Abstract

The term Narcotics is familiar to the public, currently the abuse of narcotics, psychotropic and addictive substances (NARKOBA) is a very big problem, the development of scientific and technological progress in reality not only creates convenience in human life but also creates various problems, one of the major problems caused is the problem of narcotics, in Indonesia itself has been declared a drug emergency country because Indonesia is a country consisting of several islands that are very strategic for conducting drug trafficking transactions, to the high number of dealers in Indonesia, one of which is influenced by the ease of obtaining precursor raw materials for drug makers within the scope of self-managed home industries used by families from urban residents as an alternative livelihood, this issue is certainly a serious problem that can ultimately lead to disruption, security of national order, unrest and national losses.

Abstract

Local taxes and levies have an important role to encourage regional development, and increase regional income in the context of the welfare and prosperity of the people. In addition, with this Regional Regulation, it is expected that there will be an increase in public awareness of fulfilling tax and levy obligations (Year-2015-study-of-potential-management-of-Palu-city-2015, n.d.). Swallow Nest Tax is one of the important sources of local revenue to finance the administration of Government, Implementation of development, and Community development. Referring to the Regional Regulation of Palu City Number 1 of 2011 concerning Regional Taxes. Article 68 paragraph (1) The object of Swallow's Nest Tax is the collection and/or exploitation of Swallow's Nest. And article 69 paragraph (1) Swallow Nest Tax Subjects are individuals or entities that take and/or operate Swallow Nests.The objectives of this research are: To find out the implementation of the swallow's nest tax policy in Palu City. The research design used descriptive qualitative. This research is designed within one year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the background, processes and values ​​contained in traditional ceremonies Akkalomba in Tana Toa Village, District Kajang, Bulukumba Regency. This research uses in-depth interview technique, observation, and documentation. The results show that the Akkalomba ceremonial arises because of the religious emotion felt by the community so that they believe the truth of the myth contained in the pairs. The implementation process consists of two stages, namely the preparation stage: conducting deliberation, choosing good days, gathering firewood, inviting, cooking process and Assolo Berasa. The implementation process consists of: Conduct A'ngada ', bathing the child, praying offerings, and put Kampalo on both arms of the child. These ceremonies contain spiritual values, moral values, the value of solidarity and aesthetic value.
