Abstract

Educational supervision plays a role in improving the quality of learning, especially in the current digital era. Educational supervision is an important activity designed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of teachers, one of which is teachers in schools. The implementation of educational supervision that is adaptive to technological developments can significantly improve the quality of learning. The implications of this study are the need to improve the competence of supervisors and teachers in utilizing digital technology, as well as the development of policies that support the implementation of effective supervision in the digital era. The research method used in this study is the library research method, which involves analyzing literature related to educational supervision and digital technology.

Abstract

Effective correspondence in modern organizations, where correspondence (archives) in modern times must follow technological developments. with technology, archives will make it easier to maintain internal organizational communication in modern times. considering the advantages and disadvantages of using technology, this can be a guideline for current organizations to develop correspondence. The method used in this study is a systematic review using qualitative methods. By using technology, correspondence (archiving) will be more effective because it will maintain the flow of organizational communication and make it easier to maintain organizational letters. Changes in the management of correspondence in the modern era today need to be seen not only in a technical context. Instead, the management of correspondence here should consider the user’s perspective the dynamics of behavior and the needs of all those involved, looking at the advantages and disadvantages of digital use. However, modern organizations today must also pay attention to the needs and changes that are specifically needed for themselves. Cooperation and collaboration can support success in continuing to process in anticipate changes in management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa di MTs Insan Cendekia Sangatta Utara. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan kegiatan dilakukan secara partisipatif dengan melibatkan kepala madrasah, guru, pembina ekstrakurikuler, dan orang tua. Struktur organisasi melibatkan tim khusus yang terdiri dari guru agama, wakil bidang kesiswaan, dan siswa sebagai pelaksana utama, menciptakan lingkungan kolaboratif. Kegiatan seperti kajian rutin, hafalan Al-Qur'an, praktik ibadah, dan peringatan hari besar Islam dilaksanakan secara terstruktur, memberikan dampak positif terhadap kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, dan kepemimpinan siswa. Pengendalian dilakukan melalui evaluasi berkala dengan umpan balik dari siswa dan orang tua, memastikan keberlanjutan program dan peningkatan kualitas. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan secara efektif mendukung pembentukan karakter religius siswa melalui pendekatan partisipatif, kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan, dan mekanisme pengendalian yang efektif.

Abstract

The integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in education, exemplified by the widespread adoption of e-learning, presents both opportunities and challenges, especially within Islamic educational institutions. This study aims to comprehensively examine the application of e-learning in Islamic educational institutions, exploring the philosophical foundations, opportunities, challenges, and implementation strategies. By employing a qualitative approach with case study methods, data was collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, providing a holistic and contextual perspective. The analysis revealed that while e-learning offers significant benefits such as increased flexibility, accessibility, and personalized learning, it also faces challenges like technological infrastructure issues, human resource readiness, resistance to change, and data security concerns. Specifically, in the context of Islamic education, concerns about the potential negative impacts of technology on Islamic values were identified. However, the study suggests that with a well-conceptualized framework integrating philosophical, pedagogical, and technological aspects, e-learning can enhance the quality of education and reinforce Islamic values. The findings also provide insights for policymakers and stakeholders in designing, implementing, and evaluating e-learning programs that align with Islamic educational principles. This research contributes to the ongoing development of e-learning practices in Islamic education and offers a foundation for future studies in this domain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh evaluasi kurikulum Merdeka terhadap pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran yang diharapkan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: "Bagaimana evaluasi kurikulum Merdeka dapat mengakomodasi perbedaan kemampuan dan kebutuhan individu peserta didik serta pengaruhnya terhadap pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran?" Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara dengan tiga pendidik, Ibu Ria, Ibu Meri, dan Ibu Heni, yang menerapkan kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi dalam kurikulum Merdeka memberikan pengaruh besar dalam meningkatkan pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Pendekatan evaluasi yang adaptif dan responsif terhadap karakteristik siswa memungkinkan para pendidik untuk menyesuaikan standar penilaian dengan kondisi dan kemampuan individu siswa. Selain itu, evaluasi yang dilakukan tidak hanya berfokus pada hasil akhir, tetapi juga pada proses belajar siswa, sehingga dapat mendorong keterlibatan dan motivasi mereka. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan evaluasi yang beragam dalam kurikulum Merdeka sangat penting untuk mencapai hasil pembelajaran yang optimal dan mendukung pengembangan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman tentang pentingnya evaluasi yang inklusif dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan peserta didik dalam pendidikan.
