Abstract

The research aims to identify every factor that can affect marketing strategies based on SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and assist Karawang Private Hospital in deciding which marketing strategy is right to apply. The case population of this study consisted of employees of private hospitals. Sampling using purposive sampling. The resources used come from information providers, locations, and events. The data collection techniques used were interviews in the form of questions and questionnaire questionnaires. Verification of the validity of the data is done by source triangulation and method triangulation. The data analysis techniques used are IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) quadrant matrix and EFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) matrix. The results of the study concluded that the marketing strategy of Karawang Private Hospital was determined based on SWOT analysis. With the results of data analysis, the highest strength factor value of 2.511, the highest weakness value of 1.156, the highest chance value of 1.527, and the highest threat value of 1.691 were obtained. The total score of the IFAS matrix is 1.356 and the EFAS matrix is (-) 0.164. The recommended marketing strategy is a diversification strategy.

Abstract

Organic waste management is a challenge in cities, including Bandar Lampung City. As the population increases, the volume of waste is increasing. So there is a need for further innovation in the environment through the SI PEKA program. One of the keys is to utilize Black Soldier Fly (BSF) maggots to manage waste from food waste. The maggot-based waste control model as an alternative to reduce waste while promising products with useful value. The purpose of this activity is to provide information on community empowerment in the use of waste from food waste. The methods used in community service include data collection, socialization, counseling, mentoring, monitoring, and evaluation. The results of this activity are increased knowledge, skills of the GenBI community in managing household waste for maggot cultivation, participation in supporting and utilizing waste as environmentally friendly solutions, and supporting the circular economy into useful products.

Abstract

Poor waste management is one of the causes of environmental pollution. The amount of waste that increases every year without optimal management results in environmental pollution. Through the “Kudus Asik” Program initiated by Bakti Lingkungan Djarum Foundation (BLDF) and in collaboration with the Office of Housing, Settlement Areas, and the Environment (PKPLH) becomes increasingly relevant following environmental problems. This activity is aimed at 370 partners who have joined the “Kudus Asik” Program consisting of restaurants, traditional markets, village communities, hotels, corporations and other sectors in Kudus Regency. The goal is to contribute to solving waste problems in order to realize sustainable waste management through an environmental care movement. The method used was a workshop activity in order to provide insight into waste processing into creative products with economic value in collaboration with Kertabumi Recycling Center. The response of the partners through these activities showed very positive enthusiasm and involvement.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong transformasi sistem pembayaran di Indonesia, salah satunya melalui implementasi QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard). Meskipun penggunaannya semakin luas, masih sedikit kajian yang secara sistematis mengulas persepsi pengguna dan efektivitas QRIS dalam meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi dan memperkuat sistem keuangan digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis secara komprehensif hasil-hasil penelitian terdahulu terkait penggunaan QRIS melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengacu pada alur PRISMA. Data dikumpulkan dari Google Scholar dan Garuda menggunakan kata kunci “Penggunaan QRIS”, “QRIS sistem pembayaran”, dan “QRIS alat transaksi”, dengan batasan kurun waktu 10 tahun terakhir. Dari 40 artikel yang ditemukan, 15 artikel relevan dianalisis secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa QRIS mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan transaksi digital, baik bagi konsumen maupun pelaku usaha, serta memfasilitasi integrasi layanan keuangan dalam satu platform. Temuan ini juga mengindikasikan bahwa keberhasilan QRIS dipengaruhi oleh sosialisasi yang efektif, kesadaran masyarakat terhadap keamanan transaksi, dan ketersediaan akses teknologi yang merata. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan peta literatur yang berguna untuk pengembangan kebijakan dan studi lanjutan di bidang keuangan digital.
