Abstract

The need for innovation in learning in schools is increasingly urgent with the development of information and communication technology. In an effort to improve the quality of learning, approaches based on artificial intelligence (AI) have become a highlight in modern education. This Community Service aims to provide assistance in using AI applications as an effort to increase innovation in teacher teaching in schools. This assistance includes training in using AI applications, integrating technology into the learning process, and creating content that meets curriculum needs. With the help of this mentoring, educators can harness the potential of AI to increase learning effectiveness and provide more engaging and relevant learning experiences for students. The results of this Community Service activity show that the partners (teachers) are very satisfied with the training provided. This is also supported by very effective interactions during activities. Mentoring is expected to make a positive contribution to improving the quality of education at the Education Unit level, especially for teachers at Pannara State Elementary School, Makassar City, South Sulawesi.

Abstract

The main issue in this study is the low quality of the learning process and outcomes of fifth-grade students. This research aims to analyze the improvement in the learning process and student outcomes through the implementation of the Preview, Question, Read, Summarize, and Test (PQRST) learning model. A qualitative approach was used with a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design. The research subjects consisted of one teacher and 19 fifth-grade students at UPT SDN 123, Pinrang Regency, during the 2023/2024 academic year, comprising 12 male and 7 female students. This study focused on the learning process and student outcomes in fictional story material using the PQRST model. Data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation and analyzed qualitatively. In Cycle I, teacher and student observations were categorized as C. In Cycle II, teacher and student observations improved to category B. In conclusion, the implementation of the PQRST model can enhance both the learning process and student outcomes in reading fictional stories. Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh fluktuasi harga jagung terhadap pendapatan petani jagung di Desa Samaenre, Kecamatan Mallawa, Kabupaten Maros dan mengetahui saluran pemasaran terhadap pendapatan petani jagung di Desa Samaenre, Kecamatan Mallawa, Kabupaten Maros. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Samaenre Kecamatan Mallawa Kabupaten Maros selama 2 bulan yaitu pada bulan Februari-Maret 2025. Data yang telah dikumpulkan ditabulasi untuk mendapatkan data keperluan analsisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskrifpif kuantitatif untuk mengetahui fluktuasi harga dan saluran pemasaran petani jagung. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear berganda dapat diketahui bahwa berdasarkan hasil uji t variabel fluktuasi harga memiliki nilai t hitung = 0,818 < t  tabel = 0,2,026 dan nilai sig. 0,418 > 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulakan variabel fluktuasi harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani jagung di Desa Samaenre. Adapun variabel saluran pemasaran memiliki nilai t hitung = 2,062 > t tabel = 2,026 dan nilai sig. 0,046 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan variabel saluran pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani jagung di Desa Samaenre. Berdasarkan hasil uji F diketahui nilai F hitung = 3,448 > F tabel = 2,860 dengan nilai sig. 0,041 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimplkan bahwa secara simultan variabel fluktuasi harga dan saluran pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani jagung di Desa Samaenre Kecamatan Mallawa Kabupaten Maros.
