Abstract

Implementasi dalam program pendidikan ibadah terhadap akhlak siswa pada kelas VII di SMP Negeri 3 Sambas. Penelitian ini memiliki 3 acuan diantaranya sebagai berikut: yang pertama, perencanaan program pendidikan ibadah terhadap akhlak siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 3 Sambas Tahun Pelajaran 2022-2023. Kedua, pelaksanaan program pendidikan ibadah terhadap akhlak siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 3 Sambas Tahun Pelajaran 2022-2023. Ketiga, evaluasi program pendidikan ibadah terhadap akhlak siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 3 Sambas Tahun Pelajaran 2022-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian studi kasus dengan penyusunan secara deskriptif dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini ada 3 jenis yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi teknik dan member check, hasil penelitian yaitu: pertama, perencanaan program yang dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 3 Sambas kepala sekolah mengharapkan siswa agar disiplin dan terbiasa sholat tepat waktu. kedua, perencanaan program sholat zuhur berjamaah yang dilaksanakan setiap hari senin dan kamis yang diharapkan agar siswa menghargai waktu dan membiasakan siswa untuk beribadah serta menjalankan perintah Allah Swt. ketiga, evaluasi program sholat zuhur yaitu persiapan sebelum melaksanakan sholat adanya penyiapan absensi untuk mencatat kehadiran siswa yang melaksanakan sholat zuhur berjamaah. Absensi yang memudahkan guru melihat dan mengetahui siswa yang sengaja bolos dan tidak mengikuti sholat zuhur berjamaah.

Abstract

Extracurricular activities are a place to develop the potential of students through various activities, both those directly related and those not directly related to the curriculum. Extracurricular activities can bridge the problems of education that occur in schools and education in families as well as the challenges of globalisation because they act as a perfecting education from the cognitive level to the affective and psychomotor aspects. As well as extracurricular activities at MTs darussalam sengkubang which can shape the religious character of students through habituation and cultivation in extracurricular scout activities. This research uses a qualitative approach, while this type of research is phenomenology. The results showed that the implementation of extracurricular scout activities at MTs Darussalam Sengkubang began with the planning stage of long-term, medium and short-term work programmes, then the implementation stage of the planned programme with a well-calculated time determination. In the implementation of extracurricular scout activities at MTs Darussalam Sengkubang, it strongly emphasises the character development of students or scout members. Scout extracurricular activities can shape the religious character of students at MTs Darussalam Sengkubang because of the provision of religious guidance to students, involving students in scouting activities and guidance from administrators and coaches able to internalise the religious character of students.

Abstract

The critical role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in driving economic growth and fostering social stability is well-recognized globally. These enterprises are the backbone of economies, contributing significantly to employment creation, innovation, and equitable income distribution. However, despite their potential, MSMEs face persistent challenges that hinder their growth and sustainability, with access to capital and loan-related anxieties standing out as primary barriers. This study aims to identify the factors that cause anxiety of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) about capital loans and develop strategies to mitigate capital shortages to encourage the progress of MSMEs. This research employed a qualitative approach involving in-depth interviews with ten microenterprise actors engaged in beverage sales in Pangkajenne City. The participants were selected based on specific criteria: they had been operating for a minimum of one year, offered a diverse range of beverage products, and reported experiencing anxiety related to the need for capital. Research has found that loan-related anxiety is mainly caused by uncertainty of returns, ignorance of loan terms, and social stigma related to default. On the other hand, mitigation strategies such as financial literacy training, simplification of the loan application process, and access to flexible microfinance schemes have proven effective in reducing the concerns of MSME actors. This study was limited to a sample of MSMEs in specific regions and did not cover all business sectors. In addition, this study must discuss in depth the influence of macroeconomic factors on MSME capital access. This research provides valuable insights into the relationship between loan anxiety and capital shortages and offers relevant mitigation strategies. The results of this study enrich the literature on MSME financial management, especially in the context of developing countries. This study combines the perspectives of MSME actors and financial service providers to understand the dynamics of loan-related anxiety, which has been previously underexplored in the literature.
