Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of green marketing and corporate social responsibility on brand image, purchase intention, and purchase decision on The Body Shop's customers in Samarinda. This study uses a quantitative approach using SmartPLS software. The sample was 152 respondents with a sampling technique using accidental sampling. The results showed that green marketing is a significantly positive effect on brand image. Green marketing is a significantly positive effect on purchase intention. Corporate social responsibility is not a significantly positive effect on brand image. Corporate social responsibility is a significantly positive effect on purchase intention. Green marketing is a significantly positive effect on the purchase decision. Corporate social responsibility is not a significantly positive effect on the purchase decision. Brand image is a significantly positive effect on the purchase decision. Purchase intention is a significantly positive effect on the purchase decision.

Abstract

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk Menguji dan membuktikan serta menganalisis pengaruh shared values, communication, opportunistic behavior control, terhadap trust serta dampaknya terhadap customer loyalty pada sistem e- commerce. Model yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Variabel penelitian adalah Communication (X1), Opportunistic Behavior Control (X2), Trust (Y) dan Customer Loyalty (Z). Populasi penelitian adalah orang yang menggunakan Shopee di Samarinda, dengan jumlah sampel yang sudah ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 130 responden. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa communication dan opportunistic behavior control berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap trust dan trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhdap customer loyalty pelanggan shopee di Samarinda terbukti dan dapat diterima kebenarannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kegiatan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace Shopee di Kota Samarinda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang membeli produk di marketplace Shopee di kota Samarinda melalui berbagai kegiatan promosi termasuk ongkos kirim dan flash sale. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini mengadopsi purposive   sampling, dan peneliti menentukan sendiri standar sampel melalui pertimbangan-pertimbangan tertentu. Besar sampel penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang telah ditentukan oleh peneliti. Alat yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh adalah software SPSS (Statistics Program for the Social Sciences) versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Liquidity is the company's ability to meet its maturing obligations. Companies are not only responsible for generating profits in their production activities but are also required to be able to fulfill their obligations to make payments when their obligations are due. A company that has a good level of liquidity will certainly run the company well and productively. This research was conducted on PT Diamond Food Indonesia Tbk, which is one of the companies engaged in the industry and distribution of food and beverage products. This study aims to determine the level of liquidity of PT Diamond Food Indonesia Tbk in fulfilling its short-term obligations. This research is in the form of quantitative descriptive. Data collection was carried out by researchers using data from the financial statements of PT Diamond Food Indonesia Tbk for the period 2018-2021 obtained from www.idx.co.id, then analyzed using the liquidity ratio formula, namely the current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio.The results of the research of PT Diamond Food Indonesia Tbk have a good level of liquidity and have the ability to meet their maturing obligations because the company has a liquidity level above 100% in 2018-2021 based on current ratio analysis, cash ratio and quick ratio. Despite having a good level of liquidity, the company needs to maintain its cash ratio so that the company does not experience difficulties in meeting its current obligations.

Abstract

The development of the tourism industry continues to run very rapidly, so special attention is needed to maximize every potential that exists so that the number of tourists visiting is increasing. One of them is by utilizing the marketing mix in increasing the number of tourists. In line with that, this study aims to test the 7p marketing mix of customer loyalty, by making the satisfaction variable a mediator variable. The use of data types in this study is primary data, interview techniques and questionnaire distribution were used to obtain data in this study. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 170 respondents visitors to Tapandullu Beach Tourism, data processing with the help of SmartPLS. To answer the research objectives, the SmartPLS Output showed findings that positively and significantly the 7p marketing mix affects customer loyalty. However, in customer satisfaction, the marketing mix does not have a significant effect on the direction of positive influence, this is due to the lack of facilities to support the comfort of visitors in order to create a sense of satisfaction and loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a unidirectional and meaningful relationship with loyal customers, the marketing mix has a unidirectional and meaningless influence directly on loyal customers and moderated satisfied customers as a mediator variable in Tapandullu Beach Tourism Mamuju Regency. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of word of mouth, servicescape, service quality, and convenience towards Loyalty through Trust and Perceived Value for Happy Puppy Karaoke visitors in Samarinda. This study used a quantitative approach using path analysis which was processed with SPSS Statistic 23 software and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with IBM AMOS 23 software. The sample used in this study consisted of 162 samples taken from Happy Puppy Karaoke visitors in Samarinda City. In this study, instrument tests were carried out which consisted of validity and reliability tests, assumption tests using estimation tests, and structural model fit tests. Based on the structural model, it can be proven that Word of Mouth has no significant effect on Trust. Servicescape and Service Quality and Convenience have a significant effect on Trust. Word of Mouth, Servicescape, and Service Quality and Convenience significantly affect Perceived Value. Word of Mouth, Servicescape, and Service Quality and Convenience have no significant effect on Loyalty. Trust has no significant effect on Loyalty. Perceived Value has a significant effect on Loyalty for Happy Puppy Karaoke visitors in Samarinda.

Abstract

Tingkat kinerja karyawan yang optimal sangat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja di dalam organisasi. Di Perumdam Tirta Kencana Kota Samarinda, isu terkait beban kerja yang tidak seimbang dan lingkungan kerja yang kurang mendukung menjadi perhatian dalam upaya peningkatan produktivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perumdam Tirta Kencana Kota Samarinda. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Pengumpulan data, instrument pengukuran sampel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 86 responden yang merupakan karyawan aktif di Perumdam Tirta Kencana. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara langsung kepada responden dan dianalisis menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) Lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (3) Beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Perumdam Tirta Kencana Kota Samarinda. Dengan demikian, perusahaan disarankan untuk mengelola beban kerja secara proporsional serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif guna meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara optimal. The level of optimal employee performance is greatly influenced by workload conditions and the work environment within an organization. At Perumdam Tirta Kencana in Samarinda City, issues related to unbalanced workloads and an unsupportive work environment have become major concerns in efforts to improve productivity. This study aims to determine the influence of workload and work environment on employee performance at Perumdam Tirta Kencana Samarinda. The research employed a quantitative method with a data collection approach and measurement instruments for sampling. The sample consisted of 86 respondents who are active employees of Perumdam Tirta Kencana. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed directly to the respondents and analyzed using statistical software. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Workload has a significant effect on employee performance, (2) The work environment also has a significant effect on employee performance, and (3) Workload and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees at Perumdam Tirta Kencana Samarinda. Therefore, the company is advised to manage workload proportionally and create a conducive work environment in order to improve employee performance optimally.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kerjasama tim dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum (Perumdam) Tirta Kencana Kota Samarinda. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan regresi linear berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 86 responden yang merupakan karyawan aktif di Perumdam Tirta Kencana. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung kepada responden, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (2) Komunikasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kerjasama tim dan komunikasi secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di Perumdam Tirta Kencana Kota Samarinda.   This study aims to determine the effect of teamwork and communication on employee performance at the Regional Drinking Water Company (Perumdam) Tirta Kencana, Samarinda City. The method used is a quantitative method with a multiple linear regression approach. The sample in this study amounted to 86 respondents who were active employees at Perumdam Tirta Kencana. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents, then analyzed using the t-test. The results of the study showed that: (1) Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (2) Communication also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Thus, it can be concluded that increasing teamwork and communication can significantly improve employee performance at Perumdam Tirta Kencana, Samarinda City

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Samarinda. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan regresi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 86 responden yang merupakan karyawan aktif PDAM Kota Samarinda. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung kepada responden, kemudian dianalisis dengan bantuan perangkat lunak statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya di lingkungan PDAM Kota Samarinda.   This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Samarinda City. The research employed a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample consisted of 86 respondents who are active employees of PDAM Samarinda. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed directly to the respondents and analyzed using statistical software. The results showed that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings indicate that the application of an appropriate leadership style can enhance employee performance in carrying out their duties and responsibilities within the PDAM Samarinda work environment.
