Abstract

Retensio plasenta adalah keadaan dimana plasenta tertahan di dalam uterus dan belum keluar selama 30 menit setelah bersalin disebabkan uterus tidak berkontraksi dengan baik. Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) di Indonesia pada tahun 2019 adalah sebesar 305 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Penyebab langsung dari kematian Ibu tersebut adalah perdarahan, dimana retensio plasenta merupakan salah satu penyebab perdarahan terbesar yaitu mencapai 28%. Tinjauan sistematis dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor usia terhadap kejadian retensio plasenta di Indonesia. Kriteria artikel yang ditelaah adalah artikel dengan rentang tahun 2020-2024 dan menggunakan database Google Scholar. Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah “Usia” dan “Retensio Plasenta”. Hasil penelusurn didapatkan 8 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Berdasarkan 8 artikel yang ditelaah, 7 artikel menyebutkan bahwa usia Ibu berpengaruh terhadap kejadian retensio plasenta. Hasil tinjauan sistematis menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara usia dengan kejadian retensio plasenta yaitu usia < 20 tahun dan > 35 tahun dapat meningkatkan kejadian retensio plasenta pada ibu bersalin

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the form of code switching in classroom interaction used by English teachers at SMP Pribadi Bilingual Boarding School Bandung. This research uses descriptive qualitative method which is used to describe clearly about the fact of code switching based on its form according to the data obtained by recording the teacher's language in the process of classroom interaction, and using field notes that can support the recording data. The object of this research is English teachers consisting teachers, namely male teachers and female teachers who teach at SMP Pribadi Bilingual Boarding School Bandung. The findings of the data analysis show that the types of code switching are found in three types: inter-sentential code switching, intra-sentential code switching, and tag code switching. The functions of code switching used by English teachers were found in three functions: topic switching, affective function, and repetitive function. In addition, the languages involved in the code-switching process are in the form of inter-language relations (English to Indonesian and Indonesian to English) and in the form of language use (formal language and informal language).

Abstract

Latar belakang permasalahan adalah rendahnya kemandirian dan hasil belajar matematika siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kemandirian belajar matematika menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Snowball Throwing dan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar matematika menggunakan model pembelajaran Snowball Throwing lebih baik daripada mengikuti pembelajaran Konvensional. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan The Static Group Comparison Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemandirian belajar matematika di kelas VII SMP N 3 Tigo Nagari Kabupaten Pasaman yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model kooperatif tipe Snowball Throwing sebesar 71,97% dengan kategori kuat, diolah menggunakan uji-t pada taraf nyata , diperoleh harga  yaitu  dan dari perhitungan Software Minitab diperoleh P-Value =  sehingga  ditolak dan  diterima. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar matematika menggunakan model pembelajaran Snowball Throwing lebih baik daripada hasil belajar matematika yang mengikuti pembelajaran Konvensional di kelas VII SMP N 3 Tigo Nagari Kabupaten Pasaman Tahun 2022/2023.

Abstract

Unfortunately, many people experience reading difficulties, affecting their educational attainment and overall quality of life. Addressing this challenge has been a focus of researchers, educators and policymakers for decades. This research aims to determine the impact of the orthographic method on the development of reading comprehension in grade 4 students. The research design used was a pre-experimental method with a pre-test and post-test research design. Researchers used quantitative research methods with a pre-experimental planning strategy to determine the influence of the Orthographic Method on students' inspiration to learn English comprehension. A total of 40 sample students were selected as the sample for this research. The main components of data collection techniques are tests that are used to evaluate students' progress towards learning goals and their abilities can be seen as an evaluation tool in this context. The researchers used a research method called one-group pre-tested posttest design and compared the differences between the pretest and posttest. The results of this research there is a significant improvement in teaching using the orthographic method on students' reading comprehension in test subjects. This means that the Orthographic method activates students' existing knowledge about the topic, provides opportunities for the topic and gives students the opportunity to engage with the topic

Abstract

Bubu is a passive fishing tool that works by trapping. Over time, a modification known as the bubu payung emerged, which is easy to obtain at an affordable price. This research was conducted in November 2023 over ten days in the waters of the Parit 18 River in Sapat Village, Kuala Indragiri District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The method used in this research was experimental fishing, employing three types of bait: malong, coconut cake, and coconut pulp. Data analysis was performed using the t-test with SPSS 27.0.1. The results showed no significant difference in the catch of malong bait, coconut cake, or coconut dregs. According to the calculations, bait comparison A t-value (malong bait and coconut cake) (0,294) < t-table (2,306), bait comparison B (malong bait and coconut dregs) t-value (0,385) <t-table (2,306), and bait comparison C (coconut cake bait and coconut dregs bait) t-value (0,081) <t-table (2,306). Therefore, bubu payung can effectively catch mangrove crabs and bycatch

Abstract

Praktisi Mengajar Program is a part of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) initiative. In this study, researcher examines students’ perception of the Praktisi Mengajar Program. The study aims to determine the students’ views on the importance of the program, its advantages and disadvantages, and how they adapt to it. This research is a qualitative study that collects data by distributing questionnaires to English education students at Nahdlatul Ulama University of South Kalimantan, who have participated in the campus teaching program. This research was conducted during the 2023/2024 academic year. The sample for this study consisted of 15 English education students at Nahdlatul Ulama University, South Kalimantan. Data analysis was performed using the data model proposed by Sugiyono (2019). Initially, the researcher distributed questionnaires to the students. Subsequently, the collected data were re-examined and presented in the form of tables, bar charts, and percentages. The results of the study showed that 72% of students considered the program important, 62% felt the program was sufficient, 68% saw a positive impact, and 65% were able to adapt well to the program. Overall, the average positive assessment was 67%, indicating that the Praktisi Mengajar Program had a beneficial impact on students.

Abstract

The community service program titled "Empowering Families for Accelerated Reduction of Stunting in High-Risk Families in the Puskesmas Astambul Area for 2024" addresses the pressing issue of stunting, which significantly affects child growth and development. Conducted in the Puskesmas Astambul area, this initiative focuses on families at high risk of stunting, utilizing educational strategies and community engagement to improve nutritional practices and health awareness. The program involves implementing health education on family empowerment, the Healthy Living Movement (Germas), and the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK) initiative. The objectives are to increase families' knowledge about proper nutrition and health, promote practices for handwashing and sanitation, and foster community groups for sustained empowerment. Results show an increase in awareness regarding balanced nutrition and improved health practices among participants. Additionally, active participation in routine child monitoring and health practices was observed. This program aims to make a tangible impact on reducing stunting rates by addressing underlying risk factors and improving community health practices.

Abstract

The learning difficulties refer to a group of difficulties which are manifested in the form of real difficulties in the proficiency and use of listening, conversing, reading, writing, reasoning, or abilities in the field of mathematics. The purpose of this study was to analyze factors the difficulties of madrasah students in learning mathematics with the research subjects being students of class VII MTs N I Bukittinggi. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The results showed that students' learning difficulties in mathematics in terms of internal factors was 22.83% which was included in the high enough category with details: the difficulty of physiological factors was 19.24% with quite low categories, psychological factors of 26.42% with quite high category. The difficulty of learning mathematics in terms of external factors is 23.94% which is included in the category of high enough with the details: student learning difficulties in mathematics in terms of school factors is 24.85% with a high category, family factors of 9.40 % with low category, and community factors amounted to 37.58% with quite high category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan yang peneliti temukan di Kelas V SD N 23 Mato Aia ketika pembelajaran tematik. Dimana guru lebih cenderung menggunakan metode ceramah sehingga pembelajaran yang kurang menyenangkan dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar tematik siswa kelas V dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Giving Question And Getting Answer. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD N 23 Mato Aia sebanyak 19 orang siswa dengan 2 kali pertemuan untuk setiap siklus. Hasil dari penelitian setelah diberikan tindakan menggunakan model Giving Question And Getting Answer pada siklus I dan siklus II menunjukkan adanya peningkatan. Ketuntasan pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia data awal 21%, siklus I 63% yang kemudian meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 100%. Ketuntasan pada mata pelajaran IPS data awal 5%, siklus I 53% yang kemudian meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 100%.
