Abstract

Prospek pengembangan industri kopi di Indonesia meliputi tumbuh kembangnya industri hulu ke hilir. Dampak berkembangnya akan menciptakan lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat, meningkatnya kesejahteraan petani, serta menghasilkan produk olahan baru untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat sendiri ataupun bisa sampai di ekspor ke luar negeri. Dusun jambuwer juga merupakan penghasil susu segar. Susu yang berasal dari sapi perah dihasilkan setiap harinya. Pemerasan susu dilakukan pagi dan sore setiap hari nya. Susu segar yang murni dari sapi perah memiliki manfaat yang sangat beragam. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini terbagi menjadi beberapa tahap diantaranya: 1) observasi potensi Desa Balesari selama satu minggu; 2) Wawancara dan pemilihan lokasi yang sesuai dengan ketersediaan ibu-ibu pelatihan; 3) Pemilihan topik pelatihan yang sesuai dengan jenis kopi yang tersedia dan jenis susu yang tersedia; 4) Presentasi dan Ceramah oleh barista; dan 5) Workshop Bersama antara ibu-ibu peserta pelatihan dengan barista dan tim pengabdian. Penerapan metode Learning by Doing dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini terbukti sangat efektif karena dapat mempermudah proses pemahaman, meminimalisir kesalahan eksekusi atau bahkan tertinggal.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses previous studies as the main basis for obtaining novelty and is developed in the research being conducted. The data used in this study are secondary data from various credible sources, namely the Central Statistics Agency from 2010 to 2024. The data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show the two hypotheses proposed in this article, namely the Human Development Index variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Economic Growth can be accepted and proven. This is because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.009. The reason for these results is that the Human Development Index which is influenced by Health and Education Levels can have a good, positive, and significant impact on Economic Growth. On this basis, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis in this article can be accepted. In the next section, the researcher also has another hypothesis, namely that the Population Size variable can moderate the influence of the Human Development Index variable on Economic Growth because of the same thing, namely the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000 more significant than direct testing of 0.009. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted. Keywords: Population Size, Human Development Index, Economic Growth

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi canva dalam meningkatkan potensi belajar siswa kelas XI SMK Al Muchsin. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode penelitian pengembangan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK AL-Muchsin. Subjek yang digunakan yaitu siswa kelas XI. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini sebagai berikut: 1) reduksi data; 2) penyajian data; dan 3) penarikan Kesimpulan.Hasil menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Canva dapat dimanfaatkan dalam ranah pendidikan. Canva adalah aplikasi online yang mempunyai beragam template serta fitu-fitur yang ada untuk membantu guru (pengajar) serta siswa(pembelajar) memudahkan dalam melakukan pembelajaran yang berbasis teknologi, keterampilan, kreativitas, dan manfaat lainnya yang di dapat. Pemilihan template yang menarik dapat menarik perhatian siswa, dengan membubuhkan animasi serta gambar bergerak
