Abstract

Penelitian ini muncul sebagai respons terhadap meningkatnya gangguan kepribadian dalam konteks konseling, yang dapat memengaruhi efektivitas intervensi. Gangguan kepribadian seringkali menjadi hambatan dalam proses pemulihan individu dan memerlukan pendekatan terapeutik yang efektif. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penelitian yang mendalam untuk mengidentifikasi metode yang dapat mengatasi gangguan kepribadian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan pendekatan Rational Emotional Behavior Therapy (REBT) dengan menggunakan teknik modeling dalam rangka menghilangkan gangguan kepribadian pada sesi konseling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas metode ini dalam meningkatkan respon positif klien terhadap intervensi konseling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen prapostest kontrol kelompok tunggal. Partisipan dipilih secara acak dan dibagi menjadi kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan pemberian kuesioner yang dirancang khusus untuk mengukur perubahan dalam gangguan kepribadian sebelum dan setelah intervensi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan inferensial, membandingkan hasil sebelum dan sesudah intervensi dalam kedua kelompok. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan wawasan baru tentang efektivitas penerapan REBT dengan teknik modeling dalam mengatasi gangguan kepribadian dalam konteks konseling, serta memberikan dasar untuk pengembangan intervensi lebih lanjut dalam bidang ini

Abstract

If we talk about emotions then everyone will say that he has felt them. Everyone reacts to its existence. Human life is very rich in emotional experiences. Feelings and emotions are part of the entire human psychic aspect. This study aims as a psychological function of feelings and emotions that have an influence on other psychics such as observers, responses, thoughts and wills. Through qualitative research methods with a library research approach, understanding emotions helps children to guide their behavior in social situations and to talk about feelings. Emotions are reactions to a person or event. Emotions can be shown when feeling happy about something, angry at someone or afraid of something.
