Abstract

ABSTRAK Pemasaran mempunyai peranan penting di dunia perbankan. Adanya pemasaran untuk menarik nasabah dan mengembangkan produk. Penulisan ini membahas implementasi pemasaran Tabungan Tandamata Berjangka pada Bank Bank Jabar Banten (BJB) dan Kantor Cabang Pembantu (KCP) Cicurug dengan tujuan mengetahui penerapan, evaluasi dan kendala yang dilakukan Bank BJB dalam memasarkan Tabungan Tandamata Berjangka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dengan karyawan Bank BJB untuk mengetahui konsep apa saja yang dilakukan pihak Bank BJB. Konsep yang dilakukan Bank BJB dalam memasarkan produknya konsep 7P Produk (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physic) , Harga, Tempat, Promosi, Orang, Proses, Tampilan Fisik. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa pemasaran yang dilakukan Bank BJB sangat baik terlihat dari meningkatnya nasabah yang membuka Tabungan Tandamata Berjangka setiap tahunnya. Kata kunci : BJB Tandamata Berjangka, Implementasi Pemasaran, Konsep 7P.  ABSTRACT Marketing has an important role in the banking world. There is marketing to attract customers and develop products. This paper discusses the implementation of Tandamata Berjangka Savings marketing at Bank Jabar Banten (BJB) and the Cicurug Sub-Branch Office (KCP) with the aim of knowing the implementation, evaluation and obstacles carried out by Bank BJB in marketing Tandamata Berjangka Savings. The research method used is interviews with Bank BJB employees to find out what concepts are carried out by Bank BJB. The concept carried out by Bank BJB in marketing its products is the concept of 7P Products (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physic), Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Display. The results of this study that the marketing carried out by Bank BJB is very good as seen from the increase in customers who open Tandamata Berjangka Savings every year. Keywords: BJB Tandamata Term Savings, Marketing Implementation, Concept 7P

Abstract

ABSTRAKDalam pelaksanaannya, Bank Jawa Barat dan Banten (BJB) menghadapi tantangan dalam menerapkan prosedur pelayanan teller guna meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan mengelola dana masyarakat. Kepuasan pelanggan dapat tercapai jika bisnis dapat memenuhi ekspektasi mereka, pada gilirannya akan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan di masa depan. Kepuasan pelanggan cenderung meningkat melalui peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dari kasir, yang menjadi tempat utama bagi pelanggan untuk menyelesaikan transaksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan teller terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Bank BJB Kantor Cabang Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebar kepada 90 nasabah Bank BJB Cabang Bogor. Data yang dikumpulkan dan dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan teller berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa sekitar 50,9% kepuasan nasabah dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar kualitas pelayanan teller. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan nasabah merupakan faktor kompleks yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai aspek, seperti kualitas produk, harga, promosi, dan faktor eksternal lainnya.Kata Kunci : Kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan nasabah, Bank, Pelanggan, Faktor ABSTRACTIn its implementation, Bank Jawa Barat and Banten (BJB) faces challenges in implementing teller service procedures to improve service quality and manage public funds. Customer satisfaction can be achieved if businesses can meet their expectations, which in turn will increase customer loyalty in the future. Customer satisfaction tends to increase through improving the quality of service from the cashier, which is the main place for customers to complete transactions. This study aims to analyze the effect of teller service quality on customer satisfaction at Bank BJB Bogor City Branch Office. This study uses quantitative methods with primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 90 customers of Bank BJB Bogor Branch. The data collected and analyzed using validity test, reliability test, normality test, F test, and t test. The results showed that teller service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. This study also found that about 50.9% of customer satisfaction is influenced by other factors outside the quality of teller service. This shows that customer satisfaction is a complex factor that is influenced by various aspects, such as product quality, price, promotion, and other external factors.Keywords: Service quality, customer satisfaction, Bank, Customer, Factor

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of corporate profitability, corporate leverage, firm size, firm age, and the use of Computer-Assisted Audit Tools (CAATs) on audit delay. The study highlights the importance of auditors’ digital readiness in managing corporate operational complexity. The applied method is a panel data regression analysis using Eviews 13 software. The sample consisted of 20 companies audited by KAP BAMS from 2020 to 2022. The results show that all independent variables have a significant effect on audit delay. However, on a partial basis, profitability, leverage, and CAATs variables do not show significant impact. In contrast, firm size and firm age have been found to significantly influence audit delay. A notable insight emerges as CAATs, expected to expedite the audit process are instead positively associated with longer delays. This underscores the gap between technology adoption and auditor competence in practice. This study contributes to the literature by emphasizing that audit technology is only effective when supported by user readiness and adequate digital infrastructure. The implications of these findings suggest that companies and auditors should pay particular attention to firm size, firm age, and the utilization of CAATs to minimize audit delays.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the development, feasibility, and student responses toward literacy-based flashcard media as a learning tool to improve early reading skills among first-grade students. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach adapted from the Borg and Gall model, which consisted of six stages. The subjects of this study were first-grade students. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the study show that: (1) the average score from media experts was 69.33%, categorized as “Feasible”; (2) the average score from material experts was 94.15%, categorized as “Highly Feasible”; (3) the average score from language experts was 95%, categorized as “Highly Feasible”; and (4) the average student response score was 89%, categorized as “Very Good.” Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the literacy-based flashcard media is feasible to use and can serve as an effective teaching aid to develop early reading skills among elementary school students.

Abstract

Pengembangan pertanian berkelanjutan memerlukan inovasi dan edukasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan petani lokal. Pengabdian ini mengusung topik "Edukasi Alat Deteksi Kandungan Nutrisi Tanah untuk Petani Jambu Kristal di Desa Bantarsari, Rancabungur, Bogor." Tujuan utama yaitu memberikan pemahaman mendalam kepada petani terkait penggunaan alat deteksi nutrisi tanah guna meningkatkan hasil pertanian dan efisiensi penggunaan pupuk. Metodologi pelaksanaan proyek mengikuti tahapan yang terstruktur, mulai dari analisis kondisi tanah dan kebutuhan petani, desain alat deteksi, simulasi prototyping, implementasi alat, hingga tahap monitoring dan manajemen. Dengan melibatkan petani secara langsung, kegiatan edukasi dilakukan di ruang meeting kantor desa dan kebun petani, memastikan interaksi yang efektif dan aplikatif. Hasil dari edukasi ini mencakup peningkatan pemahaman petani terkait nutrisi tanah, kemampuan menggunakan alat deteksi, dan implementasi praktis dalam kegiatan pertanian sehari-hari. Melalui pelatihan dasar teori dan pembagian ilmu, petani dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan nutrisi tanah secara efisien, berpotensi meningkatkan hasil panen dan mengurangi biaya produksi. Pada tahap akhir, kesimpulan pengabdian menyoroti kolaborasi positif antara tim pengabdian dan petani, menciptakan lingkungan pertanian yang lebih berwawasan dan berkelanjutan. Melalui pengabdian ini, diharapkan memberikan kontribusi positif yang berkelanjutan bagi petani dan masyarakat lokal.
