Abstract

Program rehabilitasi rumah tidak layak huni di Kota Gorontalo bertujuan membantu masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah untuk meningkatkan kualitas rumahnya menjadi layak huni. Program ini memberikan dana bantuan sebesar Rp. 17.500.000 untuk satu unit rumah. 184 unit rumah akan menjadi calon penerima program di 7 (tujuh) kelurahan dengan alokasi di Kelurahan Bugis 54 rumah, Tenda 27 rumah, Pilolodaa 20 rumah, Pohe 20 rumah, Talumolo 20, Heledulaa Utara 25, dan Leato Utara 20 rumah. Untuk itu kami dari Fakultas Teknik Universitas Gorontalo membantu melaksanakan kegiatan pendampingan verifikasi kelayakan rumah calon penerima program rehabilitasi rumah (BRS DAK) yang diselenggarakan oleh dinas perumahan rakyat dan kawasan permukiman Kota Gorontalo. Rumah yang layak menerima bantuan program rehabilitasi adalah rumah dengan kondisi yang tidak memenuhi tiga aspek standar rumah layak huni, yaitu aspek keselamatan bangunan, kecukupan minimum luas bangunan dan kesehatan penghuni. Hasil verifikasi yang  lolos seleksi dan disetujui oleh penyelenggara kemudian diumumkan kepada masyarakat di tujuh kelurahan tersebut. Hasil pendampingan verifikasi ini adalah penetapan nama-nama penerima manfaat bantuan program yang ditandatangani langsung oleh Walikota Gorontalo secara sah, sehingga masyarakat yang lolos verifikasi berhak atas program bantuan tersebut.

Abstract

Abstract Roads are one of the important infrastructure that is needed in a region's transportation system. This research aims to identify damage that occurs on road pavement. The analysis method uses the Bina Marga method. The Bina Marga Method is a method of assessing road pavement conditions by visually surveying the condition of the road pavement. This method carried out a 12 hour field survey in Buladu Village, Gorontalo City, Jalan Rambutan District. West City, from Monday to Sunday.   The research results show that the road damage found on the Jalan Rambutan road section is the most dominant type of road damage, namely the type of crocodile crack damage of 7 m². With calculation analysis using the Bina Marga method, the Priority Order value is 6 based on table 1. This value is included in the Order category. Priority >6. In this category, the road is included in the periodic maintenance program. Keyword: Road, Road Damege,Traffic volume

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Addition H.E, Bestmittel, and Tricosal BVS on the compressive strength of characteristic concrete using experimental research methods / quantitative comparisons. Based on the test results on the addition of the three types of additives, it can be concluded that the compressive strength value of concrete obtained from the addition of the Addition H.E additive with a variation of the addition of 0.2% obtained a characteristic concrete compressive strength value of 340.00 kg/cm², and with a variation of the addition of 0.6% 100.09 kg/ cm². The addition of the Besmittel additive with a variation of 0.2% addition obtained a characteristic concrete compressive strength value of 359.60 kg/cm², and with a variation of the addition of 0.6% 31.38 kg/cm², while the addition of the additive Tricosal BVS with a variation of the addition of 0.2% obtained a compressive strength value of concrete characteristics of 322.22 kg/cm², and with a variation of the addition of 0.6% 343.13 kg/cm², while the BVS Tri-cosal additive showed an increase in concrete compressive strength at the addition of 0.6%.

Abstract

Kondisi jalan sering mengalami penurunan kualitas akibat berbagai faktor seperti beban lalu lintas yang berlebih, kondisi cuaca, mutu konstruksi,kurangnya perawatan berkala dan pelaksanaan yang tidak sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan,  Metode yang dapat digunakan dalam menentukan jenis pemeliharaan yang harus diterapkan berdasarkan dengan jenis dan tingkat kerusakannya. Dengan menggunakan  Metode Bina Marga ini di lakukan survei lapangan selama 9  jam yang dilakukan pada ruas jalan di Kabupaten Gorontalo,  pada  hari Senin, Rabu dan Minggu, Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dua macam survei yaitu data primer dan data sekunder  Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan kerusakan jalan tersebut di Perioritas ke 7 yg  artinya Dilakukan  Pemeriksaan rutin yaitu dengan melakukan Penanganan terhadap lapis permukaan yang sifatnya untuk meningkatkan kualitas berkendaraan tanpa meningkatkan kekuatan struktural dan dilakukan sepanjang tahun perbaikan. Kesimpulan kerusakan paling dominan adalah lubang sebesar 60 %.

Abstract

The use of materials in short-span and long-span building structures, particularly in the use of formwork, concrete, and steel, is expected to reduce the volume of materials required for the structure. Changing the span design has the potential to provide cost efficiencies and overall structural safety. This research was conducted at the Mufida shopping center on Jend. Sudirman No. 22, Limba U1, South Kota, Gorontalo. Based on the analysis, the material requirements for each element, such as beams, columns, floor slabs, and footings, were calculated. This research focused on comparing the volume and weight of materials required for the two designs. The results of the material requirements study indicate that changes in span result in variations in the volume of concrete, reinforcing steel, and formwork. The two-span design requires more structural elements such as beams and columns, but the structure's dimensions tend to be smaller, achieving material volume efficiency. The total material cost calculation for the two-span design proved to be approximately 27.64% more efficient than the long-span design. Factors influencing this cost efficiency include the volume and type of materials, the implementation method, and the more even load distribution in the alternative design.
