Abstract

Generation Z, alternatively referred to as the digital native generation, is distinguished by its profound immersion in technological progress. This study elucidates the determinants of generation Z's technological improvement in mobile investing application usage (MIA). As the instrument for factors analysis, the modified unified theory of acceptance and use of technology-2 (UTAUT-2) technique was implemented. The presented hypotheses were validated through the application of structural equation modeling (SEM) to the data acquired from 280 respondents via online questionnaires. The research revealed that trust, habit, performance expectation, and perceived risk had a substantial impact on the behavioral intention of Generation Z to utilize MIA. Furthermore, actual usage behavior is notably influenced by habit and behavioral intention, whereas gender acts as a substantial moderator in relation to performance expectancy and price value variables.

Abstract

Abstract. Technology has a significant impact on human existence, particularly in the phenomenon of online food delivery services. Every year, this makes online food shopping more appealing to the public. The study's goal is to compare consumers' willingness to use online meal delivery services during the Covid-19 pandemic to the new normal. The research methodology employed in the study was multivariate Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Price savings benefits, time savings benefits, and food safety risk perceptions are all considered crucial and relevant in influencing customer intentions. The relevant data was acquired from online meal delivery customers by 299 data during the survey stage. A Google form was used to conduct the survey online. The Partial Least Square SEM approach will be utilized for the data analysis calculation stage. The findings of this investigation reveal three established hypothetical links. Data analysis revealed that Food Safety Risk Perception has a negative and significant impact on customer intentions. Customers' intentions are positively influenced by the Price Saving Benefit and the Time Saving Benefit is revealed to be the highest beta value. This study also discusses theoretical and practical contributions. Keywords: Online food delivery, price saving benefits, time saving benefits, food safety risk perceptions, consumer intention Abstrak.

Abstract

Women's choice decision has gained lots of attention in the literature, particularly regarding how they evaluate attributes that are similarly important. The Indonesian skincare market is one of the most attractive markets, not only for local but also global producers of skincare products. This paper aims to provide an in-depth analysis of factors that affect Indonesians when they choose facial sheet masks (SM) from three countries—Indonesia, South Korea, and France—and to examine respondents' preferences with regard to local or imported SM products. This study used a mixed method, starting with exploratory research to find the levels of attribute for each alternative. A hybrid choice model is later established with Python Biogeme to find significant factors, demand elasticities, and willingness to pay. From its exploratory research, this study ascertained several attributes such as price, packaging, quality, brand, refreshing effect, halal essence, and attitudes. This study found that price, quality, refreshing effect, halal essence, and attitude significantly influence SM choice decisions from the discrete choice. The results fill a gap in the literature by comprehensively examining product properties and attitudes that affect women's decisions regarding skincare products. It also contributes—particularly for the skincare industry and marketers—to further improve the SM market share, particularly in the Indonesian and Southeast Asian markets.

Abstract

The present study emphasizes mixed-method analysis, integrating the partial least square structural equation model (PLS-SEM) and customer journey for mobile pocket office improvement in logistic XYZ company. The extension of the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT 2) model by incorporating perceived risk (PR), personal innovativeness (PI), and trust (TR) variables are used. The sample for this study consisted of 243 respondents. Based on the results of the PLS-SEM analysis, two of the eleven tested hypotheses were determined to be rejected. In application usage, the proposed model effectively explained 85.7 per cent of the influence on behavioral intention (BI) and 72.1 per cent on use behavior (UB). The customer journey mapping (CJM) investigation's findings show that fluctuations in the use of mobile pocket office technology in the field are generally brought on by a lot of data entry, sluggish internet connections, and overworked field operations. The XYZ company may acquire suggestions and knowledge for developing further applications due to this inquiry.
