Abstract

Background: Students are expected to be able to complete their studies andobtain a bachelor's degree. Then they are also required to prepare to enter theworld of work. Not a few students who are in their final semester beforegraduation feel less confident in their abilities. Likewise, support from family orthe environment certainly influences the job search process. Objective: Thisresearch was conducted to determine the influence between self-confidence andsocial support and anxiety about facing the world of work in final year students.Method: This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods intesting to determine the magnitude of the influence between anxiety about facingthe world of work and self-confidence and social support. Result: Thecontribution of the variable influence of self-confidence and social support toanxiety in the world of work simultaneously produces a percentage of 42.2%which is proven to be very significant with a P value of 0.0001 with an F valueof 41.910

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara quality of work life dengan turnover intention pada karyawan generasi milenial di perusahaan startup. Adapun hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan negatif antara variabel quality of work life dengan variabel turnover intention pada karyawan milenial di perusahaan startup. Sebanyak 74 karyawan startup generasi milenial yang tersebar di wilayah Pulau Jawa menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dua skala yaitu skala quality of work life (dan skala turnover intention. Data dianalisis dengan teknik korelasi Pearson Product Moment menggunakan program SPSS ver. 29 for windows. Hasil analisis diperoleh koesfisien korelasi sebesar (rxy) – 0.665 (p < 0.05), hal ini menandakan bahawa hipotesis penelitian diterima yaitu terdapat korelasi negatif yang signifikan antara quality of work life dengan turnover intention pada karyawan generasi milenial di perusahaan startup. Penting bagi perusahaan startup untuk membangun lingkungan kerja yang suportif dan berkelanjutan untuk mempertahankan karyawan generasi milenial yang berpotensi tinggi dan memaksimalkan kontribusinya terhadap pertumbuhan perusahaan, pendekatan ini dapat secara efektif meminimalisir kemungkinan turnover intention pada karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, Intensi Turnover, Karyawan Milenial AbstractThis study aims to determine the relationship between quality of work life and turnover intention in millennial generation employees in startup companies. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a negative relationship between quality of work life and turnover intention in millennial generation employees in startup companies. A total of 74 millennial generation startup employees spread across Java Island became respondents in this study. Data was collected using two scales, namely the quality of work life scale and the turnover intention scale.) for windows program. The results of the analysis obtained a Analysis of the research data was carried out using the Pearson Product Moment with the SPSS program ver. 29 for windows. The results of the analysis yielded a correlation coefficient of (rxy) – 0.665 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant negative correlation between quality of work life and turnover intention among millennial employees in startup companies. This supports the research hypothesis. Abstract

Mental health issues among university students have become an increasingly urgent concern, including at Duta Wacana Christian University (UKDW) Yogyakarta, which currently has around 3,500 active students. This community service program aimed to enhance social support and promote preventive efforts against mental health problems through the establishment of peer counselors within the campus environment. The program was implemented from January to March 2024, with student participants from the Counseling Division of LPKKSK UKDW as the main target group. The implementation was carried out in several stages: participant selection, basic counseling skills training conducted over three sessions, roleplay practice, and a final stage involving the socialization of the counseling service flow and referral system. The results showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge and counseling skills, as evidenced by the paired samples t-test, which yielded a p-value of 0.016. The rise in average scores from pre-test to post-test, along with reduced score variance among participants, reflects the uniform effectiveness of the training provided. The implication of this program highlights that involving peer counselors can serve as an effective solution to the limited availability of professional counselors on campus. Moreover, it strengthens a community-based support ecosystem, empowers students as agents of change, and offers a scalable model for psychosocial intervention that could be replicated in other higher education settings.

Abstract

Entreprenurial leardership di Indonesia masih rendah dan perlu diupayakan untuk peningkatannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen quasi dengan desain one group pretest-posttest design yang memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode experential learning team project untuk meningkatkan entrepreneurial leardership pada mahasiswa. Responden penelitian ini sebanyak 32 orang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling dengan karakteristik mahasiswa psikologi yang belum pernah mengambil mata kuliah psikologi komunitas dan sociopreneurship, serta perkuliahan secara tatap muka di kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa experential learning team project dapat meningkatkan entrepreneurial leadership mahasiswa (t=-14,15, p<0,05). Artinya, intervensi melalui metode experential learning team project mampu memberikan dampak positif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan enterpreneurial leadership di kalangan mahasiswa psikologi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pendekatan   experential learning team project dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas entrepreneurial leadership di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi.
