ABSTRACT The need to cultivate character and moral values in early childhood, particularly those grounded in religious principles as the foundation of social ethics, often faces challenges in formal educational settings. Although Islamic moral values are highly relevant in shaping noble character, the implementation of effective and structured learning strategies in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) still requires deeper exploration. This study aims to describe the strategies employed by teachers in fostering moral literacy based on Islamic values among young children. The research was conducted at PAUD Terpadu Anak Sholeh Mandiri in Banjarmasin using a qualitative descriptive approach and a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, participatory observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that teachers apply various strategies such as habituation, role modeling, Islamic storytelling, the integration of Islamic values into daily activities, and the utilization of the surrounding environment as a learning partner. These strategies are consistently implemented in daily routines such as prayers, congregational worship, charitable giving, and guided social interactions infused with Islamic principles. The success of these strategies is supported by teacher commitment, adequate school facilities, and strong collaboration with parents and the community. However, challenges remain, including the lack of synergy between school practices and parenting at home, as well as the need for teachers to adjust their communication styles to suit the characteristics of young children. This study contributes to the development of character education practices based on Islamic values in early childhood education institutions. ABSTRAK Kebutuhan akan penanaman karakter dan moral pada anak usia dini terutama yang berbasis nilai-nilai keagamaan sebagai fondasi etika sosial seringkali menghadapi tantangan dalam praktik pendidikan formal. Meskipun nilai-nilai moral Islam sangat relevan dalam membentuk akhlak mulia, implementasi strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dan terstruktur di Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) masih memerlukan eksplorasi mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru dalam menanamkan literasi moral berbasis nilai-nilai Islam pada anak usia dini. Studi ini dilakukan di PAUD Terpadu Anak Sholeh Mandiri Kota Banjarmasin dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menggunakan berbagai strategi, seperti pembiasaan, keteladanan, storytelling Islami, integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam kegiatan sehari-hari, serta pemanfaatan lingkungan sekitar sebagai mitra pembelajaran. Strategi ini diterapkan secara konsisten dalam rutinitas pembelajaran, seperti kegiatan doa, salat berjamaah, infak, serta interaksi sosial anak yang dibimbing dengan nilai-nilai Islami. Keberhasilan strategi ini didukung oleh komitmen guru, fasilitas sekolah, serta kemitraan dengan orang tua dan masyarakat. Namun, ditemukan pula hambatan seperti kurangnya sinergi antara sekolah dan pola asuh di rumah, serta komunikasi guru yang perlu disesuaikan dengan karakteristik anak usia dini. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan praktik pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai Islam di lembaga PAUD.
