Abstract

The purpose of this study this study describes the realization form of vowel phoneme, consonant phoneme in Indonesian language. Through this research, it is hoped that it can be useful for the Indonesian speakers, especially educators and students. In addition,In addition, this research is expected to inspire linguistic experts to examine more comprehensively related to the realization of Indonesian vowel phonemes. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by using a collective case approach study (collection case study). Data collection using observation, listening and note-taking techniques. The instruments we use in this research data collection itself are equipped with notes and scientific journals. complete with notes and scientific journals. Abstract

This study analyzes the extrinsic elements in Layla and Majnun, a masterpiece by Nizami Ganjavi, to explore the cultural, moral, and social contexts influencing the story. Using a library research method, the study examines the author's background, the values within the story, and the social conditions of 12th-century Persia. The findings reveal that the novel is deeply rooted in Nizami's spiritual and intellectual environment, reflecting themes of loyalty, sacrifice, and divine love influenced by Sufism. Furthermore, the social conflicts portrayed in the story highlight the tension between individual desires and societal norms, making it a timeless reflection of human experience. This research contributes to understanding how extrinsic elements enrich literary works and suggests further comparative studies to explore global literary traditions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media sosial terhadap pembelajaran mahasiswa generasi Z. Media sosial telah menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dari kehidupan generasi ini, memengaruhi cara mereka berinteraksi, belajar, dan mengakses informasi. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada beberapa mahasiswa dari berbagai perguruan tinggi. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear untuk mengetahui hubungan antara intensitas penggunaan media sosial, jenis platform yang digunakan, serta efeketifitas pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan media sosial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelajaran, terutama dalam aspek kolaborasi dan akses informasi demikian, diperlukan strategi pemanfaat media sosial yang efektif untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran mahasiswa generasi Z.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan On-the-Job Training (OJT) di Unit Pelayanan Informasi Aeronautika (PIA) Wilayah Medan merupakan bagian dari upaya meningkatkan pemahaman penulis mengenai prosedur kerja dalam pengelolaan data aeronautika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses pelaksanaan OJT, mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk optimalisasi pelayanan informasi aeronautika. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, analisis dokumen, dan diskusi mendalam bersama personel PIA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan OJT memberikan wawasan praktis kepada penulis, namun terdapat beberapa kendala, seperti perangkat operasional yang kurang optimal dan ketidaksesuaian raw data dari sumber. Untuk mengatasi kendala ini, diperlukan peningkatan perangkat operasional, sosialisasi regulasi kepada sumber data, serta optimalisasi teknologi Integrated Aeronautical Information Services (IAIS). Dengan implementasi langkah-langkah strategis ini, efisiensi dan akurasi pelayanan informasi aeronautika diharapkan dapat ditingkatkan sesuai dengan standar regulasi internasional.

Abstract

            This study is motivated by the problem of gadget use and its impact on student academic achievement at SMK Assalam Bandung Regency. Nowadays, the use of gadgets among students has become a common phenomenon, both giving positive and negative impacts on their learning process. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and collects data through observation, interviews, and documentation in the field. The results show that the gadget use policy at SMK Assalam affects students' use patterns in the learning process, with rules that regulate the use of gadgets only when needed in learning. The positive impacts include wide access to information and easier communication between students and teachers, while the negative impacts include disruption of learning focus, students falling behind on subject matter, and potential addiction to useless applications. This study suggests the need for wise management of gadget use in schools to maximize its benefits in supporting students' academic achievement.
