Abstract

Cooperatives play a key role in supporting the growth and progress of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in various economic sectors. Training can be done to develop the quality of human resources, including training and developing the creative way of thinking of cooperative administrators. This research aims to produce a flip book-based cooperative training module to improve the creative character of cooperative administrators. The research method used is research and development. The modified model used is the ADDIE design. Evaluation by experts and individual trials of the training module resulted in recommendations for revision, receiving a rating of "very good." Research data came from 23 representatives of cooperative administrators who participated in the training, with small group test results also reaching the "very good" category. Data collection was carried out through interviews, group discussions (FGD), consultation with experts, and the distribution of questionnaires. The results of the field trial showed that the flip book-based training module significantly improved the creative thinking abilities of the training participants. Thus, the research results conclude that the flip book-based cooperative training module has been tested for its feasibility and can be effectively used in basic training for cooperative administrators to improve creative character. The increase in creative character can be seen from comparing the pre-test and post-test scores of the training participants. The average pre-test score for training participants before using the flip book-based training module media was 7.36, while the average post-test score for training participants after using the flip book-based training module was 8.23. The students' pre-test and post-test gain test results obtained a score of 69.35% in the "quite effective" category. The increase in creative character can also be seen from the results of the creative character questionnaire for cooperative administrators, which had a percentage value of 81.25% or was categorized as very strong. This means there is a very strong increase in the creative character of cooperative management after attending the training.

Abstract

Artikel ini memiliki tujuan dalam melihat legislasi hukum kewarisan, hibah dan wasiat. Dalam hal ini bagaimana penerapan regulasi yang ada di Indonesia. Penelitain ini termasuk penelitian kepustakaan yang disebut penelitian hukum normatif melalui metode kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data diterapkan melalui dokumentasi dan deskriptif komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di Indonesia sistem hukum waris yang di anut meliputi hukum waris adat, hukum waris Islam, dan hukum perdata (BW). Hukum waris tunduk kepada hukum yang di anut oleh pewaris. hukum Islam dan ukum perdata pada penerapan hibah, kemudian ada persamaan juga memiliki perbedaan. Persamaan dapat dilihat dari fungsi dan tujuan.Sedangkan salah satu perbedaan batasan jumlah yang dihibahkan.Penerapan wasiat tidak hanya dilakukan pengaturan pada hukum Islam dan KHI, hukum perdata di Indonesia juga mengatur tentang wasiat. Dalam masalah wasiat peneliti memiliki pandangan bahwa wasiat sesuai KHI yang lebih cocok digunakan di Indonesia.

Abstract

The issue of early marriage is not new in Indonesia; it is a social problem that affects adolescents, with the majority of victims being young girls. In general, cases of underage marriage often occur in rural areas, and this frequently happens in families with low income, low education, and school dropouts. The world has made rapid progress in all fields, yet there are still many people who marry off their children at a young age, or more precisely, marry underage. Early marriage poses significant risks to the health of both mothers and children. The purpose of this community service is to provide education on early marriage in an effort to prevent underage marriage. The village of Sambik Bangkol in the Gangga District of North Lombok should be able to disseminate information about the impacts and issues of early marriage, as well as information to the wider community. The impact and issues of early marriage and community service are carried out through surveys, pretests, outreach with discussions and reviews, and discussions. The activity will take place in August 2024. This activity was attended by teenagers, middle school students, adults, and parents in Sambik Bangkol Village, Gangga District, North Lombok Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to define the internalization of cooperation value in drum band extracurricular activities, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in its process. This study uses field research (field research) using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing techniques in this study include data editing, classification, and interpretation. While the subjects of this study are school principals, trainers, teachers, parents, and students. The study results show that the internalization of cooperation value has been applied to drum band extracurriculars in the form of group exercises, group exercises, and joint exercises, effective communication, openness, shared responsibility, and understanding of common goals. The supporting and inhibiting factors in this internalization process include trainers, students, parents, classrooms, fields, funds, and infrastructure. The implications of internalizing the cooperation value in the drum band extracurricular are 1) it makes it easier for teachers to convey material, 2) it makes it easier for students to memorize material, 3) students are more enthusiastic about participating in activities, 4) makes it easier for students to practice cooperation and cohesiveness, 5) the sound of the music produced is better because of their solid cooperation, 5) form an attitude of cooperation and mutual help and benefit for the future. Education practitioners need to develop a mature strategy to internalize character values in extracurricular activities and minimize obstacles to get maximum results.

Abstract

Rempek Darussalam Village, located in Gangga District, North Lombok Regency, is one of the villages with rich agricultural potential, particularly in coffee cultivation. Coffee, as a key commodity, not only has high economic value but also great potential to be developed into an educational tourist attraction. This potential has not yet been fully utilized to support sustainable development in Rempek Darussalam Village. Facing these challenges, the KKN PMD UNRAM 2024 program aims to develop coffee plantation educational tourism as a solution to increase community income and promote local coffee products. This program is implemented through a series of activities, including training in creating educational tourism packages and marketing coffee products. The UNRAM Mataram University KKN group collaborates with local coffee farmers to build tourism facilities, including tour routes and areas for demonstrating the coffee processing. Additionally, training is conducted to enhance the skills of community members involved in communicating with visitors and managing tourism activities. Data collection is carried out through observation, surveys, and KKN activities where coffee plantation educational tourism becomes the main work program. This coffee plantation educational tourism successfully attracted tourists and resulted in increased income for coffee farmers. Evaluation shows that the community has improved skills in managing tourism and marketing coffee products. Furthermore, awareness of the added value of local coffee has increased, positively impacting the village's economy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas praktikum Microsoft Excel pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Banjarmasin melalui pendekatan Project-Based Learning (PjBL) dengan topik analisis data keuangan sederhana. Masalah utama yang diidentifikasi mencakup rendahnya partisipasi siswa, kurangnya pemahaman konsep pengolahan data, serta hasil praktikum yang belum mencapai standar ketuntasan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model Kemmis dan Taggart dalam dua siklus pembelajaran yang melibatkan 36 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, penilaian proyek, angket siswa, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman konsep dan keterlibatan siswa. Sebelum tindakan, mayoritas siswa belum memahami penggunaan rumus Excel secara benar dan partisipasi rendah. Setelah penerapan PjBL di Siklus I dan II, terjadi peningkatan bertahap hingga 86% siswa mencapai ketuntasan, dengan keterlibatan aktif dalam kelompok mencapai 88%. PjBL terbukti membantu siswa memahami materi secara lebih relevan, mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, serta memperkuat kerja sama tim. Dengan demikian, model ini efektif untuk mengoptimalkan pembelajaran praktikum Excel.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis kinerja bongkar muat general cargo sebagai bagian dari proses bongkar muat di Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas Semarang. Sebagai pelabuhan besar yang melayani angkutan, peti kemas, dan curah kering. Penggunaan general cargo tidak hanya memungkinkan penggabungan barang, tetapi juga peningkatan efisiensi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggambarkan variabel secara apa adanya didukung dengan data yang berupa angka yang diperoleh dari situasi sebenarnya. Adapun temuan penelitian, antara lain Kinerja Bongkar Muat General Cargo Di Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas Semarang 2023 setiap bulan mengalami kenaikan dan penurunan pada nilai rata-rata T/G/J. Nilai rata-rata T/G/J tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Februari sebesar 159.43 Ton/Gang/Jam, dan nilai terendah terjadi pada bulan Juli sebesar 76,72 Ton/Gang/Jam, serta Kinerja Bongkar Muat General Cargo Di Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas Semarang Tahun 2023 setiap bulan mengalami kenaikan dan penurunan pada nilai rata-rata T/S/H. Nilai rata-rata T/S/H tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Februari sebesar 159.43 Ton/Gang/Jam dan nilai terendah terjadi pada bulan Juli sebesar 59 Ton/Gang/Jam, yang artinya kinerja bongkar muat general cargo pelabuhan tanjung emas semarang sudah memenuhi standar nilai yang telah ditentukan Dirjen Perhubungan Laut Nomor: UM.002/38/18/DJPL Tahun 2011 sebesar 100.

Abstract

Pengelolaan limbah rumah tangga, khususnya minyak jelantah, masih kurang mendapat perhatian masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam mengolah minyak jelantah menjadi sabun cuci piring. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi lapangan, perencanaan program, penyampaian materi melalui ceramah, diskusi interaktif, serta demonstrasi pembuatan sabun. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 15-16 Maret 2025 di Rumah Ketua RT Jl. A. Yani Km 14.800, Banjarmasin, dengan melibatkan 15 peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa 86% peserta merasa sangat puas, 80% mampu membuat sabun secara mandiri, dan 93% memperoleh pemahaman baru mengenai pemanfaatan minyak jelantah. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan teknis peserta, tetapi juga mendorong pemanfaatan limbah menjadi produk bernilai ekonomis, serta mendukung penguatan ekonomi keluarga. Pelatihan ini sejalan dengan upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat dan pengelolaan lingkungan berkelanjutan.
