban Binangun as well as assessing attractions that can be included in the destination branding profile. The hospitality training provides training to local communities about tourism services, hospitality, and how to help tourists have a good experience. The result of this service is increased public awareness and understanding of the benefits of "Plintahan" destination branding, which forms a consistent and well-known identity by tourists. This dedication has the implication that with increased tourism, local communities become more aware of the preservation of nature and local culture. Highlight: Destination Branding: Developing a compelling brand profile for Coban Binangun focusing on natural beauty and cultural richness to attract tourists. Community Engagement: Encouraging local participation by training them in hospitality and tourist services, fostering their involvement in tourism development. Awareness and Conservation: Increased awareness among tourists and locals about the "Plintahan" brand, leading to a more profound understanding of the need for preserving nature and local culture. Abstract

Background: Pendampingan pengelolaan zakat dan infak dalam mewujudkan pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan di kalangan masyarakat Muhammadiyah dilakukan sebagai bentuk kontribusi terhadap pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs) 8: Pekerjaan Layak dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh potensi dana zakat dan infak Muhammadiyah yang besar namun belum sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan secara produktif. Tujuan utama program ini adalah mengembangkan strategi pendampingan yang efektif untuk mengubah pengelolaan zakat dari pola konsumtif menjadi produktif, sehingga mampu meningkatkan pendapatan dan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat. Metode: pengabdian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus pada program pendampingan Lembaga Amil Zakat, Infak, dan Sedekah Muhammadiyah (Lazismu) Sidoarjo. Kegiatan dilakukan selama tiga bulan melalui pelatihan manajemen keuangan, perhitungan HPP, pemasaran digital, dan sertifikasi halal terhadap 20 UMKM binaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan evaluasi pra-pasca pelatihan. Hasil: pendampingan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan: 85% UMKM telah mampu melakukan pencatatan keuangan sederhana, 70% menerapkan strategi pemasaran digital, dan 40% telah memperoleh sertifikat halal. Selain itu, pendapatan rata-rata UMKM meningkat 25% dibandingkan sebelum pelatihan. Kesimpulan: Pendekatan holistik ini membuktikan bahwa pendampingan terstruktur mampu mentransformasi mustahiq menjadi muzakki, memperkuat kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat, dan secara langsung mendukung pencapaian SDGs 8.
