Abstract

Toddler and Adolescent ages are phases that have great potential in forming a child's character. Education and morality are the topics most often compared in discussions between toddlers and teenagers. Balakka Village in North Padang Lawas has children under five and teenagers whose daily education is not provided outside of school. Of course, this means that a lot of children's time is wasted. Even though this age is the right moment for the formation of their character. The service is aimed at providing assistance to all Balakka village communities in North Padang Lawas. The dedication method is carried out by delegating Community Service Students (KKN) starting from program planning, program implementation and program evaluation. The results of the service show that the people of Balakka village in Padang Lawas Utara, with their strong customs, can be open to input and changes given by KKN students. Character development and basic education provided by students through the magrib recitation program, courses, Islamic boarding schools, game education and other forms of assistance can provide new impressions and experiences for members of the public, especially children aged toddlers and adolescents.

Abstract

In the realm of education, which prioritizes the holistic development of students' potential, extracurricular activities play an indispensable role. They not only complement the academic curriculum but also serve as effective avenues for shaping character, honing skills, and unearthing students' talents beyond the classroom. Through in-depth analysis of extracurricular activities, we can gain a better understanding of their contributions to students' potential development. This research aims to provide insights into how extracurricular activities play a crucial role in shaping the character, skills, and talents of students at MTs Negeri 4 Mandailing Natal.This study employs a qualitative approach with a focus on phenomenology. The research location is at MTs Negari 4 Mandailing Natal, located in Sumatra Utara. Data were obtained through interviews with the school principal, teachers, and members of the change agents. The implementation of extracurricular activities in developing students' interests and talents requires careful planning. Discussions on the analysis of extracurricular activities at MTs Negari 4 Mandailing Natal encompass various aspects, ranging from the types of activities, student participation, influence on character formation, to skills and talent development.Extracurricular activity supervisors play a vital role in planning activities and ensuring their implementation aligns with the intended goals. The success of extracurricular activities heavily relies on collaboration among the school principal, activity supervisors, and students. With extracurricular activities in place, MTs Negari 4 Mandailing Natal has witnessed significant developments in students' interests and talents, providing positive impacts not only for the students themselves but also for the educational institution and the surrounding community. Abstract

Peran tata usaha sekolah berfungsi sebagai pendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah agar berjalan dengan lancar sesuai dengan apa yang telah direncanakan. Adapun Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) mengetahui manajemen tata usaha di MTs Negeri 4 Mandailing Natal. 2) Mengetahui layanan administrasi di MTs Negeri 4 Mandailing Natal. 3) Mengetahui manajemen tata usaha dalam meningkatkan kualitas Pelayanan adsminitrasi di MTs Negeri 4 Mandailing Natal Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun tenik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun sumber data primernya yaitu kepala madrasah, kepala tata usaha, staff tata usaha. Adapun sumber sekundernya ialah melalui dokumen, wawancara dan foto. Prosedur penelitian yang digunakan menghasilkan data berupa kata-kata tertulis, ungkapan lisan dari narasumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukksn bahwa manajemen tata usaha di MTs Negeri 4 Mandailing Natal surdah berrjalan derngan baik, serperrti administrasi kerpergawaian, kurrikurlurm, kersiswaan, perrsurratan dan perngarsipan, sarana dan prasarana. Layanan administrasi di MTs Nergerri 4 Mandailing Natal sangat berrperran pernting urnturk kermajuran madrasah, karerna sertiap kergiatan di madrasah itur diaturr olerh ternaga administrasi. Dalam merningkatkan kuralitas perlayanannya serperrti perrgantian dalam jam perlajaran jika gurrurnya tidak hadir di dalam kerlas. Manajemen tata usaha dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan administrasi di MTs Negeri 4 Mandailing Natal. dimurlai dari proses perrerncanaan, pelaksanaan, pengarahan, pengendalian, dan evaluasi.
