Abstract: The quality of human resources can be improved through character education, one of the efforts that have been made in instilling character education is by integrating character values into the curriculum. The importance of character education is also emphasized by the Father of Indonesian Education Ki Hajar Dewantara, the application of the main values in one of Ki Hajar Dewantara's philosophies, namely ing ngarsa sung tuladha, ing madya mangun karsa, tut wuri handayani, and its relevance in shaping the character of students through learning policies and practices implemented in the 2013 curriculum and the independent curriculum, this study uses a systematic literature review. The results showed that the two curricula provide different strengthening of character education but cannot be separated from the philosophical values of Ki Hajar Dewantara. In the 2013 Curriculum, strengthening character education is implemented through thematic, scientific approaches, as well as self-development and extracurricular activities and the Merdeka Curriculum continues and strengthens this approach through the development of the Pancasila Student Profile.Abstrak: Kualitas sumber daya manusia dapat ditingkatkan melalui pendidikan karakter, salah satu upaya yang telah dilakukan dalam menanamkan pendidikan karakter adalah dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter ke dalam kurikulum. Pentingnya pendidikan karakter juga ditegaskan oleh Bapak Pendidikan Indonesia Ki Hajar Dewantara, penerapan nilai-nilai utama dalam salah satu falsafah Ki Hajar Dewantara, yakni ing ngarsa sung tuladha, ing madya mangun karsa, tut wuri handayani, serta relevansinya dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik melalui kebijakan dan praktik pembelajaran yang diterapkan dalam kurikulum 2013 dan kurikulum merdeka, penelitian ini menggunakan systematic literature review. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, kedua kurikulum tersebut memberikan penguatan pendidikan karakter yang berbeda namun tidak lepas dari nilai-nilai falsafah dari Ki Hajar Dewantara. Dalam Kurikulum 2013, penguatan pendidikan karakter diimplementasikan melalui pendekatan tematik, saintifik, serta kegiatan pengembangan diri dan ekstrakurikuler dan Kurikulum Merdeka melanjutkan dan memperkuat pendekatan ini melalui pengembangan Profil Pelajar Pancasila.
