Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi penjualan dan citra merek berja baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap karyawan pada PT Nusanatara Surya Sakti Majene. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan jumlah responden sebanyak 50 responden. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini telah melewati tahap uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukkan bahwa, promosi penjualan perusahaan PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Majene memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Ini dapat dilihat dari t hitung 3,891 > t table 2,011 maka hipotesis diterima, artinya promosi penjualan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Majene. Citra merek di perusahaan PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Majene memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Ini dapat dilihat dari t hitung 2,128 > t table 2,011 maka hipotesis ditermia, artinya citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di perusahaan PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Majene. F hitung (13,727) > F table (3.20) hipotesis diterima artinya promosi penjualan dan citra merek secara serentak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pemeblian konsumen PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Majene. Abstract

It is important to reexamine the enhancement of human resource professionalism, particularly in the field of education, specifically for academics. The aim of this research is to determine the application of human resource management in improving professionalism and the influencing factors related to the application of human resource management in enhancing the professionalism of teachers in the Majene regency, West Sulawesi. This qualitative study investigates a social phenomenon, utilizing initial observation, interviews, documentation, and drawing conclusions from the description of the human resource role. The research was conducted in several public high schools in the Majene regency, West Sulawesi. The research findings reveal that enhancing teacher professionalism requires training and enhancing the competencies of each individual involved in teaching activities. The implications of this research can provide insights to schools to offer training for every teacher, focusing on learning attitudes, skills, specific knowledge, and behaviors related to their profession

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki kebermanfaatan yang ditujukan dalam menganalisis pengaruh dari Human Capital dan Orientasi Pasar terhadap keberlangsungan bisnis pada pelaku UMKM di Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, dengan Kinerja Bisnis sebagai variabel mediasi. Keberlangsungan usaha merupakan bentuk konsistensi suatu bisnis, yang mencakup pertumbuhan, perkembangan, serta strategi untuk mempertahankan eksistensi. Orientasi pasar berperan penting dalam penciptaan nilai unggul bagi konsumen, yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Human Capital, yang mencakup inovasi, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan keahlian, menjadi komponen utama yang harus dimiliki setiap usaha untuk berkembang.Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi sebesar 28.272 UMKM di Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, dengan sampel yang dipilih sebanyak 100 unit UMKM menggunakan teknik simple sampling purposive berdasarkan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) untuk pengujian validitas, Cronbach’s Alpha untuk reliabilitas, serta Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan WARP Partial Least Squares (WARPPLS 6.0) untuk analisis data.Luaran penelitian ini meliputi publikasi artikel ilmiah di jurnal nasional terakreditasi Sinta 3, presentasi pada seminar nasional, serta kontribusi sebagai bahan ajar. Penelitian ini berada pada tingkat kesiapan teknologi level 1, karena telah memiliki dasar prinsip dan argumen untuk memahami fenomena dan solusi masalah dalam konteks UMKM di Sulawesi Barat.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses previous studies as the main basis for obtaining novelty and is developed in the research being conducted. The data used in this study are secondary data from various credible sources, namely the Central Statistics Agency from 2010 to 2024. The data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show the two hypotheses proposed in this article, namely the Human Development Index variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Economic Growth can be accepted and proven. This is because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.009. The reason for these results is that the Human Development Index which is influenced by Health and Education Levels can have a good, positive, and significant impact on Economic Growth. On this basis, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis in this article can be accepted. In the next section, the researcher also has another hypothesis, namely that the Population Size variable can moderate the influence of the Human Development Index variable on Economic Growth because of the same thing, namely the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000 more significant than direct testing of 0.009. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted. Keywords: Population Size, Human Development Index, Economic Growth

Abstract

This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach, namely an approach that explores the main topics in this study using descriptive texts. The data used in this study is secondary data that the researcher obtained indirectly from scientific articles, books, scientific journals, and various other sources commonly used in research. The data used was analyzed using smart PLS 4.0 analysis tools. The result in this artcile show that toll road infrastructure development has several positive impacts, including accelerating the distribution of goods and services, strengthening the industrial and manufacturing sectors, improving the tourism sector, encouraging the growth of MSMEs and the regional economy, and so on. In addition to its positive impacts on economic growth, toll road infrastructure development also has several negative impacts, one of which is environmental pollution. To address this issue, every toll road infrastructure development should also protect the environment and adhere to a sustainable development system.

Abstract

Peneliti meyakini feedback yang diberikan oleh narasumber atau rekan sejawat pada suatu seminar dapat meningkatkan self-eficacy seorang peserta seminar karena komunikasi yang baik dapat menyebabkan peserta merasa senang dan mengembangkan kemampuannya lebih dalam. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Positive Feedback terhadap Self-Efficacy. Berbeda dengan beberapa penelitian sebelumnya, penelitian ini menambahkan variabel Motivasi sebagai variabel moderasi yang diyakini dapat memperkuat pengaruh variabel Positive Feedback terhadap Self-Efficacy peserta seminar. Hasil artikel ini menunjukkan variabel Umpan Balik Positif mempunyai hubungan positif dan pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Self-Efficacy karena P-Value bernilai positif dan berada di bawah tingkat signifikansi 0,05 yaitu 0,000. Selain itu peneliti juga berpendapat bahwa variabel Motivasi dapat memperkuat pengaruh variabel Umpan Balik Positif terhadap Self-Efficacy karena motivasi yang kuat baik pada motivator untuk memberikan materi dan pelayanan terbaik, pada panitia seminar untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik, dan pada peserta untuk mendapatkan hasil yang Efektif dapat memperkuat pengaruh variabel Positive Feedback terhadap variabel Self-Efficacy. Sejalan dengan hasil tersebut, baris ketiga dari baris kedua menunjukkan hasil yang serupa jika variabel Motivasi dapat memoderasi pengaruh variabel Umpan Balik Positif terhadap Self-Efficacy karena nilai P-Values ​​positif dan berada di bawah tingkat signifikansi 0,05, yang 0,000 lebih signifikan dibandingkan uji langsung. 0,022.. Dengan demikian, hasil hipotesis pertama dan kedua pada penelitian ini dapat diterima.

Abstract
