Abstract

In recent years, social media has experienced rapid growth as the primary platform for interaction, information sharing, and community building. This phenomenon has transformed the communication landscape and influenced how companies interact with consumers. This research aims to deeply understand and contextualize the dynamics of social media interaction, implications for the manifestation of image, and digital business reputation in public perception. The research method employed is a qualitative literature review using data from Google Scholar for the period 1998-2023. The study results indicate that the dynamics of social media interaction have become crucial in the digital era, particularly in shaping the image and reputation of digital businesses in the eyes of the public. These interactions include responses to content, user interactions, as well as the role of influencers and communities in shaping public opinion. The image and reputation of digital businesses are formed through various mechanisms on social media, including user reviews, recommendations, and content dissemination by other users.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship among students has been a primary focus in the context of the ever-changing global economy. Students are often regarded as potential sources for innovation and economic growth in various countries. This research aims to stimulate awareness and entrepreneurial skills of students through the strong role of social media. In this study, the method employed is a qualitative literature review, drawing data from Google Scholar within the timeframe of 2020 to 2024. The study results indicate that in the rapidly evolving digital era, social media plays a highly significant role in influencing life, including education and entrepreneurship. Social media provides broad access to information, ideas, and opportunities for students. With the right approach, social media can stimulate awareness and develop entrepreneurial skills among students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam peran strategi integratif dalam optimalisasi sistem informasi bisnis berbasis teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan melalui pendekatan manajemen personalia berkelanjutan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah tinjauan pustaka dengan metode kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif terhadap 28 artikel ilmiah yang diseleksi secara ketat dari total 50 publikasi pada kurun waktu 1951–2025, yang diperoleh melalui Google Scholar dan situs-situs akademik kredibel. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa strategi integratif antara sistem informasi bisnis dan manajemen personalia yang berkelanjutan mampu membentuk ekosistem kerja digital yang mendukung peningkatan efisiensi kerja, adaptabilitas karyawan, serta keberlangsungan kinerja organisasi. Dengan mengadopsi teori seperti Sociotechnical Systems Theory, Task-Technology Fit, dan Sustainable HRM, perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan potensi teknologi digital tanpa mengesampingkan aspek kemanusiaan dan pengembangan kapasitas karyawan. Studi kasus dari perusahaan besar di Indonesia memperkuat kesimpulan bahwa keberhasilan transformasi digital sangat ditentukan oleh kolaborasi sinergis antara sistem teknologi dan strategi pengelolaan SDM yang berorientasi jangka panjang. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa organisasi perlu merancang kebijakan transformasi digital secara integratif, di mana investasi pada sistem informasi harus diseimbangkan dengan penguatan strategi manajemen SDM, pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan pembangunan budaya kerja adaptif agar peningkatan produktivitas dapat dicapai secara konsisten dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The phenomenon of generational diversity in today’s workforce has created complex social dynamics that often lead to conflicts affecting organizational effectiveness. This study aims to explore in depth the managerial adaptation strategies employed to address and manage multigenerational conflicts in the workplace by examining the dynamics, challenges, and transformational practices in modern human resource management (HRM). A qualitative approach is applied using a literature review method and descriptive analysis of 21 selected scholarly articles published between 2010 and 2024, sourced from Google Scholar and other credible academic platforms. The study reveals that managerial approaches grounded in leadership flexibility, intergenerational understanding, effective communication, and the strengthening of inclusive organizational cultures are crucial in reducing conflicts and fostering intergenerational collaboration. The integration of theories such as Situational Leadership, Conflict Management, Social Exchange, and Diversity Management reinforces the critical role of managers in transforming conflict into opportunities for team performance development. Case studies from several Indonesian organizations, including PT Telkom Indonesia and Bank BCA, demonstrate that adaptive strategies can significantly enhance productivity, employee retention, and cross-generational innovation. This research offers a conceptual contribution to the development of modern HRM literature and provides practical guidance for organizations in designing work policies that are responsive to generational diversity.
