Abstract

A state government can implement a knowledge portal-based e-government system to properly accommodate knowledge management activities. This is also useful to minimize knowledge gaps, loss of knowledge, and waste of knowledge in the operational process of government when providing services to the community. This is intended so that the government can be massive, effective and efficient in providing public public services. The research hypothesis is that the existence of a knowledge portal-based e-Government system can assist the government in carrying out knowledge management activities in every operational activity with the aim of helping to run public service activities more effectively and efficiently. Referring to this explanation, the focus of the research carried out is to discuss and find a formal, structured scientific definition of the knowledge portal system in government based on a modified soft system methodology and hermeneutics approach. The object of research will be carried out at government agencies of the State of Indonesia with the hope of fulfilling the research objectives, namely finding a structured formal scientific definition of a knowledge portal system within a government.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang edukasi pemanfaatan home charging sebagai alat yang berperan penting dalam mendukung penggunaan kendaraan listrik ramah lingkungan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi terkait manfaat dan dampak penggunaan home charging. Metode yang digunakan meliputi perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi yang dilakukan di tempat pengguna instalasi home charging. Dalam kesimpulannya, pemanfaatan fasilitas home charging memiliki potensi besar untuk mendukung penggunaan kendaraan listrik ramah lingkungan. Dengan peningkatan infrastruktur yang tepat dan dukungan dari berbagai pihak, pemanfaatan ini dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif dalam mengurangi emisi gas rumah kaca dan mendorong perkembangan lebih lanjut dalam teknologi kendaraan listrik.

Abstract

Selesa Coffee & Eatery, a café located at Jl. Tukad Batanghari No.12, Denpasar Selatan, Bali, faces significant challenges in optimizing their digital marketing strategy, particularly on social media platforms like Instagram. Despite offering a diverse menu and a comfortable atmosphere, their use of Instagram is suboptimal, with issues related to content quality and consistency. Unprofessional content and irregular posting frequency result in decreased engagement, limiting their potential to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Additionally, Instagram features such as Stories, IGTV, and Instagram Live are underutilized, and the lack of a well-planned strategy impedes their digital marketing effectiveness. To address these issues, it is crucial to enhance digital marketing education and training for employees. Research indicates that content consistency and quality are key to capturing audience attention and increasing brand awareness. By improving visual content quality, implementing a regular posting schedule, and effectively utilizing Instagram features, Selesa Coffee & Eatery can boost engagement and strengthen customer relationships. Furthermore, adopting a solid digital marketing strategy and leveraging analytics to measure campaign performance will aid in making more accurate and effective adjustments. Comprehensive digital marketing education and relevant practical experience are expected to enhance employee competence and support the café's growth in a competitive market.

Abstract

Optimize the Use of social media as a Marketing Tool in Digital Marketing The main function of social media is to share content, therefore it is necessary to optimize content. Social Media Optimization is almost the same as optimizing social media content. Success on social media means success in optimizing content. Likewise with marketing that will be built at PT SMART VISA BALI through social media. Educating not only prospective service users, but also existing employees. The methods used include direct mentoring, direct mentoring itself, which is a method in which a trainer or mentor is actively involved in the learning or training process by working with participants in real situations or in relevant environments. This assistance can take the form of mentoring, hands-on practice, or joint work situations. The goal is to enable trainees to learn by being directly involved in tasks or situations appropriate to their area of learning. Some of the problems encountered include; lack of utilization of social media features such as Instagram, Facebook, and line. PT Smart Visa is very good at having this social media, but it's a shame if it's not utilized optimally. Social media is made less representative of the services offered. Next is the lack of knowledge related to determining keywords or keywords, the keywords themselves can affect brand/service exposure in the community but again due to a lack of knowledge related to these keywords, the application of social media is not optimal. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that: Optimizing social media has a big impact on companies, apart from being a Digital Marketing marketing medium, through optimizing social media we can also obtain information and make companies sensitive to existing information. development of digital technology. So that PT Smart Visa Bali is not left behind in this digital era if the optimization of social media is further improved.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the information technology governance at Indonesia's One-Door Investment and Integrated Services Institution using the COBIT 5 framework. COBIT 5 is a comprehensive framework that provides a model for managing and governing information technology within an organization, to ensure the achievement of strategic and operational objectives. The research was conducted through several stages, including identifying relevant information technology processes, data collection through questionnaires and interviews, and analysis of the evaluation results using capability levels provided by COBIT 5 framework. The study results indicate that most information technology processes at Indonesia's One-Door Investment and Integrated Services Institution are at capability levels that require improvement, particularly in information technology risk management, performance management, and internal controls. Several recommendations are provided to enhance information technology governance at Indonesia's One-Door Investment and Integrated Services Institution, such as strengthening information technology policies and procedures, increasing human resource capacity through continuous training, and implementing regular monitoring and evaluation systems. By adopting these recommendations, it is expected that information technology governance at Indonesia's One-Door Investment and Integrated Services Institution can be optimized to support the achievement of organizational goals better and improve public services for the citizens.

Abstract

This study examines the multifaceted relationship between import tariffs, trade dynamics, and exchange rates and their collective impact on economic growth in Indonesia. As a developing country integrated into the global economy, Indonesia's growth is heavily influenced by international trade policies and macroeconomic factors. This study investigates how various import tariffs change trade dynamics, which in turn affect Indonesia's economic growth. At the same time, the exchange rate is analyzed as an important mediator that shapes the trade balance and examines the effect of changes in import tariffs on economic growth. The estimation method used is path analysis, using 9 years of historical quantitative data (2016-2024). Econometric modeling and statistical analysis are used to capture the direct and indirect relationships among the variables of interest. This study finds that import tariffs negatively impact Indonesia’s economic growth through various mediating variables, including the trade balance, exchange rate, and US imports and exports. Empirical analysis using Path Analysis reveals that higher tariffs reduce Indonesia’s export volume, restrict foreign market access, and distort exchange rate stability, leading to trade imbalances and depressing GDP growth. In addition, reduced US imports from Indonesia weaken Indonesia’s trade revenues, which affect investment and consumption capacity. The broader economic consequences highlight the need for a strategic trade policy that balances national interests with global competitiveness. These findings provide policymakers with a framework to optimize Indonesia's trade and monetary strategies to ensure sustainable long-term economic growth. Abstract

Rianggede Village is a village located in Penebel sub-district, Tabanan Regency, Bali, Indonesia. Micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) is a general term in the world of economics that refers to productive economic enterprises owned by individuals or business entities in accordance with the criteria stipulated by Law no. 20 of 2008. SME business actors have limitations in terms of capital because usually the capital owned is mostly focused on the production side. Then what about the promotion and sales side which of course also requires a lot of money? Here technology can play a role, one of which is Google My Business. One of the advantages of Google My Business is that it displays business profiles online and is already integrated with Google Maps and the Google search engine.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai difusi inovasi konten promosi GoPayLater cicil pada iklan e-commerce tokopedia di YouTube. Bagaimana pihak Tokopedia mempromosikan iklannya kepada masyarakat dalam menggunakan metode transaksi GoPayLater Cicil. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana konten promosi GoPayLater Cicil pada iklan E-commerce Tokopedia di YouTube. Fokus penelitian ini menggunakan teori Difusi Inovasi dalam menentukan tingkat keberhasilan inovasi dan mendapatkan hasil penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk menentukan informan. Analisis konten didasarkan pada teori difusi inovasi Rogers untuk mengevaluasi penerimaan inovasi GoPayLater Cicil dalam transaksi online di Tokopedia. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pihak E-commerce Tokopedia melakukan kerja sama dengan pihak Gojek dalam menggunakan inovasi terbaru melalui iklan YouTube. Penemuan transaksi GoPayLater Cicil merupakan perkembangan dari penggunaan saldo GoPay yang bisa digunakan oleh pengguna aplikasi Tokopedia dan Gojek untuk membeli barang secara online. Hal ini juga dihargai oleh beberapa masyarakat yang berpendapat bahwa iklan yang diberikan Tokopedia sudah baik, dan memiliki unsur hiburan, termasuk juga dengan pilihan saluran komunikasi menggunakan platform media YouTube sebagai sarana promosi yang bisa dikatakan sudah tepat.
