Abstract

Inovasi kreatif telah menjadi kunci keberhasilan dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk dalam industri kreatif dan bisnis. Salah satu peluang bisnis yang menjanjikan adalah pembuatan bingkai foto unik menggunakan stik es krim. Konsep ini muncul sebagai respons terhadap peningkatan permintaan akan produk unik dan kreatif dalam industri hiasan rumah. Dalam penelitian ini, saya mengidentifikasi potensi pasar yang signifikan untuk bingkai foto unik, terutama di kalangan penggemar dekorasi rumah dengan gaya yang lebih non-konvensional. Saya mengumpulkan data melalui survei target pasar yang tertarik pada produk inovatif. Saya mempelajari proses produksi bingkai foto dengan menggunakan stik es krim. Kami mengembangkan desain yang menarik, serta mencari cara untuk memastikan kualitas produk yang baik dan tahan lama. Hasil penelitian kami menunjukkan tingginya minat konsumen terhadap bingkai foto unik berbahan dasar stik es krim. Peluang bisnis ini memungkinkan para pengusaha untuk memasuki pasar yang menjanjikan dengan memanfaatkan bahan yang mudah didapatkan dan biaya produksi yang relatif rendah. Selain itu, peluang yang menarik bagi para pengrajin lokal untuk menunjukkan keterampilan dan kreativitas mereka. Inovasi kreatif dalam membuat bingkai foto unik dari stik es krim dapat menjadi peluang bisnis yang menarik dan menguntungkan. Penggunaan bahan yang terjangkau dan ketersediaan bahan baku akan menjadikan inovasi ini layak dijajaki lebih luas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contradiction between the provisions on the proof of the original criminal act with the principle of Presumption of Innocence in the Anti-Money Laundering Law 2010. The research was conducted with normative research method using statutory approach, conceptual approach, historical approach, and historical approach. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive analysis with data analysis methods that are connected to existing principles, theories so that conclusions can be drawn on the answers and problems. The research results show that The provisions of the article have violated the principle of presumption of innocence in criminal law and also harmed human rights. The crime of money laundering is also a further criminal offense that has a prerequisite criminal offense so that without the initial criminal offense or the prerequisite criminal offense, the act can no longer be defined as a money laundering criminal offense.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the Takalar government's policy in managing the Beba fish landing base and to examine the Takalar government's policy in managing the Beba fish landing base from the perspective of Siyasah Syar'iyyah. This research is qualitative in nature. The research design is field research. The results of this study show that the management of the Beba Fish Landing Base reflects the application of the principles of justice, public interest, and protection of individual rights. This includes involving the community in various aspects of the management of the Beba Fish Landing Base, which is in line with the principle of justice in Islam, which emphasizes the importance of siding with the interests of the wider community. Creating employment opportunities is also an important aspect of public welfare, and providing adequate infrastructure demonstrates a commitment to protecting the rights of fishermen and the community. This shows that the policies adopted by the government do not only focus on economic aspects, but also take into account social welfare and community rights, thereby providing long-term benefits for all parties. This reality shows that benefits have been achieved. This demonstrates alignment with the concept of siyasah syar'iyyah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the authority of the Notary Supervisory Board in carrying out the task of coaching and supervision in West Sulawesi Province. This research applied normative juridical research method by using a statutory approach (statute approach), conceptual approach (conceptual approach), and analytical approach (analytical approach). The results of the study show that the Authority of the Notary Supervisory Board is to supervise, regulate, and protect public interests related to the Notary profession which includes supervision, enforcement ethics, dispute resolution, and maintaining integrity and professionalism in notary practice, especially in West Sulawesi.
