Abstract

Abstract: The adoption of cashless transactions in Indonesia and other aspects of society 5.0, along with the advancement of digital technology, are still to identify the cashless payment system as a novel approach to the Islamic boarding school Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi's financial management. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Interview rules serve as a supporting instrument, and the researcher herself becomes an instrument (a human instrument). Data using methods such as documentation, interviewing, and observation. Data triangulation for data veracity. The investigation's findings are Four stages to establish the cashless payment system at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi: identifying the innovation of the cashless payment system and interacting with vendors in the permanent setting, calculating the budget for the cashless payment system within the student expenditure budget, At the Islamic boarding school, the cashless payment system program is being implemented gradually. The boarding school's financial management was surveyed to evaluate still to the cashless payment system at the Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi Islamic Boarding School. Keywords: Financial Management, Cashless payment, Digital Technology, Islamic Boarding School Abstrak: Terlepas dari kemajuan teknologi digital ke era masyarakat 5.0, penerapan cashless payment di Indonesia masih dianggap rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui metode pembayaran cashless menjadi inovasi dalam bidang manajemen keuangan di pondok pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Peneliti menjadi instrumen (human instrument) serta pendukung, seperti pedoman wawancara. Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Metode triangulasi memastikan keabsahan data. Hasil dari penelitian adalah Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi menerapkan sistem cashless payment dengan empat proses yakni: Penentuan inovasi sistem cashless payment dengan adanya sosialisasi kepada para pedagang lingkungan pesantren, Penetapan anggaran sistem cashless payment dalam anggaran belanja bagi santri, Pelaksanaan program sistem cashless payment dilakukan secara bertahap di pesantren, Evaluasi pelaksanaan sistem cashless payment dengan survei oleh pengurus keuangan pondok mengenai pelaksanaan transaksi sistem cashless payment di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi. Kata kunci: Manajemen Keuangan, Cashless payment, Teknologi Digital, Pondok Pesantren

Abstract

Cataract remains the highest preventable cause of blindness in the world. The H. longiflora plant (Hippobroma longiflora L) is a plant that has empirically been widely used to treat a variety of eye diseases including cataract. This plant has high antioxidant activity due to its high phenolic and flavonoid content. The H. longiflora plant was extracted using an ethanol solvent and its compound content was analyzed using GCMS and phytochemistry analysis. The extracts obtained were tested with TPC, TFC, antioxidants and quercetine compound with HPLC. From phytochemical and GCMS analysis, it was found that triterpenoid compounds were not found in the sample, and the compound 1-Isobutyl-2,5-dimethyl-4-phenyl-piperidin-4-ol was the most abundant (37.77%), as well as 4-Penten-1-ol, 5-phenyl-3-pperidino (1,30%) were the least abundant in the ethanol extract of the H. longiflora leaves extract. The total phenolic, flavonoid and HPLC results of quercetin were 139.21 mg GAE/g; 11.48 mg QE/G and 0.009 mg/G. Meanwhile, in an antioxidant activity test, it was found that the ethanol extract of the H. longiflora leaves has very strong antioxidants. This finding revealed the potential of ethanol extracts of H. longiflora leaves as a cataract inhibitor through its process as an antioxidant.

Abstract

kepribadian merupakan gambaran sikap yang berbeda dari individu satu dengan yang lainnya. hal ini disebabkan oleh penyesuaian pandangan dalam konteks dinamis yang berhubungan dengan tingkah laku yang terintegerasikan dan yang menggambarkan interaksi antara kemampuan yang diwariskan serta adanya pengaruh lingkungan. pendidikan adalah proses pengubahan sikap dan tata laku seseorang atau kelompok orang dalam usaha mendewasakan manusia melalui upaya pengajaran dan pelatihan, juga berarti proses, cara, perbuatan mendidik peserta didik berdasarkan telaah dan analisis dalam hadits yang digunakan dalam rujukan studi diperoleh simpulan bahwa menjadi seorang pendidik harus memiliki sifat kepribadian baik. kedudukan seorang pendidik sebagai orang tua peserta didik dilingkungan sekolah, ada beberapa sifat yang dimiliki seorang pendidik yaitu memiliki sifat lemah lembut, rasa kasih sayang, berkata dan berlaku jujur agar dapat diteladani oleh peserta didiknya, seorang pendidik memiliki rasa ingin mengembalikan ilmunya kepada Allah SWT dan memperhatikan syarat-syarat yang harus dimiliki seorang pendidik yaitu seorang pendidik harus berlaku adil kepada peserta didiknya dengan tidak saling membedakan, berlapang dada dengan segala sikap yang bermacam-macam, seorang pendidik harus ikhlas dengan mendidik peserta didiknya.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to examine how the Merdeka Curriculum is implemented at TK Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi and to identify the challenges and strategies in aligning this independent curriculum with global education demands, as well as to propose practical recommendations for enhancing its implementation Methodology: Employing a descriptive qualitative case study approach, the research involved one principal and six homeroom teachers, with data gathered through structured observations, semi-structured interviews, and documentation of classroom activities; a comprehensive literature review informed the analysis, which was conducted using manual transcript analysis Main Findings: Findings reveal that the Merdeka Curriculum enables flexible lesson planning that fosters religious character, independence, creativity, and collaboration, leading to heightened student enthusiasm and engagement; however, implementation barriers—such as limited teacher proficiency in project-based learning, inadequate facilities, and insufficient parental involvement—were evident, prompting the school to conduct regular professional development and strengthen community partnerships to improve curriculum delivery Novelty/Originality of this study: Uniquely, this study focuses on a rural PAUD setting, offering novel insights into adapting independent curriculum frameworks to meet global education industry requirements in under-resourced contexts and generating context-specific recommendations that advance current understanding of curriculum flexibility and the integration of local and global educational values
