Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Career Development and Competence on the employee performance of the Badan Pengawas Pemilu Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. The population in this study were employee of the Badan Pengawas Pemilu Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan and the sample used was 54 people using saturation sampling. Data was collected by using observation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Career Development and Competence have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Partially, career development has a significant effect on employee performance and competence has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Financial Literacy on the Use of QRIS as a Payment Method among Students of the Management Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, University State of Makassar, batch 2020-2022. The data used in this research is primary data from 135 samples. The methods used to analyze the relationship between independent and dependent variables include descriptive analysis, assumption tests, validity tests, reliability tests, and simple linear regression analysis. The findings in this research show that Financial Literacy (X) affects the Use of QRIS (Y), with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, a correlation coefficient of 0.661, and an R Square value of 0.437, which indicates that financial literacy affects the use of QRIS by 43.7%. The regression coefficient value for Financial Literacy (X) is 0.833, meaning that any increase in Financial Literacy leads to an increase in the variable of QRIS Usage. This result is consistent with (H1), which states that Financial Literacy influences the Use of QRIS as a Payment Method among Students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of service quality on customer loyalty at the jeabella aesthetic clinic beauty clinic in pengayoman Makassar. The number of samples used was 81 customers who came to visit the jeabella aesthetic clinic. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product And Service Solution (SPSS). The results showed that Service Quality (X) had a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y) at the jeabella aesthetic clinic beauty clinic in pengayoman Makassar. This means that if there is an influence of good service quality, customer loyalty will be created.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the impact of work environment and work motivation on employee performance at the UPT office, Samsat Bulukumba. The sample population comprised 28 employees from the UPT office, and a saturated sampling method was employed for this quantitative research. Primary and secondary data were collected using a questionnaire distribution technique. The data were analyzed using SPSS 21. The findings indicated a positive relationship between the work environment (X1) and employee performance (Y), with a coefficient value of 0.396 (>2.059) and a significant value of 0.005 (<0.05). However, the work motivation (X2) exhibited a negative effect on employee performance (Y), with a coefficient value of -0.070 (<2.059) and a non-significant value of 0.559 (>0.05). The coefficient of determination revealed that the variables of work environment and work motivation accounted for 29.9% of the influence on employee performance, while the remaining percentage was attributed to other variables beyond the scope of this study.

Abstract

This research purpose to determine the financial performance of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk in 2018-2022 period using financial ratio analysis. The basis for assessing and achieving a company is through financial analysis so that the company can control its financial condition and create a company framework. In assessing the job prospects of a company in the past and future and assessing the achievements of a company, financial ratio analysis is used which includes liquidity ratios (current ratio), solvency ratios (debt to asset ratio), activity ratios (total asset turnover), profitability ratio (return on equity) and market ratio (earnings per share). This research is descriptive research which is studied quantitatively. The population of the research is all financial reports of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk is listed on the IDX in 2018-2022 period. The sample for this research is the financial position report and comprehensive income statement in 2018-2022 period. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. The results of this research found that the overall financial performance of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk in 2018-2022 period based on analysis of liquidity ratios and solvency ratios is in fairly good condition. Meanwhile, profitability ratios and market ratios are in good condition. However, regarding the activity ratio, the condition of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk is still not efficient so it can be said to be not good. This is due to an increase in sales and total assets during the 2018-2022 period. Based on the results of calculations and analysis of financial ratios, it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk in 2018-2022 period experiences growth in various aspects and profitability can increase, making the company profitable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk tahun 2018 hingga tahun 2022, serta untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya perbedaan antara nilai EVA yang dihasilkan perusahaan pada masa sebelum pandemi covid-19 tahun 2018-2019 dan saat pandemi covid-19 tahun 2020-2022. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan tahunan PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk dan sampel yang digunakan adalah laporan neraca dan laporan laba rugi PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode Economic Value Added (EVA), yang terdiri dari perhitungan Net Operating Profit After Tax (NOPAT), Invested Capital, Weight Average Cost Of Capital (WACC), Capital Charge, dan EVA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pada tahun 2018 hingga 2022 nilai EVA yang dihasilkan mengalami fluktuasi. Pada tahun 2018 hingga 2021 nilai EVA yang dihasilkan perusahaan bernilai positif (EVA > 0) maka dapat dikatakan perusahaan mampu menghasilkan nilai tambah ekonomis. Di tahun 2022 nilai EVA yang dihasilkan negatif (EVA < 0) maka dapat dikatakan perusahaan tidak mampu menghasilkan nilai tambah ekonomis. Berdasarkan nilai EVA yang didapatkan maka dapat dikatakan terdapat perbedaan nilai EVA perusahaan pada masa sebelum pandemi covid-19 tahun 2018-2019 dan saat pandemi covid-19 tahun 2020-2022.

Abstract

Appraisal of a company's performance can be seen both through financial and non-financial aspects. This study specifically measures financial performance by focusing on DuPont System analysis. The DuPont system divides performance into three components, namely net profit margin, rate of return on assets, and rate of return on equity/capital. However, in this study, only two components of the DuPont System were used, namely return on assets and net profit margin. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The data analyzed comes from the financial reports at PT. State Savings Bank (PERSERO) Tbk specifically in the statement of financial position and annual comprehensive income statement ending December 31 2019 to December 31 2021. The results of the study show that Bank BTN has low financial performance. Judging from the total ROA generated each year, it cannot reach the standard set by Bank Indonesia. Even though it has a low ROA value, Bank BTN is able to increase ROA from year to year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the solvency ratio has an influence on the ratio at PT. Unilever Tbk for the 2014-2022 quarter, the data in this study are secondary data for 32 samples. The methods used to analyze the relationship between variables are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The findings in this study show that partially the solvency ratio has no effect on the solvency ratio. It is also known that the solvency ratio does not have a significant effect on changes in earnings

Abstract

The influence of globalization during the industrial revolution on companies has caused changes and competition has become increasingly competitive. Human resources are one of the most important factors in facing global competition, so it is necessary to pay attention to their quality. This study aims to determine the effect of work life balance as an aspect that needs to be considered by companies because it affects job satisfaction and employee performance. This research was conducted at the Shared Service Unit of PT. Telkom Regional VII Makassar with a total of 38 respondents. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach and is a population study. This study analyzes the effect of work life balance on employee job satisfaction. The results of the study show that work life balance as a whole is included in the High category. This shows that the work life balance of employees at the Shared Service Unit of PT. Telkom Regional VII Makassar has been running well as expected by employees at the Shared Service Unit of PT. Telkom Regional VII Makassar. Meanwhile, based on the simple regression results, the variable shows an R value (correlation) of 0.317. The R Square value of 0.317 equals 31.7%, so it can be concluded that the work life balance variable (X) influences the job satisfaction variable (Y) by 31.7%.
