Abstract

Background. of the guidance and counseling teacher's efforts in dealing with delinquency of class XI students at SMAN 1 Batur, Batur District, Banjarnegara Regency, in this study has an educational background that is closely related to strong character. Purpose. While development in Indonesia is carried out as a whole, which requires quality human resources, various efforts to form the nation's personality, especially in the younger generation. Method. One of the efforts to increase quality resources is through education. Results. However, every educational process, especially tackling delinquency, has obstacles and obstacles, which occur at SMAN 1 Batur, especially class XI, this research has a goal. 1) find out the efforts of the counseling teacher in dealing with student delinquency; 2) know the method used. Conclusion It was proveb by the calculation of N-gain of 0,76 with category.

Abstract

The background of this research is to improve the quality of student learning and student achievement in Pancasila and civic education lessons by using video media that can be used to channel messages so that it can stimulate thoughts, feelings, concerns, and interests, students' attention so that students' motivation in learning increases. This study aims to: 1) Describe the teacher's process in implementing video media in Civics learning. 2) Knowing the obstacles faced by teachers in implementing video media in Civics learning 3). Describes students' motivation in using video media in Civics learning. This study uses behavioristic theory, this theory examines human behavior. The type of research used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were teachers of Pancasila and Citizenship Education at SMAN 1 Lunang, Deputy Curriculum at SMAN 1 Lunang and students from class XI Social Sciences at SMAN I at Lunang. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research that has been done, found: 1) In implementing video media in Civics learning, the teacher first looks for learning videos on YouTube and then adjusts them to the lesson plans and modules, after that the teacher plays the videos in class according to the appropriate methods and procedures. So as to produce effective, efficient learning and increase student motivation. This is because the enthusiasm of students in learning increases. 2) Obstacles that are often experienced in using video media are teachers who have difficulty managing learning time with the duration of the video, with the duration of lesson hours. 3) The motivation of students in using video media in Civics learning is able to make students' attention focus on learning so that all questions given by the teacher are answered by students.

Abstract

Tingkat kinerja karyawan yang optimal sangat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja di dalam organisasi. Di Perumdam Tirta Kencana Kota Samarinda, isu terkait beban kerja yang tidak seimbang dan lingkungan kerja yang kurang mendukung menjadi perhatian dalam upaya peningkatan produktivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perumdam Tirta Kencana Kota Samarinda. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Pengumpulan data, instrument pengukuran sampel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 86 responden yang merupakan karyawan aktif di Perumdam Tirta Kencana. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara langsung kepada responden dan dianalisis menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) Lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (3) Beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Perumdam Tirta Kencana Kota Samarinda. Dengan demikian, perusahaan disarankan untuk mengelola beban kerja secara proporsional serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif guna meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara optimal. The level of optimal employee performance is greatly influenced by workload conditions and the work environment within an organization. At Perumdam Tirta Kencana in Samarinda City, issues related to unbalanced workloads and an unsupportive work environment have become major concerns in efforts to improve productivity. This study aims to determine the influence of workload and work environment on employee performance at Perumdam Tirta Kencana Samarinda. The research employed a quantitative method with a data collection approach and measurement instruments for sampling. The sample consisted of 86 respondents who are active employees of Perumdam Tirta Kencana. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed directly to the respondents and analyzed using statistical software. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Workload has a significant effect on employee performance, (2) The work environment also has a significant effect on employee performance, and (3) Workload and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees at Perumdam Tirta Kencana Samarinda. Therefore, the company is advised to manage workload proportionally and create a conducive work environment in order to improve employee performance optimally.

Contextual Teaching and Learning strategies are an effective approach to improve students" understanding of Islamic values by relating the subject matter to real situations that are relevant to daily life. Purpose. This study aims to analyze the influence of contextual learning strategies in strengthening students" understanding of Islamic teachings. Method. The method used is a qualitative-based literature study with data tracing from scientific journals, books, and recent research reports. Results. The results of the analysis show that contextual learning is able to increase students" active engagement, strengthen their understanding of Islamic values, and motivate the application of these teachings in real life. In addition, the role of teachers as creative and innovative facilitators is the key to the successful implementation of this strategy. The implications of this study confirm the importance of integrating Islamic values and experiential learning strategies to create a meaningful and holistic educational process. Conclusion. Contextual learning strategies are effective in instilling Islamic values in an applicative and meaningful manner. This approach encourages student engagement and 21st century skill development. Its success requires the support of teachers, schools, and synergistic policies.
