Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Peran Kepala Sekolah Dalam Menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka Di TK Aisyiyah XI Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriftif kualitatif. Data didapatkan dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan tiga analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan, dengan informan yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah dan dua guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peran Kepala Sekolah Dalam Menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka Di TK Aisyiyah XI Kota Bengkulu yaitu kepala sekolah: sebagai educator guru mengikuti pelatihan atau seminar offline maupun online yang dapat diakses di PMM sebagai manajer memberikan arahan kepada guru untuk merencanakan dan menyusun modul ajar, sebagai administrator dapat memberdayakan guru dengan memberikan tugas dan tanggung jawab, sebagai supervisor melakukan pertemuan dengan guru untuk mencari solusi apabila terjadi kendala dalam penerapan kurikulum merdeka.sebagai leader memberikan arahan untuk mengikuti pelatihan, sebagai innovator melakukan musyarawarah untuk mencari inovasi baru,sebagai motivator memberi motivasi guru untuk mengikuti pelatihan.

Abstract

This study also aims to determine the constraints of teachers in increasing independence in children. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Data d i ku m pu l k a n mel a lui ob s erv a s i, w a w a ncar a, d a n do k umn ta s i. The main subjects in this study are teachers and students at Jasa Mekar Mandiri Kindergarten, Seluma Regency. The results showed that 1) The role of teachers in improving children's independence in Jasa Mekar Mandiri Kindergarten Seluma Regency is: First the role as an educator is carried out by providing opportunities to children, and apply existing learning in schools. Second, the role as a teacher is carried out by the way the teacher chooses the right learning method, The teacher gives praise and motivation to the child. Third, the role as a guide is carried out in a way, teachers who habituate and repeat to children, teachers who have extensive knowledge, and teachers who instill neatness in children. Fourth, the role as a teacher assessor menggun akan daily records and report card . Teacher obstacles in increasing independence in early childhood in schools include: The surrounding environment, and Parenting. It can be concluded that the role of teachers in increasing children's independence is the role of teachers as educators, teachers, guides, and assessors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to 1) find out the methods used by teachers in building the character of learning discipline through the school environment after the pandemic at PAUD Negeri Pembina 1 Bengkulu City, 2) find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for teachers in building the character of learning discipline through the school environment after during the pandemic at PAUD Negeri Pembina 1 Bengkulu City. Qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Informants in this study were 2 people consisting of the Head of Pembina I Bengkulu Public PAUD and teachers. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques Data analysis techniques from the Miles and Huberman concepts, the data analysis process is carried out interactively and continues continuously until it is complete so that the data is saturated. The results of the study show the methods used by teachers in building the character of learning discipline through the school environment in PAUD Negeri Pembina 1 Kota Bengkulu consists of exemplary methods, habituation, advice and attention or supervision of existing rules at school and attitudes of daily life such as coming to school on time, queuing in washing hands, cleaning up toys, and so on. Supporting factors and inhibiting factors for teachers in building the character of learning discipline through the school environment after the pandemic at PAUD Negeri Pembina 1 Bengkulu City are divided into internal and external factors. Supporting factors can be seen from the awareness of the students themselves while external inhibiting factors can be seen from parents and environmental factors

Abstract

This study draws the conclusion that through activities using number bag media can improve the cognitive development of children in PAUD AMANDA Seluma District. This increase can be seen from the increase in the percentage after the implementation of the actions in cycle I and cycle II. Implementation of the action in the first cycle, the percentage shown from the first cycle is 67%. The implementation of the actions in Cycle II showed an increase compared to the actions in Cycle I. The percentage of achievement results in Cycle II was 93% in the Very Good Developing criteria, meaning that it achieved the research success criteria of 75% - 100%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah melalui kegiatan permainan mencetak huruf dengan pasi kinetic dan flash card dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan anak pada PAUD Putri Gading Kota Bengkulu. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek utama dalam penelitian ini adalah pada anak kelompok B yang berjumlah 15 anak di PAUD Putri Gading Kota Bengkulu. Hasil peningkatan membaca permulaan anak pada siklus I sebesar 67% dengan kriteria berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH). Pada siklus II sudah mengalami peningkatan sebesar 80% dengan kriteria berkembang sangat baik (BSB). Simpulan penelitian bahwa melalui permainan mencetak huruf dengan pasir kinetik dan flash card pada anak kelompok B di PAUD Putri Gading Kota Bengkulu, Dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan pada nak kelompok B melalui permainan pasir kinetik dan flash card. Sehingga tercapailah presentase sebesar 80% dengan kriteria Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB Kata Kunci: Membaca Permulaan, Pasir Kinetik, Flash Card

Abstract

This study aims to improve children's cognitive abilities through the color play method in children aged 4-5 years at PAUD Al- Huda, Kemang Manis Village, Pino Raya District, South Bengkulu Regency. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) which is a collaborative researcher working with class teachers, the subjects of this research are 4-5 year old children consisting of 7 boys and 8 girls. Data collection methods used observation sheets and documentation of this research were carried out in two cycles, each cycle was carried out twice a meeting. The results showed that playing colors can improve children's cognitive. which can be seen in the observation sheet which shows an increase in each cycle. Cognitive development of children by playing colors in cycle I meeting I got a percentage of 39.44% with criteria starting to develop (MB) in cycle I meeting II the results of the action reached 58.27% with kireteria developing as expected (BSH) because the results of the study have not reached the expected criteria, the researchers continued in cycle II there are also research results in cycle II meeting I percentage obtained 73.05% with criteria developing as expected (BSH) while the results in cycle II pertmuan II reached the specified completeness of 96. 66% with the criteria for developing very well (BSB), so this research was stopped in cycle II pertemaun II.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah melalui kegiatan melukis bebas menggunakan media benang berwarna dapat meningkatkan motorik halus pada anak kelompok B di PAUD PEMBINA Negeri I Kota Bengkulu. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif-kuantitatif dengan penekananya digunakan untuk menentukan peningkatan proses yang dinyatakan dalam sebuah predikat, sedangkan analisis data kuantitatif digunakan untuk menentukan peningkatan hasil dengan menggunakan persentase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Dampak Penggunaan Media Sosial Tik-Tok Terhadap Perkembangan Sosial Emosional pada Anak Usia Dini Di Tk Aisyiyah XI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriftif kualitatif, data yang didapatkan dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Dengan informan yang terdiri dari orang tua dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak penggunaan media sosial Tik-Tok terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional pada anak usia dini yaitu berkenaan dengan perilaku prososial terlihat dengan sikap bermain dengan teman sebaya anak lebih memilih bermain Handphone dibandingkan bermain dengan teman, sehingga mengakibatkan kurangnya interaksi dengan teman, sikap berbagi dengan teman dan orang lain sudah ada anak yang bisa berbagi dan ada juga anak yang tidak bisa berbagi, dalam sikap kooperatif anak sudah bisa bersikap kooperatif seperti anak membantu pekerjaan rumah, mengekspresikan emosi nampak anak yang kecanduan bermain Tik-Tok berlebihan dalam mengekspresikan emosi dan kurangnya respon saat dipanggil. Simpulan penelitian bahwa dampak penggunaan media sosial Tik-Tok terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional tidak terlalu banyak berdampak buruk tetapi juga berdampak positif.

Abstract

Building Early Childhood Social Emotional Skills Through Science Video Media discusses the importance of social emotional development in early childhood, which includes the ability to recognize, understand and manage emotions, and build positive relationships with others. These abilities are the foundation for children's success in learning and life, yet many young children still face limitations in this aspect. Science video media offers an innovative solution with engaging visual content and evocative narration, which not only builds curiosity towards science but also teaches social-emotional values through real-life situations. Despite its great potential, the implementation of this media faces challenges, such as the lack of understanding of educators and parents, limited technological infrastructure, and the risk of children's dependence on digital media. Through this community service program, educators and parents are educated on the use of science video media to create relevant, engaging, and holistic learning, which is expected to improve children's social-emotional abilities while strengthening the quality of education in the digital era.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the competence of PAUD educators in compiling formative and summative learning evaluations that are in accordance with the characteristics of early childhood. The training was carried out by lecturers of the PG-PAUD Study Program, Dehasen University, Bengkulu on May 10, 2025, at the HIMPAUDI Secretariat, Pondok Kelapa District, Central Bengkulu Regency. This activity was attended by 40 participants consisting of PAUD principals and teachers who are members of HIMPAUDI, Pondok Kelapa District. The training methods include interactive lectures, group discussions, evaluation instrument preparation practices, and reflection and question and answer sessions. The material was delivered by three speakers who are expert lecturers in the field of early childhood education evaluation, namely Dr. Mimpira Haryono, M.Pd., Ela Pebriani, M.Pd., and Ranny Fitria Imran, M.Pd. The results of the training showed that there was a significant increase in the participants' understanding and skills in compiling evaluation instruments such as observation sheets, development journals, and child portfolios. This training has a positive impact in building educators' awareness that evaluation is an important part of the learning process, as well as encouraging the implementation of authentic evaluation that supports children's holistic development. This activity recommends follow-up in the form of mentoring and further training to strengthen the implementation of learning evaluation in PAUD units.
