Abstract

Leverage yang menggambarkan tingkat hutang perusahaan merupakan salah satu indikator kinerjakeuangan yang menjadi pertimbangan investor dalam berinvestasi pada saham. Tingkat leverage yangtinggi dapat mengurangi daya beli investor dan berdamak pada menurunnya harga saham dan returnsaham. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh leverage terhadap returnsaham perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Selain itu, penelitian ini jugamenganalisis peranan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel moderasi dari pengaruh leverage terhadapreturn saham. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa EfekIndonesia tahun 2018 hingga 2022, sedangkan jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 16 bank.Analisis pada penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan regresi berganda dengan random-effect model. Ujinormalitas, multikolineritas, heteroskedastisitas, Langrange Multiplier test dan Hausman test jugadigunakan pada analisis. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa leverage tidak memiliki pengaruh yangsignifikan terhadap return saham. Hasil analisis regresi menggunakan variabel moderasi menujukkanbahwa kebijakan dividen tidak berhasil memoderasi pengaruh antara leverage dengan return saham

Abstract

Fluktuasi nilai perusahaan perusahaan perbankan di Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh kinerja keuangannya.Kinerja keuangan yang baik dapat meningkatkan minat investor untuk berinvestasi dan pada akhirnyameningkatkan firm value. Merujuk pada pentingnya nilai perusahaan, maka penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk melakukan uji dan analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya antara lain profitabilitas,struktur modal, dan CSR pada perusahaan sektor perbankan di Indonesia yang masuk dalam daftar BEIperiode 2019 hingga 2023. Regresi linear berganda menggunakan random-effect model (RE) digunakanuntuk menguji bagaimana profitabilitas, struktur modal, dan CSR berpengaruh pada nilai perusahaan.Analisis RE menunjukkan bahwa z-statistics ROA sebesar 3,08, signifikan pada 5%. Sementara, DER danCSR terhadap nilai perusahaan tidak berdampak signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of liquidity, profitability and dividend policy on company value with company size as a moderation variable. The population in this study is LQ45 Low Carbon Leader listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2023 period. Sample withdrawal using purposive sampling, the sample in this study amounted to 65 data. The analysis technique uses the WarpPls program version 8.0. The results in this study show that the current ratio (CR) has a significant negative effect on price book value (PBV), return on asset (ROA) has a significant positive effect on price book value (PBV), dividend payout ratio (DPR) has a significant positive effect on price book value (PBV), company size does not moderate current ratio (CR) to price book value (PBV), company size strengthens return on assets (ROA) to price book value (PBV) and company size strengthens dividend payout ratio (DPR) to price book value (PBV).

Abstract

Food and beverage is one of the companies that is resistant to the crisis so that many investors choose the company in investment. Making investment decisions, investors consider various factors, one of which is the value of the company itself. Fundamental factors that are believed to affect firm value include Investment Opportunity Set, Liquidity, and Leverage. In line with this, this study aims to examine how IOS , Liquidity, and Leverage affect Firm Value in the food and beverage industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2021-2023. In addition, this study also examines the role of dividend policy as a moderating variable in the relationship. The data used is secondary data, with a purposive sampling method that resulted in 24 companies as research samples. The analysis techniques used include multiple linear regression as well as moderation regression analysis (MRA) with the help of SPSS software version 20. Based on the results of the study, it is known that MVBVA has a significant negative effect on PBV. Meanwhile, CR shows a positive influence on PBV, but is not statistically significant. On the other hand, DER exerts a significant positive influence on PBV. This study also found that DPR was able to strengthen the relationship between MVBVA and PBV, but did not manage to moderate the relationship between CR and PBV. In contrast, DPR is effective in strengthening the effect of DER on PBV.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of inflation, interest rates, exports, and exchange rates on economic growth in Indonesia. The variables in this study include inflation, interest rates, exports, and exchange rates as independent variables, and economic growth as the dependent variable. The method used is a quantitative approach with data processing techniques employing multiple linear regression through the Eviews 13 program, using time series data from 2013 to 2024 in quarterly form. Multiple regression analysis is applied as the analytical technique. Based on the conducted study, the findings partially indicate that inflation and interest rates have a significant negative effect on economic growth in Indonesia, while exports and exchange rates have a significant positive effect on economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology, particularly MarTech (Marketing Technology), has transformed business paradigms. However, the success of MarTech requires integration with local culture and social networks to achieve sustainable business performance. This study aims to explore the collaboration of MarTech, local culture, and social networks as a strategy for business growth. The research employs a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative and quantitative analyses in parallel. Qualitative data were obtained through literature analysis, while quantitative data measured business performance through visibility, engagement, and sales metrics. The findings indicate significant improvements in business performance during the March-May 2024 period, with a Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) reaching 10.5 in April. However, the conversion rate from Add to Cart (ATC) to purchase remains low, ranging from 8.6% to 19.7%. These findings highlight the need for retargeting optimization, enhanced user experience, and targeted promotional strategies. In conclusion, the integration of MarTech, local culture, and social networks can improve business performance, but further evaluation is required to enhance conversion rates and campaign effectiveness. This study provides strategic guidance for businesses to leverage technology and local culture for sustainable growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis upaya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menanamkan akhlak santun kepada peserta didik di SD Negeri 39 Kajai Pisik. Fokus penelitian terletak pada strategi pembiasaan, keteladanan, penggunaan media dan cerita, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan yang diterapkan guru dalam proses pembentukan karakter siswa. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengkaji berbagai praktik pembelajaran serta kendala yang muncul dalam pelaksanaannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembiasaan nilai-nilai kesantunan merupakan strategi yang paling efektif, terlihat melalui rutinitas salam, meminta izin, penggunaan bahasa sopan, menjaga antrian, dan interaksi sosial yang baik. Keteladanan guru menjadi faktor penentu yang sangat berpengaruh karena peserta didik pada usia sekolah dasar lebih mudah meniru tindakan konkret dibandingkan menerima instruksi verbal semata. Selain itu, penggunaan media pembelajaran berupa cerita Nabi, video animasi, dan kegiatan role play turut mempermudah siswa memahami nilai akhlak secara aplikatif dan menarik. Kendati demikian, penelitian menemukan adanya hambatan seperti keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran, kurangnya media pembelajaran yang representatif, serta minimnya sinergi antara guru dan orang tua. Banyak nilai akhlak yang sudah terbentuk di sekolah tidak berlanjut di rumah akibat kurangnya pendampingan keluarga dan pengaruh media digital. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya pendekatan holistik melalui peningkatan kerja sama antara guru, sekolah, dan orang tua. Dengan strategi komprehensif dan sinergis, penanaman akhlak santun dapat terinternalisasi lebih optimal dan berkelanjutan dalam diri peserta didik. This study aims to describe and analyze the efforts of Islamic Education teachers in instilling courteous character (akhlaq santun) in students at SD Negeri 39 Kajai Pisik. The research focuses on habituation strategies, teacher role-modeling, the use of media and storytelling, and ongoing evaluation implemented throughout the character-building process. Using a qualitative approach, the study examines various teaching practices and the challenges encountered during implementation. The findings reveal that habituation is the most effective strategy, demonstrated through daily routines such as greeting, asking permission, using polite language, queuing properly, and engaging in respectful social interactions. Teacher role-modeling is shown to be highly influential, as elementary school students tend to imitate the actions they observe rather than solely rely on verbal instruction. The use of learning media—such as prophetic stories, animated videos, and role-play activities—also supports students in understanding moral values in a concrete and engaging manner. However, several obstacles were identified, including limited instructional time, insufficient learning media, and weak collaboration between teachers and parents. Many courteous behaviors developed at school are not maintained at home due to a lack of parental support and exposure to unfiltered digital content. Based on these findings, the study recommends the implementation of a holistic approach by strengthening cooperation between teachers, schools, and families. With a comprehensive and synergistic strategy, the internalization of courteous character can be more effectively and sustainably embedded in students’ daily lives.
