Abstract

The Hajj pilgrimage is a human benchmark for the perfection of the pillars of Islam. Many people can afford the initial payment, but are unable to pay it off when the time comes. The aim of the research seeks to provide a comprehensive picture of Imam Syafi'i and Imam Malik's views on the concept of economic istithaah in the context of the Hajj pilgrimage, as well as to understand the practical implications of their views in the lives of Muslim communities. This research is library research which uses written data sources in the form of primary and secondary sources. The results of this research show that the istithaah offered by Imam Syafi'i actually provides motivation for other people, by providing mushin to help pay off their Hajj needs. Meanwhile, Imam Malik's opinion is that if he is not financially capable even though he has a muhsin who helps him then he is not obliged to perform Hajj. Because the characteristics of isthithaah offered by Imam Malik are his own doctrine, different from Imam Syafi'i who allows it from other people.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi metode pembelajaran yang menarik bagi anak usia dini serta memberikan referensi bagi para pendidik PAUD. Melalui tinjauan literatur yang komprehensif, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai model pembelajaran, menyoroti keunggulan, tantangan, dan implikasi praktisnya. Hal ini penting untuk meningkatkan kemampuan anak dalam berbagai aktivitas seperti bercerita, bermain, dan berwisata, serta untuk memberikan alternatif pembelajaran yang berkualitas bagi peserta didik PAUD. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran yang menarik, efektif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar anak, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, dan merangsang kreativitas mereka. menurut para ahli pembelajaran pada PAUD harus di sertakan dengan beberapa metode yang sesuai dengan kemampuan anak dalam belajar. pada metode ini anak mampu meningkatkan kreativitas anak usia dini, pada pendekatan ini dapat memungkinkan anak untuk belajar secara aktif dan eksploratif, sehingga dapat mendorong mereka untuk menyampaikan ide-ide kreatif mereka, salah satu nya yaitu menggunakan metode tanya jawab. Kata Kunci : metode, pembelajaran, anak usia dini, kegunaan.

Abstract

The purpose of students is to learn and complete their studies in preparing for a sustainable future. The quality of friendship can be found in the lecture environment while students undergo a learning process in completing their studies. The purpose of this study was to analyze the circle of peer association in UPI PIPS students class of 2020 on student learning outcomes during the lecture process. The method in this study uses qualitative methods. Data collection was carried out using purposive sampling techniques and then continued with snow ball sampling with the interview method, followed by 12 UPI PIPS student informants class of 2020. The results showed that positive friendship circles were important to support students, especially in deepening and execution of material, discussing , sharing important information, reminding each other's duties, and being an encouragement as difficult as any situation in the world of lectures. However, a circle of friendship can also have a negative impact, for example, carried away by hedonism, forgetting the purpose of studying, lazy to do the task, and feel alienated when in the middle of a friend who is not from the circle of their friendship. Thus, it can be concluded that a circle of friendship can be a factor that determines attitudes towards oneself and others, in adapting, seeking self -recognition, self -development, and enthusiasm for lectures.Keywords : social circle, student, self-development, social skills

Abstract

: SD Budi Mulia Muhammadiyah Adiwerna is a private school in Tegal Regency which has started implementing an inclusive education program. In carrying out this program, of course there are special strategies to optimize the inclusive education program. So this research was conducted to find out the strategies used br SD Budi Mulia Muhammadiyah in implementing the inclusive education program. This reseache uses qualitative field reseaech methode. Where this research used interview techniques eith subjects : 1 principal, 1 deputy principal, 2 shadow teachers and 1 parent of SD Budi Mulia Muhammadiyah Adiwerna. The result of this research state that there are four strategies implemented by Budi Mulia Muhammadiyah Elementary School, namely the Taman Bumimu approach, HR empowerment, learning methods and parent approach strategies.

Abstract

 This study aims to examine public relations strategies in managing public opinion on the attitudes and behavior of Generation Z students. The main focus of this research is how the strategy has an impact on the positive image of the school and becomes a supporting factor in the development of the school. This research uses a qualitative approach with a narrative description type. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation, which were then validated using method triangulation. The data were analyzed using the interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the public relations strategy was carried out by collaborating with all elements of the school through various excellent programs for all students, both from the students of Pesantren Al-Kaustar and from outside. One of the excellent programs that is the main attraction is the tahfidz Al-Quran program, which is attended by all students and is a differentiator from other schools in the Kraksaan area, Probolinggo. The education offered combines the latest science with Islamic values, so as to produce a superior and moral generation.

Abstract

 This study discusses the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment system in ecommerce transactions from the perspective of Islamic law, specifically the Shafi'i School of Thought. The COD system, which is popular in Indonesia, provides advantages such as a sense of security for consumers in online transactions, despite challenges like the risk of losses for sellers. In Islamic jurisprudence, COD transactions can be analyzed through the concepts of sales contracts and the role of third parties, such as delivery services. This study employs a literature review method to identify the compatibility of the COD system with Islamic principles, such as transparency, clarity, and trustworthiness. The findings indicate that the COD system complies with Islamic law if it fulfills the conditions for a valid contract, is free from gharar (uncertainty), and adheres to principles of fairness and mutual consent. This study provides a legal foundation and practical guidance for businesses and consumers in implementing COD transactions in accordance with Islamic principles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hukum dan ketentuan praktik wakaf uang tunai dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tata cara parktik wakaf uang tunai dalam perspektif islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis library research, dan pengumpulan datanya dengan mengidentifikasi topik penelitian, menyesuaikan kajian-kajian teori dengan topik pembahasan yang nantinya akan dilakukan sebuah analisis dan dibuatlah sintesis informasi dari dari berbagai sumber untuk diambil Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkah bahwa praktik wakaf uang tunai sebagain ulama’ khilaf, ada yang memperbolehkan dan ada pula yang melarang. Wakaf uang tunai diperbolehkan dengan cara uang dirubah menjadi modal usaha atau investasi lalu hasilnya akan diberikan kepada mauquf alaih dan disalurkan kepada yang membutuhkan.wakaf uang tunai juga diperbolehkan karna uang lebih dominan untuk digunakan. Wakaf uang tunai juga diperbolehkan dengan cara uang tersebut dirubah bentuk, dibelikan barang yang tidak bergerak seperti tanah, dll. Sehingga yang menjadi mauquf bih bukan uang nya lagi namun benda yang dibeli dari uang tersebut.
