Abstract

Meningkatkan kompetensi guru sangat perlu dilakukan oleh guru itu sendiri maupun oleh pihak pemerintah agar guru-guru mampu mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan dan mampu melaksanakan kurikulum merdeka belajar. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuannya dibidang pendidikan maka dari 4 kompetensi yang ada, guru sangat perlu mengembangkan kompetensi paedagogiknya. Kompetensi Paedagogik adalah merupakan suatu kemampuan guru di dalam mengelola pembelajaran peserta didik yang salah satu cirinya adalah mampu melaksanakan proses pembelajaran sesuai tuntutan kurikulum yang berlaku. Pembelajaran yang diharapkan mampu dirancang dan diimplementasikan oleh guru, sesuai tuntutan kurikulum merdeka dan sesuai paradigma baru dalam pembelajaran salah satu diantaranya adalah melalui pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi adalah serangkaian keputusan masuk akal yang dibuat oleh guru yang berorientasi kepada kebutuhan murid. Melalui pembelajaran ini diharapkan Profil Pelajar Pancasila juga bisa cepat terwujud. Salah satu upaya peningkatan kualitas kompetensi guru adalah melalui kegiatan workshop. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek yang diberikan oleh kegiatan workshop kepada para guru di SDN 02 Glanggang. Penelitian kualitatif yang digunakan dalam pengamatan ini, teknik yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan observasi mendatangi lokasi sekolah. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian maka dapat diketahui bahwa kegiatan workshop adalah sebagai penunjang untuk guru-guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensinya.

Abstract

Tofu waste is gotten after processing soybean, and this waste contains a lot of polluting substances, hence it can pollute rivers and cause health problems. Meanwhile, one method used for treating wastewater into clean water is called the jartest method and its processes include coagulation-flocculation and deposition. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of green mussel shells as coagulants in the treatment of tofu industrial liquid waste. The variables used were 100 mesh green mussel shell powder, 1000 mL of liquid tofu dregs, 150 rpm fast stirring speed for 2 minutes, and 60 rpm slow stirring speed for 15 minutes. Furthermore, chitosan was used with different weight variations in grams (0.5, 0.7, 0.9, 1.1, and 1.3) as well as precipitation time with variations in minutes (20, 30, 40, 50, and 60). The content of Chitosan water was 1.29% and its degree of deacetylation was 65.04%. The result of the preliminary analysis of tofu liquid waste with a coagulant showed BOD, COD, and TSS levels of 965.25mg/L, 435mg/L, and 395mg/L with pH 4 respectively. However, these levels were changed to 195.56mg / L; 299mg/L; and 195.32 mg/L with pH 6 after the final analysis of the liquid waste was conducted.

Abstract

Numeracy skills are essential foundational competencies that must be mastered from the elementary school level. However, students' low interest in mathematics and high dependency on digital devices pose challenges that require innovative solutions. This study aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of the Numeracy Module on Length Measurement (Monupa), supported by Kodular, as a contextual, interactive learning solution aligned with students’ digital habits. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, consisting of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The module's validity was assessed by content and media experts and implemented among second-grade elementary students. The findings revealed that Monupa is highly valid (100% and 92%) and effectively enhances students' numeracy skills, with an average N-Gain score of 0.16. The highest improvement was observed in students' understanding of using numbers in length measurement. The module was considered user-friendly and engaging, demonstrating potential to boost students' active participation. This development strengthens the integration of mobile technology with numeracy learning strategies grounded in real-life contexts. Monupa contributes to innovative Android-based learning media that are responsive to the demands of 21st-century elementary education.Keywords: Elementary numeracy module; length measurement; Android-based learning; Kodular; student numeracy literacy
