Abstract

Kelelahan merupakan masalah umum dalam dunia kerja. Salah satunya adalah profesi yang melibatkan jasa manusia, seperti guru. Adapun dampak kelelahan pada guru SDN 009 Tapua di Desa Ba’ba Tapua diantaranya beberapa guru mengalami kelelahan kerja yang akibatkan oleh faktor umur dengan adanya tuntutan pekerjaan dengan perubahan kurikulum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran beban kerja terhadap kelelahan kerja pada guru SDN 009 Tapua di Desa Ba’ba Tapua Kec. MatangngaJenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan wawancara, obsevasi dan dokumentasi. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah SDN 009 Tapua. Sedangkan informan biasa terdiri dari 6 guru.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kelelahan kerja pada Guru SDN 009 Tapua yang disebabkan oleh umur karena perubahan kurikulum berubah dari tahun ke tahun, tidak terdapat kelelahan kerja pada Guru SDN 009 Tapua yang disebabkan oleh jenis kelamin, dan terdapat kelelahan kerja pada Guru SDN 009 Tapua yang di sebabkan oleh beban kerja fisik dan mental.Saran agar lebih melakukan istirahat yang cukup, membiasakan diri melakukan peregangan otot disela-sela pekerjaan, mengatur waktu mereka secara efektif dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between diet and physical activity with the nutritional status of students of SMP Negeri 19 Palu. This study used a cross sectional design with a quantitative approach and analytic observational type. The subjects were 77 students of class VIII (aged 13-15 years) who were selected using simple random sampling technique. Data were collected using FFQ (Food frequency Questionnaire) to assess diet and APARQ (Adolescent physical Activity Recall Questionnaire) for physical activity, both validated instruments from previous studies. As well as anthropometric measurements (height and weight) using the Body Mass Index (BMI) to determine nutritional status. The results of the analysis using the chi-square test showed that there was a significant relationship between diet and nutritional status (χ²(3) = 8.772; p = 0.032), and between physical activity and nutritional status (χ²(4) = 9.919; p = 0.042) Respondents with a good diet and moderate to vigorous physical activity tended to have normal nutritional status, while poor diet and light physical activity were more common among students with abnormal nutritional status. These findings suggest that diet and physical activity play an important role in determining the nutritional status of adolescents. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of educational intervention programs in the school environment to support healthy lifestyles and prevent nutritional problems among students.

Abstract

Domestic wastewater service with a piped system by PDAM Kota Bandung currently has not reached evenly and thoroughly to remote residential areas. In 2008, PDAM collaborated with the Environmental Services Program-United States Agency for International Development (ESP-USAID) built MCK Plus (MCK equipped with a bio-digester septic tank). This research was conducted at RW 07 Tamansari, Lebak Siliwangi Village, Bandung City and was carried out in March-May 2023. The data collected was primary data from observations, questionnaires, and interviews, while secondary data from literature studies. The survey results found that 8 MCK were abandoned and had been used as storage areas (warehouses) as well as chicken coops. For the service of 35 households, the required rectangular septic tank are 3.2 m wide, 9.6 m long, 3.2m high and the volume of the septic tank is 61.5m3. From the calculation results, the biogas produced per day can be used for cooking activities for a maximum of 2 people. Septic tanks as a technology for treating wastewater have a good impact on society if used effectively. To get the maximum potential from implementing a septic tank, it requires not only community participation, but also collaborative government institutions to support this program.
