Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the workload and needs of employees as a basis for the company to runan efficiency program. Based on management's assessment at the beginning of PT. ABC stated that in East Java Bali Nusra (EJBN) total of employees is very high, but the opinion of the head of the region is not true. This study is an applied research specifically evaluation research. The research subjects were taken by cluster sampling technique. The research location is PT. ABC especially the EJBN region with a total of 23 employees, headquartered in Surabaya. From the research, it is known several things, namely the procedures for preparing / reviewing job descriptions, workloads and employee needs for each position. Some functions underload work, such as Marketing Coordinator, Courier, Customer Relation Officer (security), Health Service Admin. Some are in the normal criteria, including the functions of Marketing, Support / admin marketing, Engineer marketing, Finance & Treasury Support, computer support spesialist, General Affair Coordinators, Drivers, Operational Coordinators, Customer Relation Officers (Bali, NTT, NTB, KAI, Janitor, etc.). The function that is in the overload criteria is in the Head of EJBN position, Treasury, Controllers, and Chief Financial Coordinator, Personal Recruiter, and Customer Relations Officer who handles Customer Service in one company. Based on these data, the researcher designed the intervention, namely making job design by means of job enrichment, job enlargement, and rotation. Key Words : job design, job description, workload AbstrakPenelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  beban  kerja  dan  kebutuhan  pegawai  sebagai  dasarperusahaan menjalankan program efisiensi. Berdasarkan penilaian manajemen diawal PT. ABC menyatakan diwilayah East Java Bali Nusra (EJBN) sangat banyak jumlah karyawannya, akan tetapi pendapat kepala wilayah, hal tersebut tidak benar. Penelitian ini merupakan applied research khususnya evaluation research. Subyek penelitian diambil dengan teknik cluster sampling. Lokasi penelitian adalah PT. ABC khususnya wilayah EJBN dengan total pegawai sebanyak 23 orang, yang berkantor pusat di surabaya. Dari penelitian diketahui beberapa hal yaitu mengenai tata cara penyusunan/ review job description, beban kerja dan kebutuhan karyawan pada masing-masing jabatan. Beberapa fungsi mengalami underload pekerjaan yaitu Marketing Coordinator, Courier, Customer Relation Officer (Satpam), Admin Health Service. Beberapa berada pada kriteria normal, diantaranya fungsi Marketing, admin/ support marketing, engineer marketing, Finance & Treasury Support, General Affair Coordinator, Driver, Operational Coordinator, Customer Relation Officer (Bali, NTT, NTB, KAI, Janitor, dll). Fungsi yang berada pada kriteria overload ada di jabatan Head of  EJBN,  Treasury,  Controllers,  and  Chief  Financial  Coordinator,  Personal  Recruiter,  dan Customer Relation Officer yang menangani Customer Service disalah satu perusahaan. Berdasarkan data tersebut, maka peneliti membuat rancangan intervensi yaitu membuat job design dengan cara job enrichment, job enlargement, dan rotasi. Kata Kunci : analisis pekerjaan, desain pekerjaan, deskripsi pekerjaan

Abstract

Abstrak Body shame yaitu merasa malu, yang membuat dirinya menjadi “olokan” dari orang-orang disekitarnya, kurang percaya diri, bahkan depresi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini agar dapat memberikan gambaran kepada pihak sekolah mengenai kondisi siswa putrinya yang mengalami bodyshame, dimana ada sekitar 63,01% merasa malu dengan dirinya dan berusaha untuk bisa memperbaikinya, karena hal tersebut mempengaruhi perkembangan kepribadian dari siswa terutama dalam hal rasa percaya diri dan kemampuan beradaptasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Dimana diambil secara keseluruhan sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan, ada 73 remaja putri yang menjadi responden utuk mengikuti penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini terbukti bahwa body shame dengan self acceptance adalah sebesar 0,002 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan nilai r hitungnya sebesar 0,482 lebih besar dari r tabel yaitu 0,227. Hal ini berarti bahwa terdapat korelasi atau hubungan antara kecenderungan perilaku body shame dengan self acceptance pada remaja awal di SMP Y Surabaya.Kesimpulan penelitian ini terdapat hubungan positif antara kecenderungan perilaku body shame dengan self acceptance. Kecenderungan perilaku body shame cukup tinggi (63,01%) sebagai akibat dari rendahnya self acceptance (61,64%) pada remaja di SMP Y Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the relationship between parenting parents withchildren's social interactions. Parenting was the treatment of parents in order to meet the needsand educate children in everyday life. In a family, the presence of parents was very important forthe development of a child's personality, because the family wa the first and foremostenvironment that will later have an influence on several aspects of child development, includingchild discipline. This parenting was divided into 3 types namely authoritarian parenting,democratic parenting and permissive parenting in this study.The research was conducted in thebeautiful Benowo 1 Surabaya, with the research subjects being parents who have children at anearly age (3-4 years), amounting to 32 people. Data collection tool in the form of parentingquestionnaire consisting of 10 items a statement and social interaction questionnaire consistingof 22 items a statement. Data analysis was performed with Pearson's product momentcorrelation statistics technique, with the help of the SPSS for Windows Version 21 program.From the results of the analysis of the research, it was found that the correlation betweenparenting and social interaction of children was 0.516 with sig (2-tailed) value of 0.002.Compared to the significance level of 0.05 (5%), the sig (2-tailed) value is smaller, which meansthere is a relationship between parenting (X) parenting and social interaction (Y) of earlychildhood in Griya Benowo Indah 1 Surabaya . Abstract

Kasus kekerasan dalam rumah tangga sudah banyak sekali terjadi, ditambah saat pademi covid-19 ini makin meningkat. KDRT makin meningkat karena pandemi membuat orang-orang harus tinggal di rumah. Entah karena alasan kesehatan seperti karantina mandiri atau enggan mempertaruhkan diri terkena virus jika ke luar rumah, mengalami pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK), atau dirumahkan oleh perusahaan. Komunikasi adalah proses penyampaian pesan atau perasaan oleh seseorang kepada orang lain dengan menggunakan lambang-lambang yang bermakna sama bagi kedua pihak. Dalam situasi tertentu, komunikasi menggunakan media tertentu untuk mencapai sasaran yang jauh tempatnya dan dan/atau banyak jumlahnya. Dalam situasi tertentu pula komunikasi dimaksudkan atau ditujukan untuk merubah sikap (attitude), pendapat (opinion), atau tingkah laku (behavior) seseorang, atau sejumlah orang, sehingga ada efek tertentu yang diharapkan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mencegah terjadinya KDRT selama pademi covid-19 makin meningkat, sehingga adanya pola komunikasi yang baik dan lancar antara pasangan dimana biasanya istri yang menjadi korban kekerasan suami. Metode dalam pengabdian ini adalah pemberian modul pola komunikasi pada istri untuk mencegah terjadinya KDRT pada masa pademi covid-19. Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini dapat mencegah terjadinya KDRT dan dalam menghadapi suatu permasalahan, komunikasi berperan penting terutama untuk memecahkan masalah atau mencari solusi, sehingga permasalahan yang ada tidak semakin meluas bahkan hingga menimbulkan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga.

Abstract

In every university there is always a student activity unit (UKM) that can be followed to hone non-academic abilities such as talent, communication, social relations and much more. Each student has various interests and goals to participate in various types of SMEs in higher education. When you have chosen to join one of the UKM, there must be a demand for commitment and encouragement to organize, as well as the choir UKM members at Wijaya Putra University. However, this has not been seen in the members of the UWP choir UKM, for example, it is very rare for members to take part in routine training, work meetings, and many do not carry out their responsibilities when given the authority of the committee. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence between organizational motivation and commitment in choir SMEs. This research is a quantitative study, using the Wilcoxon test, because the data are not normally distributed with the help of SPSS 21. The results show a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is an influence of organizational motivation on organizational commitment to members of the Wijaya Putra University Choir UKM

Abstract

The development of fine motor skills needs to be stimulated with the right strategy. Especially with this Pandemic condition, causing children to hold gadgets more often every day, this is what scares parents from excessive use of gadgets, which can cause some children's fine motor skills to still not fully develop well. This is proven when some children write letters, draw shapes and color they tend to not be able to reach the expected target, namely children still cannot write neatly, draw, color, and this low ability is not maximized because in moving the fingers they are still stiff. that is when holding a writing utensil is still not correct. These problems cause fine motor skills that need to be stimulated properly. The purpose of this service is to train fine motor skills for children in Bulak District, besides that it also makes children think creatively, innovatively and able to socialize with their friends. The method of implementation is through psychoeducation, art therapy training for early childhood children aged 4-5 years. The results of the service are expected that children are able to develop their fine motor skills optimally in a better direction, children can express themselves and be creative with various ideas and imaginations, and can grow the child's self-confidence. Abstract

AbstrakTantangan yang diberikan pada dunia industri semakin besar, dimana semua individu harus bisa untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan berbagai perubahan. Berbagai persiapan harus sudah dilakukan untuk bisa masuk dan bersaing di dunia industri saat ini.  Salah satunya adalah kesiapan kerja yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang mahasiswa.  Dalam hal ini modal psikologi memiliki peran yang penting yang turut mempengaruhi kesiapan kerja. Modal Psikologi merupakan suatu keyakinan diri, optimisme, harapan, dan kemampuan untuk bertahan menghadapi berbagai tantangan ataupun rintangan. Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan antara modal psikologi dengan kesiapan kerja pada mahasiswa akhir universitas Wijaya Putra. Pengukuran modal psikologi menggunakan alat ukur yang disusun oleh Luthans dkk PCQ-24. Terdiri dari 24 item dibagi menjadi empat sub skala dengan enam item subskala dan kesiapan kerja menggunakan alat ukur dikembangkan oleh Robert P. Brady (2010) yaitu alat ukur yang berupa self-report dengan nama “Work Readiness Inventory” dengan 6 aspek yang diukur yaitu Responsibility, Flexibility, Komunikasi, Self-View, dan Health & Safety. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan metode uji korelasi pearson product moment dengan bantuan SPSS 20.0 Hasil dari penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa modal psikologi mempunyai hubungan dengan kesiapan kerja sebesar 59%.

Abstract

AbstractIn this era of the Covid-19 pandemic, learning is carried out online (on a network) to stop the spread of Covid-19, so students are required to be able to manage their achievement motivation in learning, because learning is not done face-to-face. At this time, achievement motivation is one of the important aspects that must be possessed by students in order to achieve optimal learning competencies. According to Nakayama et al (2014) that all literature indicates that not all students will be successful in online learning, this is due to differences in learning environment factors and student characteristics. The online learning policy demands adaptation to the teaching and learning process accompanied by high motivation, independence and responsibility for learning as reflected in the psychological well being of students. Based on this opinion, it can be interpreted that psychological well being is related to efforts to fulfill and realize basic human nature through the process of self-actualization of their potentials, so it is hoped that students who have high psychological well being will have high achievement motivation so that they are not hampered by the existence of pandemic conditions. Therefore, researchers want to further examine the influence of Psychological Well Being on Student Achievement Motivation in the Pandemic Era. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Psychological Well Being on student achievement motivation in the Pandemic Era and to obtain an overview of the dynamics of Psychological Well Being on student achievement motivation in the pandemic era. This research is a descriptive study with a sample of students who have at least one year of study at Wijaya Putra University. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling (non-probability test) with data analysis techniques using regression analysis techniques. The results of the hypothesis test show that sig = 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is an influence between psychological well being on achievement motivation. R square = 0.607 indicates that psychological well being has an influence of 60.7%, while 39.3% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between Person Job Fit and work engagement in PT. Z. The compatibility between employees and the work they do is very important. With this compatibility, employees can carry out their work well, be immersed or have a strong attachment to their work, so that employees can stay in the company for a long time and can reduce the budget for the recruitment, selection and training process. The subject is an employee of the marketing & sales division of PT. Z, totaling 32 people and aged 19-45 years. This research uses quantitative methods, sampling using purposive sampling techniques, using measuring instruments with questionnaire models on the variables of person job fit and work engagement. The results of this research show a correlation value of 0.029 < 0.05, and if seen from the calculated correlation value it is 0.598 > 0.362, which means that there is a relationship between Person Job Fit and work engagement in employees of the Marketing & Sales Division of PT. Z. The higher a person's suitability for the job they are working on, the higher their work engagement. Matching between individuals and jobs at the start is very effective in reducing employee turnover, especially in marketing and sales functions.
