Abstract

The Community Service was carried out in Beji Village, East Ungaran District, which consisted of 13 RW 51 densely populated RT. Most of participant work in the private and government sectors. Some of entrepreneurs are held fish farming which are managed by the community as an additional necessity for life. To sum up, the implementation of Community Service in Beji village, sub-district East Ungaran can be concluded as follows: Community service activities in Beji Village, East Ungaran District, Semarang Regency run well so that participants gained knowledge which can be implemented. Participants were given an explanation on how to make good Biofloc pond fish food and providing tarpaulins to partners as a form of concern for developing biofloc ponds.

Abstract

This study examines the optimization of CNC milling machining parameters on 7075 aluminum material to achieve minimum surface roughness through a qualitative research approach. 7075 aluminum is a high-grade aluminum alloy with superior mechanical properties that is widely used in the aviation and automotive industries. The study was conducted by analyzing the effect of cutting speed (Vc) and feed rate (f) on the surface quality of the machined results. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach through in-depth observation data collection techniques, structured interviews with operators and technicians, and documentation of the machining process. Research data were obtained from surface roughness measurements using a surface roughness tester (Ra) and visual analysis using machine vision techniques. The results of the analysis show that the combination of an optimal cutting speed of 300-400 m/min and a feed rate of 0.1-0.15 mm/rev produces the lowest surface roughness on 7075 aluminum material. The use of appropriate coolant and maintenance of carbide cutting tools are very significant in achieving optimal surface results. The findings of this study are expected to provide practical guidance for the manufacturing industry in optimizing the CNC machining process for 7075 aluminum material to improve product quality and productive efficiency while still considering industrial sustainability.

Abstract

The revitalization of vocational education is suspected of only highlighting the cognitive and psychomotor aspects in preparing human resources in the world of work. In fact, the affective aspect is a crucial aspect in the goals of national education that needs attention. This study aims to examine the implementation of vocational learning within the framework of revitalizing vocational education with a spiritualization perspective. This study describes the process of learning maritime science in Vocational Higher Education (PTV) and analyzes the spiritualization process in it as a reference for a spiritual-based vocational learning revitalization model. As a field research, a qualitative approach and spiritualization of vocational science were used in this study. The data collection techniques used participant observation, interviews, and documentation, while the analysis technique used qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the ship maneuvering and control course at Polimarin has undergone a spiritualization process at the planning, implementation, and evaluation levels of learning. Spiritual aspects, especially the values of monotheism and welfare, are integrated in depth so that students understand spiritual responsibility in making professional decisions, as well as the importance of maintaining safety and the environment. The implementation of vocational learning at Polimarin can be used as an initial reference for the spiritualization model of vocational learning.
