Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a feeling of happiness or disappointment experienced by a person with the goods or services provided, by comparing the suitability of the product received with the customer's expectations. This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of Griya Hasanah mortgage financing on customer satisfaction at BSI KCP Padalarang. In 2021, the number of customers using Griya Hasanah financing is still limited, because that year was the beginning of the merger of the previous three banks into BSI, so many programs have not been delivered to customers. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach using a questionnaire. The population of this study is 51 people, with sampling covering the entire population. The results of the study show that the R Square value is 0.731 or 73.1%, which means that the financing of Griya Hasanah Mortgage (X) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) of 73.1%, and is included in the strong category. The remaining 26.9% was influenced by other variables outside of this model. Quantitative data showed that the correlation between the Griya Hasanah mortgage financing variable and customer satisfaction had a calculated value of 0.855 which was greater than the table of 0.275, indicating a strong correlation. Therefore, it can be concluded that the better the quality of Griya Hasanah's mortgage financing, the higher customer satisfaction at BSI KCP Padalarang.

Abstract

Akad Mukhabarah is a collaboration between landowners and cultivators, where landowners provide land to be planted and maintained by farmers with a mutually agreed share of the proceeds. In Kampung Baru, Kertamukti Village, this rice field cultivation cooperation is known as "maro". This research focuses on the implementation of mukhabarah contracts by rice farmers, with two main questions: 1) What is the mechanism for the implementation of mukhabarah contracts for rice farmers in Kampung Baru, Kertamukti Village? 2) What is the impact of the implementation of the mukhabarah contract for both parties in Kampung Baru, Kertamukti Village? This research is qualitative and descriptive with data collection methods through interviews, observations, documentation studies, and data analysis. The results of the study show that the cooperation in the management of rice fields in Kampung Baru is similar to the concept of mukhabarah, but it does not fully follow Islamic teachings because the limits in land management are not set at the time of the contract. As a result, there is an imbalance between landowners and managers, because agreements are only made orally without written documents. The distribution of proceeds is carried out based on an agreement between landowners and farmers. The mukhabarah cooperation provides good economic opportunities for rice farmers in Kampung Baru, Kertamukti Village.

Abstract

Mayoritas penduduk Desa Cihampelas bekerja sebagai petani, namun hampir 70% dari mereka tidak memiliki lahan sendiri. Oleh karena itu, pemilik lahan seringkali menyerahkan lahannya kepada penggarap dengan sistem bagi hasil. Meskipun demikian, konflik kerap muncul antara pemilik lahan dan penggarap, terutama mengenai pembayaran pupuk dan distribusi hasil panen yang tidak tepat waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji akad yang digunakan dalam sistem bagi hasil, mekanisme pembagian hasil, serta pandangan Kompilasi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah (KHES) tentang sistem pembayaran di Desa Cihampelas pada saat panen. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan penelitian lapangan (field research). Data diperoleh dari sumber primer dan sekunder melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan triangulasi. Analisis dilakukan dengan merujuk pada literatur dan kondisi lapangan. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa berbagai akad yang digunakan sering menyebabkan kebingungan dan konflik. Selain itu, kurangnya transparansi dalam pembagian hasil juga menjadi sumber perselisihan. Berdasarkan KHES, diperlukan penyesuaian dan penjelasan lebih lanjut terkait akad dan sistem pembayaran yang sesuai dengan prinsip ekonomi syariah. Kesimpulannya, untuk mengurangi konflik, diperlukan kesepakatan yang lebih jelas dan transparan mengenai akad, pembagian hasil, serta sistem pembayaran yang sesuai dengan aturan syariah.
