Abstract

Abstract

The present study emphasizes mixed-method analysis, integrating the partial least square structural equation model (PLS-SEM) and customer journey for mobile pocket office improvement in logistic XYZ company. The extension of the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT 2) model by incorporating perceived risk (PR), personal innovativeness (PI), and trust (TR) variables are used. The sample for this study consisted of 243 respondents. Based on the results of the PLS-SEM analysis, two of the eleven tested hypotheses were determined to be rejected. In application usage, the proposed model effectively explained 85.7 per cent of the influence on behavioral intention (BI) and 72.1 per cent on use behavior (UB). The customer journey mapping (CJM) investigation's findings show that fluctuations in the use of mobile pocket office technology in the field are generally brought on by a lot of data entry, sluggish internet connections, and overworked field operations. The XYZ company may acquire suggestions and knowledge for developing further applications due to this inquiry.

Abstract

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has revolutionized various aspects of human life, including online shopping and information exchange via the internet. One method to do online shopping is through e-commerce. The online shopping landscape continues to evolve with the emergence of E-Commerce Live Streaming (ECLS) as a new and interactive platform for consumer engagement. This research explores the utilization of ECLS as a medium to repurchase thrift fashion, a trend driven by sustainable fashion preferences and digital retail innovation. This research analyzes the factors influencing consumer repurchase intention in the thrift fashion industry to support local clothing sellers. ECLS combines real-time video broadcasting with interactive features, creating an immersive shopping experience that goes beyond traditional online retail. Researchers selected 30 articles that were most relevant to the topic. We looked at the key drivers shaping this intersection by adopting a multidisciplinary approach, including a literature review and qualitative analysis. From the appeal of personalized advice to the excitement of witnessing the appearance of products in real-time, consumers are attracted to the unique advantages that modern technology offers in the context of sustainable fashion choices. The results show that affordable prices, good quality of goods, and the uniqueness and diversity of products are the main factors that influence repurchase interest in thrift stores. In addition, environmental awareness and sentimental value of second-hand goods also contribute significantly to repurchase intention.

Abstract

The footwear industry in Indonesia grew along with Indonesia's economic development that occurred in the early 1980s. The development of the footwear industry is also supported by the role of the government with various facilities provided to MSMEs. The local brand is currently growing, one of which is women's footwear products. Product consistency and innovation are important factors in enlarging the brand in the local and international markets. Privet is a business that manufactures women's footwear since 2018. This business was born in a class New Venture Creation at Business Management ITS. The problem of product innovation at Privet is how to produce products based on customer preferences. This research uses the five stages of the design thinking model proposed by the Hasso-Plattner Design Institute at Stanford, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Tests were carried out using the Capture Matrix and Net Promoter Score (NPS). From this research, it was found that the factors of customer preference in buying footwear are comfort, design, and product value. Therefore, it is recommended to create products innovation in shoes, slippers, and sandals category based on customer.

Abstract

Power generation business competition in Indonesia is increasingly competitive due to the growth of IPP’s with better levels of reliability and efficiency. IPP growth with the TOP scheme in PJBTL has the potential to burden PLN and the state's finances in the long term. In order to guarantee the sustainability of the company, this needs to be a concern of PLN and its subsidiary, PLN Nusantara Power (PLN NP). PLN NP is expected to be able to provide more competitive O&M service fees. This study aims to formulate cost efficiency O&M services based on factors that affect the cost of supplying electricity, to provide efficient and competitive O&M service costs. The research began with the in-depth interviews with experts and reports of electricity supply, O&M service business processes, list of power plant units which were analyzed using the design thinking method, and supported by the cost leadership and blue ocean strategy. The results of the analysis obtained from this study have been validated by experts, in the form of proposed formulations that are studied comprehensively, and are able to solve O&M service cost problems by implementing a cost leadership strategy through changes to return on investment schemes, use of local workforce, appointment schemes directly, as well as the transfer of 3rd party contracts. This research proves that the proposed formulation is able to support O&M service cost efficiency of 9.5%.

Abstract

Improved IT performance drives business growth, enhances competitive advantage, and enables strategic improvements in IT management and governance. This condition is increasingly important because business organizations and systems and technology are increasingly complex. In the application and use of technology, information technology audits require a framework based on principles that drive the desired behavior. In writing this literature review, the information technology audit method used is ITIL, and COBIT as guidelines for corporate information technology governance and audit processes. In its use, the ITIL framework is designed to ensure a flexible, coordinated and integrated system for the effective governance and management of IT services. While the COBIT framework is designed from a number of components that function to adjust, maintain, and shape system governance. To conduct an information system audit, the authors need to pay attention to things that can affect IT performance. This study produces a model to determine the factors that affect the Information System Audit. Researchers conducted a literature review from various sources that discussed Information System Auditing Using the COBIT and ITIL Frameworks which were collected from some of the literature found. Several factors that influence the Information System Audit are Design Factors, Knowledge Worker factors, Operational factors, Risk Assessment Factors, and Gather Evidence Factors. The author also conducted a systematic mapping study to find research gaps, namely the method of mapping the relationship between research topics and how much research has covered each topic and the relationship between topics.

Abstract

To face the challenges of changing business landscapes in the cigarette industry driven by regulations and shifting consumer behavior trends, PT XZY launched alternative tobacco product innovations. This research intends to analyze the understanding of adult smokers and the factors that influence their behavior in switching from conventional cigarettes to alternative tobacco products as new products where market characteristics have not yet been identified academically in Indonesia. The research was carried out using a qualitative approach through field observations, document analysis and in-depth interviews (phenomenology). Research identifies that in the product aspect, consumers appreciate the superiority of hygiene (free of smoke, ash and odor) and lower risk compared to conventional cigarettes (although not completely risk free) which is influenced by the nicotine extraction mechanism in tobacco by heating rather than burning. However, users still emphasize the different taste and experience compared to conventional cigarettes (especially kretek). Several main factors that influence the switch from conventional cigarettes to alternative products are emotional benefits (customer engagement), financial (price of devices and tobacco sticks), marketing campaigns (through WoM and media), human resources (product experts) and hygienic products. Then there are social environmental factors (family and community encouragement), availability (distribution) and the existence of official kiosks which are managed directly by the company (sales channels). Marketing strategy design needs to emphasize expanding customer advice or advocacy (positive conversations) and human aspects (human centric), including personalization of information, interaction and total immersion (omnichannel). Marketing should be oriented towards customer behavior aimed at humanizing the brand with human-like attributes with appropriate marketing metrics and the widest use of digital technology.
