Abstract

Penyuluhan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada wanita akseptor KB suntik di PMB Misni Herawati (Klinik Ananda Mitra). Keputihan adalah cairan yang keluar dari alat genitalia dan normal terjadi pada wanita. Keputihan paling sering merupakan kejadian yang normal dan teratur, seperti saat menjelang menstruasi atau sesudah menstruasi dan masa subur. Namun, keputihan abnormal atau keputihan patologis umumnya terjadi akibat infeksi oleh bakteri, virus, jamur atau parasite. Beberapa faktor penyebab keputihan yang terjadi biasanya disebabkan oleh jamur dan parasit. Dengan adanya penyuluhan pendidikan kesehatan tentang pengetahuan yang baik dan menjaga kebersihan alat kelamin dapat membantu mencegah keputihan pada ibu akseptor kontrasepsi di PMB Misni Herawati (Klinik Ananda Mitra). Penyuluhan ini menggunakan bahasa yang mudah dimengerti dan dipahami pada materi yang disampaikan serta membagikan media e-booklet. Kesimpulan dalam kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan tentang keputihan sehingga dapat mencegah terjadinya penyakit yang lebih serius.

Abstract

Masa kehamilan dimulai dari konsepsi sampai lahirnya janin. Lamanya hamil normal adalah 280 hari (40 minggu) dihitung dari hari pertama haid terakhir. Anemia lebih sering dijumpai dalam kehamilan, hal ini disebabkan karena dalam kehamilan diperlukan zat-zat makanan bertambah dan terjadi perubahan-perubahan dalam darah dan sum-sum tulang. Rumput laut (sea weed) adalah tumbuhan talus berklorofil yang berukuran makroskopik dan secara ilmiah dikenal dengan istilah alga. Rumput laut kaya akan sumber mineral, vitamin protein, karbohidrat dengan kandungan lemak yang sangat sedikit. Rumput laut jenis Eucheuma sp merupakan salah satu bahan makanan yang mengandung beberapa senyawa antara yang diperlukan dalam sintesis hemoglobin seperti zat besi, protein dan vitamin B kompleks, Eucheuma sp juga merupakan rumput laut yang dapat menstabilkan jumlah sel-sel darah merah, sel darah putih, dan Hemoglobin. sehingga efektif untuk meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil.Penyuluhan merupakan salah satu tanggung jawab dari tenaga kesehatan. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk Memberikan informasi tentang efektifitas rumput laut untuk peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil. Media yang digunakan dalam penyuluhan yaitu berupa leaflet, sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah metode diskusi dan Tanya jawab. Berdasarkan hasil dari kegiatan diatas diharapkan meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil dalam  meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin terhadap ibu hamil

Abstract

Depression is a mood disorder characterized by feelings of sadness, anxiety, guilt, worthlessness, restlessness, sleep disturbances, and thoughts of suicide or harming the baby. Depression is a mental health disorder that has negative impacts and can affect a person’s way of thinking. Data from the World Health Organization (WHO) indicate that the global prevalence of depressive mental disorders is 4.6% among women, which is higher than that among men at 2.6%. Recent data show that approximately 10% of pregnant women worldwide experience depression. In Indonesia, the prevalence of antenatal depression is reported to be 20% among women in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy. Depressive symptoms increase by 16% in the third trimester and may persist up to four weeks and three months postpartum. Central Java Province has a prevalence of emotional mental disorders of 7.7% among 95,460 residents. The aim of this study was to determine mothers’ perceptions of depressive symptoms during pregnancy. This study employed a qualitative research method using a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with mothers selected as research subjects. The interviews aimed to obtain in-depth information regarding mothers’ experiences and perceptions of depressive symptoms during pregnancy. The findings of this study were guided by phenomenological research in midwifery, using video recording tools and in-depth interview guidelines, focusing on cases related to mothers’ perceptions of depressive symptoms during the pregnancy period.

Abstract

Discomfort during the first trimester of pregnancy is commonly experienced by pregnant women due to physiological and hormonal changes such as nausea, vomiting, dizziness, fatigue, and emotional changes. Lack of knowledge regarding pregnancy discomfort may lead to anxiety and improper self-care. Health education is an effort to improve pregnant women’s knowledge, one of which is through leaflet media. This study aimed to determine the effect of health education using leaflet media on the knowledge of first trimester pregnant women regarding pregnancy discomfort. This quantitative study used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach. The study was conducted at [research location] during [month–year]. The sample consisted of [number] first trimester pregnant women selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that health education using leaflet media significantly improved pregnant women’s knowledge. Leaflet media is recommended as an effective educational tool in antenatal care services.

Abstract

Continuity midwifery care of midwifery Continuous midwifery care (CNC) is a midwifery service approach provided continuously from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, to family planning services. This approach aims to improve the quality of maternal health services and reduce the risk of maternal complications. This study aims to determine the implementation of continuous midwifery care in maternal health services. The study used quantitative methods with an analytical design and a cross-sectional approach. Sectional. The research sample was mothers who received midwifery services at health service facility X. Data were collected using questionnaires and observation sheets, then analyzed using the Chi- Square test. The results of the study showed that the implementation of continuous midwifery care was significantly related to the improvement of the quality of maternal health services (p < 0.05). The conclusion of this study is that continuous midwifery care plays an important role in improving the quality of maternal health and service.
