Abstract

In connection with the theory of knowledge (epistemology), Islam uses many different approaches to study its thinking. In Islam, there are at least three models of thought systems, namely bayani, burhani and irfani, each model representing a different scientific perspective. In western epistemology, these three systems or approaches are known as empiricism, rationalism and intuitionism. This research uses library research, which means collecting data and information from various library materials such as reference books, results of similar research in the past, articles, notes and various relevant journals. The aim of writing this article is to provide a conceptual and methodological basis for understanding and teaching Pai material, as well as providing comprehensive insight for educators and students to explore the meaning and wisdom of Islamic teachings. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that pie learning provides students with a comprehensive and in-depth experience through understanding and integrating these three epistemologies. Bayani, Burhani and Irfani paradigms create a learning environment that opens up opportunities for balanced intellectual and spiritual exploration and encourages students to become intelligent, critical and knowledgeable individuals about Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran kreativitas dalam perkembangan kognitif dan sosial anak. Kreativitas, yang didefinisikan sebagai kemampuan untuk menghasilkan ide-ide baru dan orisinal, terbukti memainkan peran kunci dalam mendukung kemampuan berpikir kritis, pemecahan masalah, serta keterampilan komunikasi dan empati pada anak-anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan, dengan menganalisis data dari berbagai literatur yang relevan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas memiliki dampak positif signifikan terhadap perkembangan kognitif anak. Kegiatan kreatif seperti seni, musik, dan permainan imajinatif membantu anak-anak mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir divergen, meningkatkan memori, dan pemahaman mereka. Kreativitas juga memungkinkan anak-anak untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai solusi untuk satu masalah, memperkuat kemampuan analitis dan kritis mereka. Dalam aspek sosial, kreativitas berkontribusi dalam pengembangan keterampilan komunikasi efektif, kerja sama, dan empati. Melalui drama, permainan peran, dan proyek seni kelompok, anak-anak belajar untuk berinteraksi dengan teman sebaya, memahami perspektif orang lain, dan bekerja sama untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Anak-anak yang aktif dalam kegiatan kreatif cenderung memiliki keterampilan sosial yang lebih baik dan mampu berinteraksi secara efektif dengan orang lain. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kreativitas memiliki peran integral dalam perkembangan kognitif dan sosial anak. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi orang tua, pendidik, dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pengembangan kreativitas anak. Pendekatan pendidikan yang mendorong kreativitas, seperti pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kreatif, dapat membantu anak mencapai potensi penuh mereka. Pemahaman mendalam tentang peran kreativitas ini memberikan wawasan berharga untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse the role of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) teachers in shaping the noble character of students at Al Islam Krian High School. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data collection methods were carried out through direct and systematic observation of IRE learning activities, teacher and student interactions, and religious culture in the school environment. In addition, supporting data was obtained through documentation studies and literature reviews relevant to character education and morals from an Islamic perspective. The collected data was analysed using thematic analysis techniques, namely by grouping, interpreting, and drawing meaning from patterns of behaviour and learning strategies applied by PAI teachers. The results of the study indicate that PAI teachers have a strategic and multidimensional role in shaping students' noble morals, namely as moral role models, spiritual guides, and behavioural mentors. These roles are realised through exemplary attitudes, the habit of incorporating Islamic values into teaching and learning activities, the integration of worship practices into school culture, and continuous moral guidance. These findings confirm that the formation of noble character in students can be effective if supported by consistent exemplary behaviour from teachers, structured religious programmes, and a school environment conducive to the internalisation of Islamic values.
