Abstract

Counseling guidance (BK) teachers have a very important role in developing social guidance for students at school. Their main task. includes developing abilities, overcoming social problems in the school and community environment, as well as collaborating with peers and adults. Evaluation of the implementation of social guidance and counseling programs is very important in order to assess the positive and negative impacts of relationships within and outside the school environment. The quality of evaluation of program implementation has a direct impact on the achievements of the program and its implementation. This research aims to provide an overview and objective information regarding the evaluation of the implementation of the social guidance and counseling program at SMK Negeri 1 Lolowau. The research method used was a naturalistic qualitative method with two guidance and counseling teachers as the research sample. Data collection was carried out through interviews and documentation. The results of data analysis show that the evaluation of the implementation of the social guidance and counseling program at SMK Negeri 1 Lolowau is going well. However, this research provides recommendations to counseling teachers to improve the quality of evaluation of the implementation of social guidance and counseling programs. The aim is to take a deeper look at the positive and negative impacts of social interactions, as well as to understand the achievements that have been achieved through the program.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education for an educational institution is currently a top priority. This is the most important part in building sustainable education, therefore educators/educational staff must have a management principle in carrying out the level of change or development towards quality education. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view and conduct discussions with previous theories. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The result of this theoretical review is that the factors that affect the improvement of the quality of education quality are influenced by internal and external factors and in terms of resources. It can be concluded that the factors that influence the quality of education in educational institutions are an integral part that cannot be separated. These factors support the improvement of higher quality education and become indicators or standards of education and teaching. For educational institutions, it is necessary to develop teaching materials, develop learning strategies and methods, develop learning media, assessment, evaluation and assessment systems as well as educational curricula to improve the quality of teaching quality. It is also necessary for educational institutions to conduct monitoring and evaluation in as well as a more modern development program.

Abstract

Hospital is a health service organization that organizes complete individual health services, and provides inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. In order for hospital management to run well, it is necessary to measure hospital performance, namely the Balanced Scorecard method. : The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is used as a decision-making tool regarding the actions that must be taken to correct deficiencies and advance the hospital. Purpose: This study aims to determine the application of the balanced scorecard (BSC) in analyzing the performance of hospitals in Indonesia. Methods: This study used the library research method. . Results: a literature review of ten journals shows that all conclude that localization and conceptual use of the BSC can greatly improve hospital performance. The results of performance analysis with the BSC at the hospital can also provide clear direction in determining policies, resources and routine activities, as well as in building systems in each unit in the hospital. Conclusion: BSC can not only be applied in private hospitals, but government hospitals also need to apply BSC to measure their performance and be used as a guide in making policies and designs or work plans. Findings from existing studies must also be enriched by the literature and by empirical evidence about the benefits of BSC application in hospitals. It will also provide experience for a number of hospitals in Indonesia which can be a reference for expanding the implementation of BSC in hospital administration.

Abstract

Educational supervision at the elementary school level is an activity that aims to improve the quality of learning in that environment. Considering technological developments in the digital era, educational supervision also needs to adapt to existing technological advances. In its implementation, this supervision involves a number of processes that focus on problem solving in order to increase teacher efficiency and effectiveness. Apart from that, his role also involves improving the quality of learning in Indonesia, which is currently still far from the expected standards. The supervisory role includes responsibility for improving the quality of teacher teaching by following advances in science and technology, as well as implementing supervision techniques. Based on data analysis, educational supervision is proven to have a significant role in improving the quality of teaching. This article uses a literature study method and will discuss the definition of educational supervision, the role of supervision in improving the quality of learning, challenges in implementing supervision in the digital era, and strategies for overcoming these challenges.
