Abstract

The food business is one business that can be said to be very popular throughout the world, including in Indonesia itself. The business will continue to grow over time. UMKM Blackforest Cakeshop is one of the developing UMKM in the food sector. in a growing business, the UMKM Blackforest Cakeshop also implements a system called the ERP system. In the ERP system, they use an application called Olsera where the manager works closely with the UMKM manager Blackforest Cakeshop. The research method that we use is to use qualitative methods. Using qualitative methods, we research and seek information about UMKM Blackforest Cakeshop. The purpose of our research is to find out whether UMKM Blackforest Cakeshop can take advantage of existing technology to develop their business. Abstract

Batam City has become a popular destination for individuals from outside the city seeking employment due to the numerous manufacturing companies established there, both from local and foreign sources. The success of these companies is influenced not only by the abilities of their workforce but also by how well employees adapt to their working environment. This study aims to explore whether intellectual capital and cultural intelligence impact innovation and performance within the manufacturing sector in Batam City, with knowledge sharing serving as a mediating variable for cultural intelligence. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, the study is supported by primary data collected through surveys in the form of questionnaires. The researchers employed SPSS and Smart PLS software to analyze variable data and test the hypotheses. The findings reveal the following: 1) intellectual capital has no effect on innovation., 2) intellectual capital positively affects performance. 3) cultural intelligence positively affects innovation., 4) cultural intelligence positively affects knowledge sharing. 5) knowledge sharing positively affects innovation., 6) innovation positevely affecs on performance, and 7) cultural intelligence affects innovation through knowledge sharing as a mediating variable. In relation to these results, this research is recommended as a reference for managers in improving innovation and performance

Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya perusahaan sejalan dengan aspek sosial dan lingkungan, perusahaan yang berhasil melaksanakan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dengan baik memberikan citra positif perusahaan di mata masyarakat. Tidak hanya CSR, Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) juga sebagai bagian penting dari sistem pengelolaan hijau. PT Unilever merupakan salah satu perusahaan Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) terbesar dan tertua di Indonesia yang telah mepelopori peran perusahaan dalam tanggung jawab sosial dan keberlanjutan. Dalam meneliti program CSR dan penerapan GRHM pada PT Unilever, kami menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode ini menekankan pada analisa yang mendalam terkait objek penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara studi dokumen yang membahas terkait PT. Unilever, dokumen yang dianalisis berupa jurnal dan artikel yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisa kami, PT Unilever merupakan perusahaan internasional yang dikenal tidak hanya karena produk-produk unggulannya, tetapi juga karena komitmennya yang kuat terhadap tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) dan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang berkelanjutan (GHRM). PT Unilever telah menetapkan standar tinggi dalam dunia bisnis dengan cara yang menyeluruh dalam menangani tanggung jawab sosial. Perusahaan ini memandang bahwa keberhasilannya tidak hanya di ukur dari segi keuntungan finansial, tetapi juga dari dampak positif yang diciptakan pada lingkungan dan masyarakat.
