Abstract

This study aims to determine how the financial performance of PT. Jasa Raharja in 2017 to 2021. The population in this study is the company's annual financial statements, while the sample used is the company's financial statements from 2017 to 2021. The data collection technique in this study is by means of documentation, then it will be analyzed using ratios. liquidity which consists of Current Ratio, Cash Ratio and solvency ratio which consists of Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and profitability ratio consists of Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) which then measures financial health using the Risk Based Capital method. The results of this study indicate that the liquidity ratio where the Cash Ratio is still below the standard ratio, which means the company is less able to pay its short-term obligations using existing cash, but the company is still able to pay its short-term debt using its current assets and the solvency ratio is above the standard ratio in general, which means the company's finances are quite good in meeting long-term debt and for profitability ratios where the Return on Assets is still below the standard ratio, which means the company is less efficient in managing its assets to generate profits but in terms of Return on Equity the company has been able to manage capital owned to earn a profit, while Risk Based Capital shows the company's financial performance from 2017 to 2021 is quite good.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Mandiri Nusantara Sejahtera Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan merupakan penelitian populasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan karyawan Pada PT. Mandiri Nusantara Sejahtera Makassar. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana dan mendapatkan hasil yaitu: Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan variabel kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada PT. Mandiri Nusantara Sejahtera Makassar. This study is to determine the effect of compensation on employee morale at PT Mandiri Nusantara Sejahtera Makassar. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach and is a population study. The sample in this study were all employees at PT Mandiri Nusantara Sejahtera Makassar. Hypothesis testing in this study using simple linear regression test and get results, namely: Based on the results of hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis test shows the compensation variable partially affects the morale of employees at PT. Mandiri Nusantara Sejahtera Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Dinas Pariwisata, Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai PNS Dinas Pariwisata, Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Kabupaten Soppeng berjumlah 38 orang. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana dan mendapatkan hasil yaitu: Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja di Dinas Pariwisata, Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Kabupaten Soppeng.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi Karyawan Terhadap Kinerja Pada PT. Bank Negara  Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Bulukumba. Variabel Penelitian ini terdiri dari kompetensi karyawan dan kinerja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif bersifat asosiatif. Adapun populasi dengan jumlah 44 karyawan Pada PT. Bank Negara  Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Bulukumba. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 44 responden yaitu keseluruhan populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25.  Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi karyawan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan  secara parsial pada kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Negara  Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Bulukumba.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai pada kantor Unit Pelaksanaan Teknis Pusat (UPTP0 Wilayah Makassar I Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai ASN pada kantor UPTP Wilayah Makassar I Selatan sebanyak 42 orang. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana dan mendapatkan hasil yaitu: Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi secara positif berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai pada kantor UPTP Wilayah Makassar I Selatan. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of human resource competence on the effectiveness of employee work at the Makassar Region I South UPTP office. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study were ASN employees at the Makassar I South Region UPTP office as many as 42 people. Hypothesis testing in this study using simple linear regression test and get results, namely: Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the simple linear regression analysis test, it shows that the competency variable positively affects the effectiveness of employee work at the Makassar Region I South UPTP office.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja secara parsial dan simultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan sebanyak 209 orang. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 41 orang dari 209 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian setelah data diolah dengan SPSS.19 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja (X) terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y). This research aims to determine the positive and significant influence of the work environment on job satisfaction partially and simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research. The population of this study was all 209 employees of the South Sulawesi Provincial Transportation Service. The sample for this study was 41 people out of 209 people. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The research results after the data were processed with SPSS.19 show that there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment (X) on Job Satisfaction (Y). It can be shown through the results of the t test that the work environment on job satisfaction is 0.005 < 0.05 and the t value is 2.898 > t table 1.685. The R Square is 0.177 or equal to 17.7%. Meanwhile, some of it is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or other variables that are not studied. Based on this description, it can be concluded that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the South Sulawesi Province Transportation Service.

Abstract

Purpose– This research aims to determine the effect of workload on employee work stress at UPDK PLTD Gunung Malang Balikpapan.Design/methodology– The type of research used is associative quantitative research. The sampling technique was carried out using saturation sampling. The sample used in this research was 48 respondents. The data used in this research is primary data. Methods of data collection using the method of questionnaire, using a skala likert. Data analysis used in this research is quantitative analysis. The data analysis technique used are simple linear regression analysis, t test, and coefficient of determination with the help of the SPSS version 23 application.Findings - The results of the research based on simple linear regression show that workload has a positive effect on employee work stress at UPDK PLTD Gunung Malang Balikpapan with the equation Y= -12,370 + 1,260X. The results of the t test hypothesis show that there is a significant effect of workload on employee work stress at UPDK PLTD Gunung Malang Balikpapan. The coefficient of determination value shows that the workload variable affects the high and low level of employee work stress by 31,5%, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia dibutuhkan dalam perusahaan yang menyediakan pelayanan publik dimana karyawan perusahaan memberikan pelayanan sesuai aturan yang berlaku demi terciptanya kedisiplinan kerja dan kualitas kinerja yang meningkat, pekerjaan yang maksimal dengan waktu yang tepat dan hasil yang memuaskan yang dapat di berikan penilaian terhadap pelayanan publik yang dapat di percaya oleh orang-orang yang mempercayakan kepada kantor tersebut sehingga dapat bekerja sama dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap pelayanan publik pada pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan; (2) pengaruh kinerja terhadap pelayanan publik pada pegawai DPMPTSP Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan; dan (3) pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kinerja terhadap pelayanan publik pada pegawai DPMPTSP Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil pada penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik pada DPMPTSP Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan; (2) kinerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik pada DPMPTSP Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan; dan (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja dan kinerja secara bersama sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada DPMPTSP Provisi Sulawesi Selatan. Human resources are needed in companies that provide public services where company employees provide services according to applicable rules in order to create work discipline and improve performance quality, maximum work with the right time and satisfying results that can be given an assessment of public services that can be trusted by people who entrust the office so that they can work well together. This study aims to: (1) The effect of work discipline on public services on employees of the South Sulawesi Province One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office (DPMPTSP); (2) the effect of performance on public services on DPMPTSP employees of South Sulawesi Province; and (3) the effect of work discipline and performance on public services on DPMPTSP employees of South Sulawesi Province. The results showed that: (1) work discipline partially has a positive but insignificant effect on the quality of public services at the DPMPTSP of South Sulawesi Province; (2) performance partially has a positive and significant effect on the quality of public services at the DPMPTSP of South Sulawesi Province; and (3) there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline and performance together on employee performance at the DPMPTSP of South Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of physical work environment, non-physical work environment, financial compensation and non-financial compensation on employee job satisfaction at CV. Amanda Brownies. The population in this study were 74 respondents and used as a sample consisting of validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, partial test, simultaneous test and determination coefficient test. The data used is quantitative data with multiple regression analysis tools using the SPSS Version 26 data processing application. The test results show that the physical work environment, non-physical work environment, financial compensation and non-financial compensation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Physical work environment, non-physical work environment, financial compensation and non-financial compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap turnover intention dengan stres kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada perawat di RSU Wisata UIT Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi penelitian berjumlah 37 perawat dari RSU WISATA UIT Makassar, dan jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta uji hipotesis menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan stress kerja
