Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of net profit margin, price to book value, and earnings per share on stock returns in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2022. The independent variables in this research are net profit margin, price to book value, and earnings per share. The dependent variable in this research is stock returns.The population in this research is food and beverage companies registered on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. The sampling method in this research is purposive sampling, namely the sampling technique uses certain criteria, 10 companies were obtained that met these criteria so that the total sample in this research was 50 samples. The analytical method used in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this research show that net profit margin has a negative and significant effect on stock returns in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX, while price to book value and earnings per share have a positive and significant effect on stock returns in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX , and simultaneously net profit margin, price to book value, earnings per share have a positive and significant effect on stock returns in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX.

Abstract

Work stress, often arising from factors such as heavy workloads, tight deadlines, and interpersonal conflicts, can negatively impact employees' mental and physical health, job satisfaction, and overall job performance. High levels of work stress can lead to decreased motivation, increased absenteeism, and reduced productivity, which can ultimately affect an organization's bottom line. On the other hand, job satisfaction is a measure of how content employees are with their work and the work environment. When employees are satisfied with their jobs, they tend to be more engaged, motivated, and committed to their tasks, leading to higher job performance and overall organizational success. Job satisfaction is influenced by various factors, including job security, recognition, work-life balance, and opportunities for growth and development. This study aims to determine the effects of work stress (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) on the performance (Y) of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, Panakkukang Makassar Branch. The research type employed is descriptive quantitative. The study's population consists of all employees at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, which includes 73 branches in Panakkukang Makassar. The sample size comprises 73 employees. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. Data analysis involved simple regression analysis using SPSS Version 25 in 2023. The results indicate that work stress has no positive and significant effect on performance; when work stress increases, employee performance decreases, and vice versa. Conversely, job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on performance. When individuals experience higher job satisfaction, it leads to improved performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk tahun 2018 hingga tahun 2022, serta untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya perbedaan antara nilai EVA yang dihasilkan perusahaan pada masa sebelum pandemi covid-19 tahun 2018-2019 dan saat pandemi covid-19 tahun 2020-2022. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan tahunan PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk dan sampel yang digunakan adalah laporan neraca dan laporan laba rugi PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode Economic Value Added (EVA), yang terdiri dari perhitungan Net Operating Profit After Tax (NOPAT), Invested Capital, Weight Average Cost Of Capital (WACC), Capital Charge, dan EVA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pada tahun 2018 hingga 2022 nilai EVA yang dihasilkan mengalami fluktuasi. Pada tahun 2018 hingga 2021 nilai EVA yang dihasilkan perusahaan bernilai positif (EVA > 0) maka dapat dikatakan perusahaan mampu menghasilkan nilai tambah ekonomis. Di tahun 2022 nilai EVA yang dihasilkan negatif (EVA < 0) maka dapat dikatakan perusahaan tidak mampu menghasilkan nilai tambah ekonomis. Berdasarkan nilai EVA yang didapatkan maka dapat dikatakan terdapat perbedaan nilai EVA perusahaan pada masa sebelum pandemi covid-19 tahun 2018-2019 dan saat pandemi covid-19 tahun 2020-2022.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas dan solvabilitas terhadap harga saham pada PT. Dyandra Media International, Tbk. Rasio keuangan profitabilitas dan solvabilitas yang diteliti yaitu Return on Assets dan Debt to Equity Ratio sebagai variabel independen dan Harga Saham sebagai variabel dependen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan PT. Dyandra Media International, Tbk, dengan sampel laporan keuangan PT. Dyandra Media International, Tbk tahun 2018 sampai 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang di uji dengan menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda melalui SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Rasio Profitabilitas yakni Return on Assets tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham, Rasio Solvabilitas yakni Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham, dan Return on Assets dan Debt to Equity Ratio bersama-sama tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham. Dari penelitian ini investor disarankan untuk lebih memfokuskan pada aspek-aspek lain diluar dari kedua variabel independen yang telah di teliti sebagai alasan pengambilan keputusan sebelum mlakukan investasi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of fundamental variables on Share Prices at PT Indo Tambangraya Mega Tbk. This research uses quantitative and comparative methods with secondary data in the form of annual financial reports obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sample in this research is the balance sheet and profit and loss report of PT Indo Tambangraya Mega Tbk for the 2018-2022 period. Based on the results of research using fundamental methods consisting of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Deb To Equity Ratio (DER), and Earning Per Share (EPS), the results show that in particular ROA, ROE, DER and EPS has a positive and significant influence in determining share prices. When viewed simultaneously ROA, ROE, DER and EPS have a positive and significant influence on stock prices

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh social media marketing dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Tavi pada generasi Z di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pesatnya perkembangan media sosial, khususnya platform Instagram dan TikTok, yang saat ini menjadi sarana utama dalam strategi promosi produk, terutama di industri skincare. Selain itu, citra merek juga menjadi faktor penting karena mampu membentuk persepsi, kepercayaan, serta preferensi konsumen dalam menentukan keputusan pembelian. Generasi Z sebagai kelompok usia yang sangat aktif menggunakan media sosial dinilai memiliki karakteristik unik dalam merespons pesan pemasaran digital dan membangun persepsi terhadap suatu merek. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah generasi Z di Kota Makassar yang pernah menggunakan produk Tavi. Penentuan jumlah sampel dilakukan menggunakan rumus Slovin, sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang berisi pernyataan terkait variabel social media marketing, brand image, dan keputusan pembelian. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 27. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji parsial (uji t) untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen, serta uji simultan (uji F) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedua variabel secara bersama-sama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa social media marketing dan brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Tavi, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif serta citra merek yang kuat memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong keputusan pembelian generasi Z terhadap produk skincare lokal seperti Tavi.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of profitability, leverage, and sustainability report disclosure on firm value in energy sector companies listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia during the 2020–2023 period. The increasing demand for sustainability transparency and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices has encouraged companies to improve financial performance and sustainability disclosure to enhance firm value. This research employed a quantitative explanatory approach using panel data regression analysis. The population consisted of energy sector companies listed on the stock exchange, with 16 companies selected through purposive sampling. Secondary data were obtained from annual and sustainability reports. Data analysis was conducted using EViews 13 software. The results indicate that profitability and leverage have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, sustainability report disclosure does not significantly affect firm value. Simultaneously, profitability, leverage, and sustainability disclosure significantly influence firm value. These findings provide insights for investors and corporate management regarding the importance of financial performance and sustainability disclosure in enhancing firm value
