Abstract

Background: In the face of various academic, social and personal demands, self-regulation is an important factor that can help students organize their time, manage stress, and achieve their goals. Both regular and working students arefaced with a more independent or autonomous environment. Self-regulation infirst-year college students is important because this period is the initialfoundation that will shape learning habits and performance in the following year. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the dynamics of self-regulation of regular students and working students in the first year of college and the factors that influence self-regulation. Method: This research is aphenomenological qualitative research with semi-structured interview method.The analysis technique is Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA).Result: The results found that the choice to continue further study was influencedby internal and external factors from each student concerned. There are severalaspects of self-regulation that are quite influential, namely time management,goal orientation and motivation regulation, which of course have differentcharacteristics between regular and working students. Conclusion: Theimportance of self-regulation for students in order to achieve academic success,especially for regular students. Meanwhile, students work to maintain a balancebetween academic and career success.

Abstract

Parenting is an important process in shaping and developing children's character, behavior, and social and emotional abilities. Parenting is a series of obligations that must be carried out by parents. If parenting cannot be fulfilled properly and correctly, it will lead to problems and conflicts, both within the child himself and between the child and his parents and the environment (Rakhmawati, 2015). The first environment a child encounters is a family consisting of father, mother and siblings. In their interactions, a child adapts what is seen and learned in the family. The problem that occurs is the lack of understanding of parents and families about appropriate parenting patterns for children, a limited understanding that affects the response or behavior of parents in parenting, especially when facing various problems in parenting so that sometimes it is not wise in acting, a limited understanding that also affects the attitude of parents who are less wise in behaving in parenting so that it often manifests inappropriate behavior from parents in parenting. This condition is the background for the focus of empowerment on increasing the capacity of parents in educating resilient children through character building. The solution and target outcomes to be achieved, namely providing psychoeducation through discussions to examine the accuracy of responses and attitudes possessed by parents in parenting so that parents can be wiser in responding, especially when experiencing obstacles in parenting; conducting role play and sharing sessions related to appropriate and effective parenting methods so that parents are more careful in their behavior when implementing parenting. The method used in increasing the capacity of parents is to use psychoeducation related to parenting, case studies, discussions and questions and answers, role play or simulation and sharing sessions and assistance in the form of counseling, especially if parents experience obstacles or problems in their implementation. The result is an increase in parents' understanding, especially in childcare, which can be observed through the results of the prepostest given; various psychoeducation methods provided through role play, sharing, and case studies make parents understand both through the material presented and sharing from fellow parents related to their experiences, so that they are able to improve inappropriate parenting patterns that have been applied at home.

Abstract

The disruption of the 4.0 era leading to the Society 5.0 Era has created a new order that is more focused on society. The problems faced by the people of Bulangkulon Village are serious health problems faced by teenagers aged 18-26 years and early marriage and divorce. These problems are a shared responsibility of the community that must be resolved. The purpose of Community Partnership Empowerment (PKM) is to design and build a digital service management information system (SIM) so that teenagers in Bulangkulon Village can participate in services at the Rembulan Posyandu which improves the documentation process for physical and mental health checks, as well as training and mentoring for cadres to increase their capacity. The implementation method consists of socialization, FGD training, mentoring and partnerships. The results of the implementation of the activities are 1) coordination of program implementation with partners and stakeholders; 2) dissemination of programs and TTG and procurement of facilities and infrastructure: website and website usage training; 3) Recruitment - Selection and training for Rembulan Posyandu Cadres: a) organizational management; b) use of basic health check equipment; c) psychological first aid; d) adolescent sexual reproduction; e) socialization of drug abuse prevention; 4) sustainability of the Posyandu Rembulan program with the existence of a digitalization and counseling guidebook. The impact of the activity is an increase in the capacity of Posyandu Rembulan cadres, namely the average ability and skills of: 70% in the use of basic physical health check equipment and knowledge related to Posyandu Remaja, 50% related to the Posyandu Rembulan website and SIM, 35% knowledge and skills of peer counselors and an increase in quantity of 236% in the number of Posyandu Rembulan cadres. Thus, Posyandu Rembulan can become a Lembaga Kemasyarakatan Desa (LKD).

Abstract

Pada fase usia lima belas hingga enam belas tahun merupakan periode transisi yang krusial, di mana individu mengalami perubahan fisik, kognitif, dan emosional yang signifikan. Perubahan-perubahan ini seringkali memicu berbagai tantangan psikologis seperti pencarian identitas, tekanan sebaya, dan ketidakstabilan emosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali secara mendalam dampak lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap keputusan gaya hidup remaja. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi untuk memahami makna dari pengalaman remaja dalam membentuk gaya hidupnya melalui interaksi dengan teman sebaya. Subjek penelitian adalah empat siswa kelas IX di Surabaya yang berusia 15–16 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teman sebaya memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap gaya hidup remaja, terutama dalam hal pemilihan pakaian, aktivitas sosial, hingga kebiasaan konsumtif. Remaja cenderung menyesuaikan diri dengan tren yang berlaku di lingkungannya agar diterima dan tidak merasa berbeda. Namun, keluarga tetap memegang peran penting dalam membentuk nilai dan memberikan arahan yang positif. Oleh karena itu, keterlibatan aktif dari keluarga dan sekolah menjadi penting dalam membantu remaja membentuk gaya hidup yang sehat dan bertanggung jawab.
