Abstract

This study aims to explore the effect of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for returning goods on customer loyalty at JNE Gunungsitoli Branch. The research method used is a combination of qualitative and quantitative, with a qualitative approach to understand customer perceptions and a quantitative approach to statistically measure the impact of certain factors. The research location is at JNE Gunungsitoli Branch, North Sumatra, with a research period of six months from April to September 2023. The results of data analysis using SPSS 25 show that SOP return goods have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty (Significance = 0.000 <0.05). In addition, the coefficient of determination (R-Square) of 0.850 indicates that the SOP for returning goods as a whole affects customer loyalty by 85%, while the remaining 15% is influenced by other factors. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that companies involved in delivery and return of goods implement a good return goods SOP to increase customer loyalty and gain other positive benefits. Field observations show that good service in the implementation of the return goods SOP can make customers feel satisfied and remain loyal to use the company's services.

Abstract

Untuk menjamin suatu kualitas produk maka dibutuhkan yang namanya pengendalian kualitas (quality control).Permasalahan yang ditemukan di caritas water yaitu masih adanya kerusakan produk dalam proses produksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengendalian kualitas yang dilakukan oeh caritas water dalam menjaga mutu produk. Dalam melakukan penelitian metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh antara lain pengandalian kualitas yang dilakukan oleh caritas water yaitu dengan metode statistical quality control. Melalui check sheet diperoleh jumlah produksi selama Januari-Juni 2023 sebanyak 57.529 kardus dengan jumlah kerusakan 278 kardus. Penyebab kerusakan yaitu lit cup sobek dan cup rusak. Diagram pareto menunjukan penyebab utama yaitu lit cup sobek (54,40%) dan cup rusak (45,60%). Dari peta kendali p diperoleh hasil central line (CL) yaitu 0,0048323. Upper control line (UCL) yaitu 0,0151683. Lower control line (LCL) yaitu -0,0055036. Dalam diagram tulang ikan penyebabnya ialah faktor manusia (kurang teliti, kelelahan kerja), material (lit cup sobek dari supplier dan cup rusak dari supplier), mesin (alat press bermasalah), metode (proses produksi sekaligus), lingkungan (suhu ruangan terlalu panas).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Medical Waste Management on Occupational Safety and Health, this study uses 2 variables, namely Medical Waste Management and Occupational Safety and Health of North Nias Regency Primary Hospital Employees. The type of research used in this study is descriptive with a Quantitative approach, from the research findings, it can be concluded that Medical Waste Management can explain Occupational Safety and Health by 0.652 with a percentage of 65% of the calculation results of the T Test that T calculate the table > T is 7,932 > 2.034 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, it can be said that Medical Waste Management has a positive and significant effect on K3. It is expected to improve Medical Waste Management Procedures regularly and provide innovations to all aspects of Employee Safety and Health guarantors. in order to improve employee compliance in carrying out their tupoksinya in accordance with applicable procedures and employees are more concerned about the importance of occupational safety and health.
