Abstract

Abstrak: Dalam era globalisasi persaingan bisnis sangat mempengaruhi kelangsungan hidup setiap perusahaan, meningkatnya intensitas persaingan dan jumlah pesaing juga menuntut setiap perusahaan untuk selalu memperhatikan kebutuhan konsumen dan berusaha memenuhi apa yang mereka harapkan dengan cara yang lebih. memuaskan dari apa yang dilakukan pesaing. Untuk itu, sangat penting bagi perusahaan untuk memikirkan dan menerapkan strategi produk yang tepat untuk memuaskan keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan produknya. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi karena keterbatasan jumlah responden yang diteliti yaitu 32 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskripsi kuantitatif. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh kedua variabel dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel X dan variabel Y sebesar 65,20% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Pengujian hipotesis juga menunjukkan bahwa r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel. Dimana r hitung 7.497> r tabel 2.042. Artinya dalam penelitian ini Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yaitu strategi produk berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan penjualan pada UD. Vian Jaya Kota Gunungsitoli.Kata Kunci: Strategi Produk, Peningkatan Penjualan.Abstract: In the era of globalization, business competition greatly affects the survival of each company, increasing the intensity of competition and the number of competitors also requires each company to always pay attention to consumer needs and try to fulfill what they expect in a way that is more satisfying than what competitors do. For this reason, it is very important for companies to think about and implement the right product strategy to satisfy consumer wants and needs so as to increase sales of their products. The sample of this research is the entire population because of the limited number of respondents studied, namely 32 people. This study uses descriptive research using a quantitative description approach. From the results of hypothesis testing to determine the extent to which the influence of the two variables in this study shows that there is an influence between the X and Y variables of 65.20% and the rest is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing also shows that r count is greater than r table. Where r count is 7,497> r table is 2,042. This means that in this study Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, namely the product strategy has an influence on increasing sales at UD. Abstract

This research aims to find out how the implementation and impact of mutations at the Lolofitu Moisub-district office, employee career development and factors inhibiting employee career developmentat the Lolofitu Moi sub-district office. It was found that several employees had held the same positionfor a long time without any transfer or promotion in recent years. This could lead to boredom becausethey were stuck in the same routine and did not experience adequate career development. This research uses qualitative research methods, conducting in-depth interviews with employees at the Lolofitu Moi District Office. The results of the research show that the implementation of transfers at the Lolfitu Moi sub-district office is still not effective, where there are still several employees who have not been transferred in the last few years. The implementation of the transfer has had a positive impact on employees at the Lolofitu Moi sub-district office. Employee career development at the Lolfitu Moi sub-district office involves strategies, namely performance evaluation, training, transfers and promotions. However, there are several obstacles, namely limitations in training and promotion opportunities which depend on agency policies and quotas.

Abstract

Abstract. The importance of the community's role in Human Resources (HR) planning is reflected in their ability to provide input, aspirations and needs that are more accurate in accordance with local realities. Involving the community in the HR planning process not only creates policies that are more relevant to real needs at the village level, but also builds active participation and a sense of community ownership of the resulting policies. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method, with data collection techniques through interviews and observation. The variable of this research is HR planning. The research results show that involving the community in HR planning can ensure that the policies and programs designed are more relevant, sustainable and responsive to the real needs of local communities. Active community participation can also increase acceptance and implementation of HR policies, create broader involvement, and strengthen connectivity between village government and its citizens to achieve holistic sustainable development. In an effort to improve village governance in Dahana Tabaloho Village, Gunungsitoli City, key steps need to be implemented, such as procuring competent candidates, training for increasing community participation in planning, implementing discipline with budget transparency, and performance evaluation. periodically. Abstrak. Pentingnya peran masyarakat dalam perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) tercermin dalam kemampuan mereka untuk memberikan masukan, aspirasi, dan kebutuhan yang lebih akurat sesuai dengan realitas lokal. Melibatkan masyarakat dalam proses perencanaan SDM tidak hanya menciptakan kebijakan yang lebih relevan dengan kebutuhan nyata di tingkat desa, tetapi juga membangun partisipasi aktif dan rasa memiliki masyarakat terhadap kebijakan yang dihasilkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Variabel penelitian ini adalah perencanaan SDM. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa melibatkan masyarakat dalam perencanaan SDM dapat memastikan bahwa kebijakan dan program yang dirancang lebih relevan, berkelanjutan, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan riil masyarakat setempat. Partisipasi aktif masyarakat juga dapat meningkatkan penerimaan dan implementasi kebijakan SDM, menciptakan keterlibatan yang lebih luas, serta memperkuat keterhubungan antara pemerintah desa dan warganya untuk mencapai pembangunan berkelanjutan yang holistik. Dalam upaya meningkatkan tata kelola pemerintahan desa di Desa Dahana Tabaloho, Kota Gunungsitoli, langkah-langkah kunci perlu diterapkan, seperti pengadaan calon-calon yang kompeten, pelatihan untuk anggota BPD, peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam perencanaan, penerapan disiplin dengan transparansi anggaran, dan evaluasi kinerja berkala.

Abstract

This thesis research aims to find out how Organizational Collaboration in implementing the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Sisarahiligamo Village, Gunungstoli Subdistrict, Gunungsitoli City, then also researchers want to know what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of organizational collaboration in implementing PKH in Sisarahiligamo Village. The organizations that are the focus of this research are the Sisarahiligamo village government, the Gunungsitoli sub-district government and the Gunungsitoli City Social Service. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, using data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation studies. This research uses the Collaborative Governance theory proposed by Ansell and Gash to analyze organizational collaboration in the implementation of PKH in Sisarahiligamo Village. The results of this study show that the administrative rules of collaboration have been carried out well starting from the face-to-face dialog that has been carried out, the establishment of a relationship of mutual trust, the existence of mutual commitment, the existence of mutual understanding, and the impact of the results of the collaboration carried out. The sustainability of collaboration is supported by the existence of strong rules regarding the implementation of PKH and the existence of competent human resources in PKH assistance in the field. In the process, there are still several factors that make the collaboration carried out by the Social Service, the Gunungsitoli sub-district government and the Sisarahiligamo village government not optimal, such as frequent changes in the PKH social assistance mechanism and also the lack of budget provided by the City government in the implementation of PKH in Gunungsitoli City, especially in supporting the acceleration of poverty data improvement which is the PKH Program database.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to: 1) To find out the role performed by the Village Head in managing institutional cooperation in the Tetehosi I village government of Gunungsitoli City. 2) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of the village head in managing institutional cooperation in the Tetehosi I village government of Gunungsitoli City. 3) The author determines that this research is carried out in a qualitative type of research with a descriptive approach because this type of research has the aim of describing and analyzing phenomena, events, or social activities that occur in society that occur in the present in Tetehosi I village. The results of this study are: 1) the role of the village head is very relevant to the objectives of institutional cooperation in Tetehosi I Village. 2) a. Supporting factors: Active in carrying out tasks, Strong communication, Support and motivation, Controlling the decision-making process, Inclusiveness in decision-making, Encouraging active involvement of team members. b. Abstract. Utilization of information technology is the behavior of technology employees with their duties, measurement, based on frequency of use in the diversity of applications used. Information technology is the study, design, development, implementation, support or management of computer-based information systems, especially software applications and computer hardware. Lack of use of information technology in the PT area. Taspen (Persero) Nias Islands Branch Office causes obstacles related to information, rights and obligations for Taspen participants, especially for participants who have entered the Retirement Age Limit. Because this obstacle often becomes a problem for a company, where when participants do not know their rights as Taspen participants, the company will be involved in the investigation process for Taspen participants who have obstacles or obstacles in managing their rights. This research aims to find out how information technology is used by participants at PT Taspen (Persero) Nias Islands Branch Office. Based on the research results, it was concluded that PT Taspen (Persero) Nias Islands Branch Office had taken significant steps in utilizing Information Technology (IT) to overcome the obstacles faced by retired participants, such as device non-uniformity, limited digital literacy, and electricity stability problems. However, there are still several challenges that need to be overcome. Improving participants' understanding of applications and web portals, as well as improvements in technical aspects and data security policies, is essential. Outreach and education are key in helping participants, especially older ones, understand the full benefits of IT in managing their retirement. Efforts to improve customer service with faster responses are also needed. With an ongoing commitment to increasing participants' technological understanding, improving the onboarding process, and maintaining strict data security standards, PT. Taspen (Persero) Nias Islands Branch Office can maximize the benefits of IT, provide a positive experience for participants, and maintain a high level of trust in the company.

Abstract

Abstract. The aims of this research are 1) To analyze the leadership style of the chairman of the Panwaslu sub-district of Gunungsitoli Idanoi in the 2024 election stages, 2) To analyze the leadership style applied by the chairman of the Panwaslu of Gungsitoli Idanoi sub-district in the 2024 election stages and 3) To analyze the efforts made take action to overcome obstacles and obstacles to the leadership style of the chairman of the Panwaslu, Gunungsitoli Idanoi sub-district in the 2024 election stages in Gunungsitoli Idanoi sub-district. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Abstract

Strategi pemasaran merupakan  cara pengaturan pemasaran untuk mencapai keuntungan yang terus meningkat dalam penjualan. Strategi pemasaran adalah program yang menyeluruh dari sebuah usaha, atau perusahaan dalam menentukan target pemasaran untuk memuaskan konsumen. Toko Eiger  Kota Gunungsitoli dijalankan dan beroperasi padan bagian pakain dan perlengkapan stile yang menjual berbagai produk seperti sepatu, jaket, tas, sandal, baju kemeja, celana, dan berbagai produk yang bermerek eiger. Toko Eiger kota gunungsitoli ini satu satunya toko yang berani mengambil keputusun dengan menerapkan strategi segmentasi pasar dengan sasaran kelompok kelas atas yang secara pengamatan saya kota gunungsitoli penduduknya rata rata kelas menengah kebawah. Di Kota Gunugsitoli salah satu toko yang menjual produk Eiger yang menerapkan segmentasi pasar yaitu Toko Eiger Kota Gunugsitoli yang menjual produk- produk yang dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan Eiger yaitu kareel, sandal, kaos, tenda, daypack, tas, sepatu, topi, jam tangan scarf dan produk lainya, namun dalam penerapannya ada bebarapa kendala yang menjadi hambatan dalam meningkatkan volume penjualannya. Menurut hasil observasi sementara peneliti menemukan beberapa masalah dalam penerapan strategi segmentasi pasar di toko Eiger kota Gunungsitoli  yaitu dalam memilih produk yang akan dijual toko Eiger tidak memperhatikan karakteristik dan kebutuhan masyarakat kota Gunungsitoli kemudian dalam memilih produk yang akan dijual toko eiger tidak memperhatikan kelas sosial masyarakat kota gunugsitoli sehingga produk yang mereka jual jarang laku bahkan setiap harinya toko ini selalu sepi dan mengalami kerugian. Oleh  karena itu peneliti menilai bahwa strategi segmentasi pasar yang diterapkan oleh Toko Eiger ini belum sepenuhnya berhasil.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan bentuk dan pemakaian bahasa gaul dikalangan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Unias (2) mendeskripsikan pola pembentukan dan makna sesungguhnya bahasa gaul yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Unias, (3). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sosiolinguistik, rancangan penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Prodi manajemen Universitas Nias. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara rekam, simak dan tulis. Hasil Penelitian bentuk-bentuk bahasa gaul mahasiswa Universitas Nias Program Studi manajemen Kosa Kata dan Istilah Populer sebanyak 5 kosa kata. Pola Morfologi dan Sintaksis yakni pembentukan kata dan struktur kalimat. Fonologi yaitu penghilangan konsonan akhir perubahan vokal. Konteks penggunaannya di media sosial, Whatsapp, instagram, twitter, dan tiktok, dan Facebook. Fungsi sosial dan budaya terdiri dari (1) identitas kelompok, (2) ekspresi diri, dan (3) adaptasi dan inovasi. Dampak bahasa gaul terhadap bahasa baku ada yang negatif dan positif. Dengan adanya penelitian ragam bahasa gaul ini dapat memperkaya ilmu pengetahuan tentang kajian sosiolinguistik khususnya teori pemakaian bahasa dalam konteks bahasa gaul.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out how to understand the formulation of the problem above. To realize this goal, data collection techniques are carried out by means of distributing questionnaires, observation and documentation. This thesis uses a type of quantitative research based on questionnaires in processing data, so that the data obtained is more accurate. The results of this research are a) From the results of the validity test, it was found that each question item used in the questionnaire was declared valid. Where the value obtained from the results of data analysis is the calculated r value > the rt table value. The results of the reliability test show that the Croanbachalpha value for each variable has a Croanbach alpha value > 0.60. So it can be concluded that the measuring instrument used is a reliable measuring instrument. The results of the simple linear regression test showed that the significance level was 0.000 < 0.05. Which indicates that standard operational procedures can influence Employee Performance in Technical Operational Preparation for Public Order and Community Peace in the Civil Service Police Unit of North Nias Regency. From the results of the T test calculations it was found that t count > t table or 7.515 > 1.697, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted is ha where there is an influence of standard operational procedures on Employee Performance in Technical Operational Preparation for Public Order and Community Peace in the Civil Service Police Unit of North Nias Regency. Standard operating procedures support or influence Employee Performance in Technical Operational Preparation for Public Order and Community Peace in the North Nias Regency Civil Service Police Unit with an influence of 71.1% while the remaining 28.9% is influenced by other factors that are not involved. examined in this research. The value obtained from the results of the correlation test between standard operational procedure variables and employee performance is 0.743, which is at a strong relationship level.
