Abstract

In contrast to the highly important position of curriculum in teaching-learning process, English Program at Pesantren Attarbiyatul Islamiyah Paiton Probolinggo Islamic Boarding School has not yet had its curriculum document. This community service activity is intended to give assistance to the administrators of the Attarbiyatul Islamiyah Islamic Boarding School in compiling the English Language Program curriculum document. By using the curriculum development steps by Tyler and Taba, this activity will have output in the form of the curriculum document of English Program the Attarbiyatul Islamiyah Islamic Boarding School, which inclues: Statement of General Goals, Diagnosis of Needs, Formulation of Objectives, Selection of content, Organization of Content, Selection of Learning experience, Organization of learning Experience.

Abstract

This study explores employee safety behavior at PT BTUB in support of achieving a sustainable zero workplace accident target. Despite successfully reaching this goal in 2022, challenges remain due to persistent unsafe behaviors among employees. Using the Safe Behavior Observation (PPS) tool, the research identifies key areas of unsafe practices, including improper positioning, misuse of tools and equipment, and risky activities during high-hazard tasks. These behaviors were systematically analyzed through a descriptive quantitative approach, integrating observational data and company safety reports. The findings highlight the positive impact of a safety culture fostered through leadership, employee participation, and targeted training programs. However, the study emphasizes the need for continuous improvements in safety practices by enhancing training quality, leveraging technology for real-time safety monitoring, and fostering stronger leadership engagement. By addressing these factors, PT BTUB can further strengthen its safety management system and provide valuable insights for other organizations in high-risk industries. This research underscores the importance of behavioral interventions in creating safer work environments and achieving sustainable safety outcomes.

Abstract

PT Bukaka Teknik Utama Balikpapan sebagai kontraktor yang bergerak dalam pelayanan dibidang migas mempunyai komitmen untuk membentuk budaya keselamatan kerja (safety) bagi seluruh karyawannya. Salah satu aspek yang diterapkan adalah dengan cara melibatkan karyawan lapangan dalam aspek keselamatan (safety). Program yang dilakukan adalah menerapkan safety talk yang di tentukan selama satu tahun baik itu topik, pembicara dan jadwalnya yang ditetapkan setiap hari senin, kecuali hari libur. Topik-topik yang dipilih sesuai aktifitas di lapangan dan bidang serta kemampuan karyawan masing-masing. Selain itu untuk meningkatkan kepedulian karyawan terhadap safety juga menerapkan program Stop Work Authority (SWA) yaitu pemberian wewenang kepada seluruh karyawan dapat memberhentikan pekerjaan jika melihat rekannya melakukan tindakan atau pekerjaan secara tidak aman. Dari penerapan safety talk dan stop work authority menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kontribusi karyawan dalam acara safety talk semakin meningkat dan tindakan atau perilaku tidak aman sepanjang tahun 2024 semakin menurun, serta kepedulian karyawan untuk menerapkan stop work authority semakin konsisten. Dengan demikian penerapan kedua program tersebut mampu membangun budaya selamat (Safety) seperti yang diharapkan oleh pimpinan perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengawasan dan Total QualityManagement (TQM) terhadap kinerja perusahaan tambang. Pengawasan dan TQM dianggapsebagai faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional perusahaantambang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumenpengumpulan data dari responden yang merupakan manajer dan staf tingkat atas perusahaantambang. Hasil analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwapengawasan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan tambang. Selainitu, TQM juga berkontribusi positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan tambang.Lebih lanjut, temuan penelitian ini mendukung hipotesis bahwa pengawasan dan TQM secarabersama-sama mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan tambang

Abstract

Amidst the rapid growth of e-commerce, particularly through platforms such as TikTok Shop, this study is crucial because it highlights the dilemma faced by Muslim consumers when making purchasing decisions, torn between the appeal of promotions and the urgency of halal certification. The main objective of this study is to analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of promotions and halal certification on purchasing decisions, as well as to identify the most dominant variables. Using a quantitative method with a questionnaire distributed to 371 respondents, the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, promotions and halal certification have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. However, a significant partial finding was discovered: only halal certification was proven to have a positive and significant influence (sig. 0.005). Conversely, promotion did not show a significant influence (sig. 0.258). The implication for businesses on TikTok Shop is clear: building the trust of Muslim consumers requires more than just promotion; it must be based on product halal assurance. This study provides insight that halal certification should be a priority strategy for building consumer loyalty, the impact of which is greater than the appeal of promotions alone.
