Abstract

This study aims to improve children's cognitive abilities through the color play method in children aged 4-5 years at PAUD Al- Huda, Kemang Manis Village, Pino Raya District, South Bengkulu Regency. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) which is a collaborative researcher working with class teachers, the subjects of this research are 4-5 year old children consisting of 7 boys and 8 girls. Data collection methods used observation sheets and documentation of this research were carried out in two cycles, each cycle was carried out twice a meeting. The results showed that playing colors can improve children's cognitive. which can be seen in the observation sheet which shows an increase in each cycle. Cognitive development of children by playing colors in cycle I meeting I got a percentage of 39.44% with criteria starting to develop (MB) in cycle I meeting II the results of the action reached 58.27% with kireteria developing as expected (BSH) because the results of the study have not reached the expected criteria, the researchers continued in cycle II there are also research results in cycle II meeting I percentage obtained 73.05% with criteria developing as expected (BSH) while the results in cycle II pertmuan II reached the specified completeness of 96. 66% with the criteria for developing very well (BSB), so this research was stopped in cycle II pertemaun II.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of green finance, intellectual capital, and firm size on corporate value, utilizing financial performance as a mediating variable. The research is centered on companies listed in the Kompas 100 Index from 2020 to 2023, involving a sample of 50 firms. The analytical approach employed is panel data regression using the Random Effect Model, supplemented by the Sobel test to evaluate mediation effects. The results indicate that green finance, intellectual capital, and firm size positively and significantly affect financial performance. Furthermore, both green finance and intellectual capital significantly influence firm value, although green finance demonstrates a negative coefficient. The size of the firm and its financial results do not significantly impact its overall value. The Sobel test demonstrates that financial performance serves as a significant mediating factor in the relationship between the three independent variables and the firm's value. In summary, the research model explains 19.8% of the variation in firm value. These findings have important implications for developing corporate strategies aimed at increasing firm value through the cohesive management of environmental factors, intellectual capital, and financial performance.

Abstract

Stunting menjadi salah satu masalah gizi kronis yang terjadi di Indonesia khususnya Kalimantan Tengah. Salah satu upaya mengatasi stunting adalah dengan pemberian makanan tambahan (PMT) sumber protein hewani. Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Universitas Antakusuma bersama Kader PKK Kelurahan Baru menginisiasi penggunaan pangan fungsional protein broth sebagai alternatif PMT. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui edukasi, pelatihan, dan praktik pembuatan protein broth dengan melibatkan kader PKK dan Posyandu. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2025 bekerjasama dengan Posyandu Damai dan Anggrek. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi survey pendahuluan, penentuan masalah prioritas, perumusan solusi, pelatihan, mentoring dan evaluasi. Hasil pada kegiatan ini adalah kader PKK mampu melakukan transfer ilmu, membuat dan mendistribusikan protein broth kepada balita berisiko stunting dan ibu hamil KEK. Produk ini disukai karena mudah diaplikasikan pada makanan sehari-hari, bergizi tinggi dan membantu memenuhi kebutuhan protein hewani. Dengan demikian, hasil kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader PKK serta memberi manfaat bagi balita dan ibu hamil. Saran bagi kegiatan ini adalah terdapat dukungan pemerintah daerah agar keberlanjutan program dan cakupan lebih luas dapat tercapai.
