Abstract

Program Jum’at Berkah adalah program sosial radio Bintang Tenggara yang berupa berbagi nasi bungkus untuk kaum duafa. Sehubungan dengan program tersebut, radio Bintang Tenggara mempunyai sasaran untuk di terpa program Jum’at Berkah. Dalam proses program Jum’at Berkah terjadi proses komunikasi di mana audien dipengaruhi dan melakukan tindakan yang diinginkan komunikator, hingga program tersebut menerpa sasaran. Hal tersebut dapat diukur denganp sikologi pesan. Masalah yang diteliti dalam di sini adalah apakah psikologi pesan pada program Jum’at Berkah menerpa sasaran program program Jum’at Berkah. Dalam menjawab persoalan tersebut digunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi partisipan, dan dokumentasi. Dan dianalisa dengan analisis domain. Dengan demikian, dapat di ambil kesimpulanba hwasanya Psikologi pesan program Jum’at Berkah di Radio Bintang Tenggara menerpa sasaran program Jum’at Berkah.

Abstract

Organizing is also one way to train students to develop soft skills and apply their knowledge and in organizational activities students will be accustomed to communicating with others, building cooperation and learning to lead. In the organization in which there are people who have the task of each individual and interconnected with each other as a system that requires good communication to support organizational performance can be achieved. Every member who is in an organization that has a vision, mission or a goal that will be achieved together will run smoothly if communication in the organization goes well. Good communication is that the communicant is able to understand the message to be conveyed by the communicator. Communication has an important role in human life. This role can be seen from the daily activities carried out by each individual. Communication becomes an important condition in establishing relationships with other people. This is because the interaction between individuals can not be separated from the communication itself. This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Communication on student organization Teamwork. Derived from the condition of students at the University of KH. Mukhtar intercession that follows the organization. Statement from students who follow the organization shows that there is a positive impact in terms of organizational communication, felt after active organization, the researcher is interested in conducting research related to the influence of Organizational Communication on student organization Teamwork. Organizational communication is the sending and receiving of information in a complex organization. Teamwork is a positive synergy through coordinated efforts. The research method used is quantitative research method. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Sample of 40 respondents. When the study was conducted in May 2024, the research Data were obtained from questionnaires calculated using the help of IBM SPSS 22 for Windows. The results showed that organizational communication has an effect on teamwork with significance value = 0.000 < 0.05, meaning the influence of Organizational Communication on student organization Teamwork. The value of the coefficient of determination test showed that the value of R square as much as 49.1% of the influence of Organizational Communication variables on student organization Teamwork 50.9% influenced by other factors that were not studied. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the influence of organizational communication on organizational teamwork of the University of KH. Mukhtar Syafaat.

Abstract

is an obligation for all Muslims. One way to preach is through written works such as books or scriptures. One of them is the Book of Ta'limul Muta'alim by Sheikh al-Zarnuji. Where we can understand knowledge about human nature in this book. Based on the background above, this research will answer the problem: What is the message of da'wah in the book Ta'limul Muta'alim by Sheikh Al-Zarnuji? What is the material contained in the book Ta'limul Muta'alim by Sheikh Al-Zarnuji? The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with content analysis techniques which are widely used to study da'wah messages. This research analyzes the da'wah message in each paragraph in certain selected chapters using observation techniques. The results of this research show that from the book "Ta'limul Muta'alim" there are many da'wah messages, namely those related to the aqidah message, sharia messages, and moral messages related to current life. Furthermore, the most dominant da'wah message in the book "Ta'limul Muta'alim" is the aqidah message, followed by the moral message and finally the sharia message

Abstract

This research explores the da'wah strategy implemented by theNgaji Ngopi Darby Taklim Council in Srono Hamlet, Banyuwangi,to increase understanding of religious knowledge in thecommunity. Founded in 2011 by KH. Abdul Basyhir, this assemblyaims to strengthen faith and religious knowledge through regularweekly recitations. Using a qualitative approach with descriptivemethods, this research collects data through observation,interviews and documentation. The research results show that thisassembly uses sentimental and rational preaching strategies, as wellas lecture and question and answer methods using Sufism material.This strategy is designed to change people's attitudes, increase thespirit of worship, and strengthen ties between Muslims. Thisresearch makes an important contribution to the development ofunderstanding of religion in society and highlights the role of the57taklim assembly as a non-formal educational institution that isadaptive and effective in conveying Islamic teachings.
