Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini berfokus pada pengembangan UMKM Pukis Mart di Bluru Kidul, Sidoarjo. Proses ini melibatkan survei dan wawancara langsung dengan pemilik usaha untuk mengumpulkan data dan informasi. Pengamatan dilakukan di lokasi penjualan untuk memahami faktor hambatan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM Pukis Mart, yang pada awalnya menjual produk tanpa merek. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM meliputi re-desain kemasan, varian rasa, dan pemasaran digital. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi daya saing mencakup jaringan usaha, inovasi produk, dan persaingan usaha. Melalui adanya redesain kemasan dan pengembangan varian rasa, diharapkan UMKM Pukis Mart dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan kekuatan produknya. Novelty pengabdian masyarakat ini terletak pada penerapan strategi pemasaran dan inovasi produk untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM dalam industri kuliner. This community service focuses on developing the Pukis Mart MSMEs in Bluru Kidul, Sidoarjo. This process involves surveys and direct interviews with business owners to collect data and information. Observations were carried out at sales locations to understand the obstacles faced by Pukis Mart MSMEs, which initially sold unbranded products. Efforts made to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs include packaging redesign, flavor variants, and digital marketing. Factors that influence competitiveness include business networks, product innovation, and business competition. Through packaging redesign and the development of flavor variants, it is hoped that Pukis Mart MSMEs can increase the competitiveness and strength of their products. The novelty of this community service lies in implementing marketing strategies and product innovation to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in the culinary industry.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy of managing KIP Lecture scholarship funds to overcome consumptive behavior and improve the academic achievement of students of the Faculty of Economics, Nahdlatul Ulama University of Sidoarjo. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through interviews with scholarship recipient students and the Head of Student Welfare. The results showed that although the scholarship aims to support education, some students tend to allocate funds for consumptive needs. The university implemented various strategies such as financial reporting mechanisms, financial literacy education, and the provision of student cooperatives as a means of saving. However, challenges such as late reporting and lack of financial awareness are still faced. Therefore, stricter supervision and increased student awareness in financial management are needed. With the right strategy, it is hoped that students can be more optimal in utilizing the scholarship to improve their academic performance

Abstract

Studi ini meneliti peran Koperasi Konsumen Dokma Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi anggotanya, yang terdiri dari dosen, staf, dan mahasiswa. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif partisipatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi kontribusi koperasi dalam menyediakan akses keuangan dan mendukung pemberdayaan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koperasi berhasil mengatasi tantangan keuangan yang dihadapi anggota, dengan menyediakan layanan keuangan seperti simpanan, pinjaman, dan beasiswa, yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan stabilitas keuangan mereka. Studi ini juga menekankan pentingnya peran koperasi dalam mendorong budaya menabung, terutama di kalangan mahasiswa bidikmisi. Hal ini menjadikan koperasi sebagai solusi efektif atas masalah keuangan yang dihadapi civitas akademika Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo. This study examines the role of the Dokma Consumer Cooperative of Nahdlatul Ulama University, Sidoarjo in improving the economic welfare of its members, consisting of lecturers, staff, and students. Through a participatory qualitative approach, this study explores the contribution of the cooperative in providing financial access and supporting economic empowerment. The results of the study indicate that the cooperative has succeeded in addressing the financial challenges faced by its members, by providing financial services such as savings, loans, and scholarships, which contribute to improving their financial stability. This study also emphasizes the importance of the role of the cooperative in encouraging a culture of saving, especially among bidikmisi students. This makes the cooperative an effective solution to the financial problems faced by the academic community of Nahdlatul Ulama University, Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendorong pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) agar naik kelas melalui legalisasi usaha. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi UMKM desa adalah keterbatasan dalam pengurusan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) karena minimnya pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam menggunakan sistem Online Single Submission (OSS). Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif-edukatif melalui seminar, tutorial praktik pendaftaran NIB, serta pendampingan langsung kepada pelaku usaha. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan warga, terbukti dengan terbitnya NIB bagi UMKM setempat serta meningkatnya kesadaran akan pentingnya legalitas usaha. Pendampingan juga diperkuat dengan pemanfaatan grup WhatsApp sebagai sarana komunikasi berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, program ini berhasil memberikan output nyata berupa legalitas usaha yang sah sekaligus menjadi fondasi bagi penguatan daya saing UMKM desa. This community service activity aims to encourage Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to upgrade through business legalization. The main problem faced by village MSMEs is the limitation in processing Business Identification Numbers (NIB) due to a lack of understanding and skills in using the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. The activity was implemented using a participatory-educational approach through seminars, practical tutorials on NIB registration, and direct mentoring for business actors. The results of the activity showed an increase in community understanding and skills, as evidenced by the issuance of NIBs for local MSMEs and increased awareness of the importance of business legality. The mentoring was also strengthened using WhatsApp groups as a means of ongoing communication. Thus, this program successfully delivered tangible output in the form of legal business registration while also serving as a foundation for strengthening the competitiveness of village MSMEs.
