Abstract

Ruang Henti Khusus (RHK) sepeda motor salah satu fasilitas dan usaha untuk mengurangi adanya penumpukan kendaraan pada titik persimpangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh Ruang Henti Khusus (RHK) sepeda motor terhadap kinerja simpang bersinyal terkait dengan tingkat pelayanan simpang, evaluasi desain RHK, serta mengetahui hubungan arus lalu lintas terhadap tingkat keterisian Ruang Henti Khusus. Lokasi penelitian yaitu pada simpang empat Univet dan simpang lima Sukoharjo. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara survei langsung dilapangan (manual) dan melalui CCTV dinas perhubungan Sukoharjo dicatat didalam formulir kemudian diolah menggunakan software microsoft excel mengacu pada Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia MKJI 1997 dan surat edaran Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Nomor 52/SE/M/2015 tentang Pedoman Perancangan Ruang Henti Khusus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa 1) Rata-rata tingkat pelayanan pada simpang empat Univet dan simpang lima Sukoharjo adalah C. 2) RHK pada lokasi penelitian masih terdapat pelanggaran, lebar per lajur yaitu 3 meter atau tidak sesuai dengan yang disyaratkan yaitu 3,5 meter, beberapa garis marka dan rambu petunjuk RHK pada lokasi penelitian tidak sesuai dengan yang disyaratkan. 3) Hubungan arus lalu lintas dengan keterisian RHK pada simpang empat Univet dan simpang lima Sukoharjo dapat dikatakan arus lalu lintas dan waktu mempengaruhi jumlah keterisian RHK pada masing-masing pendekat. Diharapkan kepada pemerintah kabupaten Sukoharjo dengan hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan dalam evaluasi Ruang Henti Khusus (RHK) Sepeda Motor

Abstract

This research aims to determine the stability of embankments without reinforcement and with reinforcement and the amount of settlement that occurs in accordance with the SNI geotechnical standard 8460 of 2017. The research location is in KM. 96 + 400 to 104 + 900 between Solo Balapan – Kadipiro – Kalioso. The analysis was carried out using Plaxis 2D Software version 8.6 without reinforcement, a safety factor value of 1.2 was obtained, where the result was below 1.5, which did not comply with the requirements of SNI 8460:2017 article 7.5.5. as well as a 30 day decline of 1,707 cm, a 100 day decline of 1.6 41cm and a 365 day decline of 1,691 cm. So it can be concluded that the embankment at that location is unstable. For this reason, additional geotextiles are added as reinforcement, after adding geotextiles. In the analysis of the embankment at KM 98 + 550 with the addition of embankment reinforced with geotextile, manual calculation results were obtained with a total of 5 layers of geotextile. The minimum geotextile length is 2.338 m and the stability of the bearing capacity is SF = 4.37 > 1.5. For embankment analysis at KM 98 + 550 after adding geotextile reinforcement. After adding alternative geotextile reinforcement, it was found that the safety factor value increased to 1.7, where this value was greater than 1.5 as indicated by SNI 8460: 2017 article 7.5.5, while the decrease at 30 days was 1,056 cm, the decrease at 100 days was 1,056 cm, and the decline in 365 days was 1,056 cm, so it can be concluded that the embankment at that location is considered stable.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the concrete quality of Pertashop buildings in Wonogiri Regency based on compressive strength results using the Concrete Hammer Test method (SNI 03-4430-1997). Building Approval or Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung (PBG) as well as Certification of Functionality (SLF) during the period from January to March 2024 with a total of 10 Pertashops in all areas of Wonogiri Regency with a test area of ​​9 test areas that were 28 days old. Each area was tested with 10 shots. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality results of the concrete structure quality of the Pertashop building in Wonogiri Regency based on the value of the hammer test compressive strength factor. From the results of concrete testing on the Pertashop building in Wonogiri Regency by taking samples of 10 points of the Pertashop location where it was built, it can be concluded that the Pertashop machine seat floor has a better concrete quality than K.225kg/cm2, while the Pertashop yard floor and Pertashop column pillars are still below the quality of K.225kg/cm2. Statistical tests in scatter-plots whose data comes from samples that are normally distributed multivariate, conclude that the quality of the Pertashop machine seat concrete plate H0 is rejected or data from two variables (Quality of floor slab concrete and column concrete).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the collaborative management strategy between village officials and PKK (Family Welfare Movement) cadres in enhancing the village’s economic resilience based on the Village Development Index (IDM) in Sendangagung Village, Giriwoyo Subdistrict, Wonogiri Regency. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design, supported by quantitative data from two training programs: an Android-based application training for preparing rural road budget plans (RAB), and dish soap production training for PKK cadres. The findings reveal that the collaborative strategy between village officials and PKK was implemented through participatory planning, integrated execution, and utilization of local resources and appropriate technology. Quantitatively, village officials (N=12) demonstrated an average RAB preparation time of 2.2 minutes using the application, with all participants mastering the basic functions. Meanwhile, PKK cadres (N=15) experienced an average knowledge score increase of 37.7 points, and 40% expressed interest in producing dish soap independently. This collaborative strategy has proven effective in strengthening the community’s social and economic resilience dimensions and contributes to improving the village’s IDM status.
